Nice place pool air conditioning is cold hotels are modern.

I have had 2 graduation parties here and it was a reasonable price. Mary Trantham and her staff were very friendly and very accommodating in setting up the room in rounds and extra tables and tending to my requests. They allowed me to decorate. You can ask for a projector and screen to be pulled down. You can cater your own food. It was such a pleasurable experience. If I had any more kids I would do it again. Thank you so very much.

Our stay was great, rooms are big and comfortable. However, I accidentally left a new leather jacket hanging in the closet and called to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me and was told they “couldn’t find it. ”. So someone got a new jacket but I wouldn’t recommend letting housekeeping in your room if you stay there since apparently they have someone on staff who likes to help themselves to guests belongings. Yeah I know — my fault for forgetting I had hung it up in there but stealing is never justified.

DFW you've been great to me! Also a huge shout out to the wonderful staff at the comfort suites in Arlington, I had the most wonderful stay and I couldn't ask to stay at a better hotel. Seriously the staff and the hotel was amazing. Do you know how good it feels to open your window and see the Dallas Cowboys stadium!

This was a nice hotel in metro Dallas. Staff got us settled in and there were free cookies in the lobby. I took advantage of the fitness room downstairs which was great considering we’d be travelling all day. The hotel is conveniently located and had security presecnce on site. There were a lot of amenities that looked nice, