I cant even put in words of how AMAZING our stay was. Alla has forever left an impression and imprint on my heart. My family and I WILL come back.

I was in a car accident and needed a hot tub immediately. I called and we got the whole house and unlimited use of the well needed hottub. Had to stay 2 nights. Their hospitality and food is AMAZING. Wasn't our first visit and definitely WON'T be our Last.

Just wanted to let people know what a delightful time we had this weekend. The rooms are completely awesome and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. There are a lot of special people in this world Alla and you are definitely one of them. Also your story is very inspirational. Again thank you for such a great weekend. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Alla’s Historical B&B in April while on spring vacation. My daughter who is thirteen really enjoyed seeing historical TV, phone etc. She said its like sleeping in museum and really was excited to see it all that she only saw in old movies. Alla is very loving and happy person and her hospitality is unbeatable. She made us feel like a family and her love is genuine.

I did not stay here but found it online for my parents to stay here while they visited me in Dallas went with them to check in so I given the grand tour also and met the owner. She was a very personable woman, very nice to talk to and full of energy. My parents said her breakfast was amazing. They said if the visit Dallas again, this is where they will stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Alla's! The house we stayed in is an absolute museum of antiques and history. The food was absolutely amazing. But most of all, Alla and her husband are truly sweet and wonderful people whom we enjoyed becoming friends with.

Best B&B. Brace yourself for Alla's energy! She's great.

This place was so romantic. This place is a must for those wanting a little history and great company with alla. She is one of the most amazing woman I have met and just loves interacting with people. She even gave us great advice on eating habits.

If you like staying at a B&B, Alla's is someplace you must try. Stayed here for our 15th anniversary last week, in the John C. Pelt room. Rick greeted us on our arrival and took us on a short tour and explained the history behind the home and furnishings. When we met Alla, she immediately embraced us with a hug — she is a delightful and unique individual. There is a hot tub in the back if you're looking to soak and relax. We chose to have dinner at a sushi restaurant they recommended — if you ask them for a recommendation, take their advice — they won't lead you astray. We did upgrade our breakfast and the food was astounding! Multiple hugs upon our departure and we can't wait to go back.

Wonderful place to stay. Great for a late Valentines Day stay. Like my Girl friend and I are doing. Alla and Rick make you feel like an old friend coming to visit.

The little houses are great. They're very convenient to our needs. They are a much better value, relative to hotels in the area. And they're comfortable and interesting. What really seals the deal for me though, is the breakfast! Alla's cooking is wonderful and the company and conversation is everybit as good as the food.

Fantastic crepe class. The b&b is beautiful. We even took home a dozen fresh eggs from the 25 chicken she has on site.

Alla is an amazing host. She's making not 100% but 200% to make sure her guests feel at home. Thr rooms are very clean, bed is comforyable and Alla's breakfast is absolutely delicious and healthy. This combination is hard to find.

My 4th trip to Alla's bed and breakfast! I've been a repeating client since 2012, and plan on returning for many years to come. The breakfast is, without a doubt, amazing. I've stayed in all 3 houses and would happily stay in any of them again. The experience is unique and excellent all the way around. The hot tub packages are worth it. If you're planning a trip to Dallas, absolutely stay here!

We Celebrated our 34th Wedding Anniversary @ Alla's Historical Bed & Breakfast. Rick & Alla we're the best of Host. Truly enjoyed our stay and also seeing all of the working Antiques in the Home. The Jacuzzi and Evening Snacks were so relaxing also enjoyed the Amazing Breakfast that Miss Alla prepared from scratch, yummy! Definitely feel like we've met a very special couple (Rick & Alla) and definitely look forward to visiting again.

We had the misfortune of having to catch a flight at DFW airport in the middle of a snowstorm. We were worried that we might have to miss our flight because no taxi service was operating on the icy roads. But when we called Sunny, he agreed to pick us up immediately. In addition to his quick replies to all my texts, he arrived early, was extremely amiable and made sure we got to our destination safely and on time. I would definitely recommend Sunny's service to everyone!

Alla is such a beautiful and down to earth person the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are beautiful and well taken care of.

My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend with wonderful people. Alla and her family are warm and inviting. We stayed in the John Pelt room and had the run of the place to ourselves because Alla opened her home at the end of her vacation for us. I can't think of to many people that would do that. Everything you need Alla has on hand, including great cooking. The hot tub was super and the wine was even better. We will return to Alla's.

This was my husband and I first time staying at a bed and breakfast, it was wonderful. Alla and her husband are great host and have lots of beautiful working antiques. The food was fabulous and our spa time was great and very relaxing. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and the company of Alla and her husband.

This is a wonderful place to visit for a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time. The service was outstanding, the house was amazing, the food was delicious. I highly recommend a weekend getaway here.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Alla's. Alla and her husband greeted us at the door and were awesome hosts. They really took care of us. The property is beautiful, its filled with beautiful antiques and history mostly over 100 years old. We enjoyed the tour of the property and we really felt at home. We stayed in the Red Room, which was beautiful and very romantic. We had everything we needed just in case we forgot something. We only stayed one night, but it was the perfect getaway that we needed nestled right in Duncanville. We had the American breakfast which was very delicious and filling. Please visit this wonderful place, you wont be disappointed.

Staying at Alla's is like visiting you favorite Aunt's house. She greets you at the door, shows you around the lovely historic home, then its wine and snacks at the kitchen table while you check in. Alla and her husband Rick are fantastic hosts and seems to have a genuine interest in their guests lives. The rooms are comfortable, and the rear garden is quiet and charming. Our dinner was served by candlelight outside, and breakfast was served at the kitchen table, with lots of good coffee and conversation. We highly recommend you order her meals. They are wonderfully flavorful, generously portioned, and always made from scratch. We will definitely be going back the next time I need some time away from my busy life.

After being greeted on the beautiful wrap around porch with a huge open-armed hug from Alla, our hostess, we were wisped inside by Rick, Alla's husband. Rick, an avid antique collector and curator, he gave us the tour of his amazing antique room and explained all about the different gadgets. It was truly remarkable. As someone who grew up in Duncanville, we had no idea that this little slice of peace was nestled in and couldn't wait to see what else was to come. Our room was amazing! Beautiful four poster ornate bed with red satin comforter adorned, amazing antique furniture, and the prettiest wooded writing desk I've ever seen! I especially loved all the "extras" that Alla lays out for her guests just in case they forgot to pack something. She really does think of everything! After our tour of the grounds, we settled in for dinner, and returned back for tea on the patio into the late hours of the night before enjoying our private Jacuzzi time, equipped with a romantic bottle of wine imported from Italy, a photo session, and soothing aromatherapy salts. Waking up to the King breakfast was truly a treat. In the dining room, we sipped coffee from Germany and ate fresh organic fruits, eggs, bacon, organic potatoes, fresh crepes with fresh fruit, and homemade jams and orange juice. We'll go back for sure, and it couldn't be soon enough.

I surprised my GF with an overnight at Allah's bed and breakfast. It was simply amazing! Allah made us feel right at home is a lovely and gracious host. I have already recommended her B&B to a few friends. The house has interesting antiques throughout and the breakfast she prepared was delicious! A+ experience.

Our stay at this B&B was very relaxing as we felt like VIP. Alla ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere transported us back in time with the antique decor but still kept all of the luxuries of modern living as well. Alla is so entertaining and welcoming. The breakfast was top class! We will return next time we are in the area.

My husband and I stayed with Alla for three nights in September. She is quite the hostess — charming, considerate, welcoming and a terrific cook! We loved our delicious breakfasts. Her B&B is filled with lovely antiques, and Alla will give you your own personal tour. Alla's husband, Rick, is a great guy, too. Duncanville is a nice little area right outside of Dallas — a quick and easy drive on the interstate. Alla and Rick recommended a great little Italian restaurant for dinner our first night — it was in walking distance of the B&B. Alla's B&B is a comfortable alternative to impersonal hotel chains.

Alla has put together a very welcoming and exceptionally comfortable bed and breakfast that will make you feel right at home. The decorations were all antique, each with their own history and character. The beds are beyond comfy and fitted with beautiful sheets and comforters. We stayed in the John C. Pelt room with it's exquisite 4 post canopy bed and enjoyed every second of our stay. It was the night of our engagement and we couldn't have been happier. Alla herself is quite the character and goes to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable, unique and memorable. The organic deluxe European breakfast she made for us was to die for with made from scratch jams, crepes, scrambled eggs and potatoes. We ended our stay with a soak in Alla's jacuzzi which was the cherry on top of a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a unique, inviting and old timey stay.

We booked Alla's for a weekend getaway recently and could not be more pleased with the experience. The lodging is quaint and comfy despite the antiquities! (which are FABULOUS) … not only do you see them, you experience them as Alla and her husband Rick have lovingly restored the home with functional finds from around the world and throughout the ages…We had a fun time learning some of the stories from our animated hostess and enjoyed interaction with the other guests like a small house party. You will be properly spoiled, be sure to add the organic breakfast filled with delicate crepes, exquisite coffee and homemade jams! Delicious or смачний as they say in the Ukraine.
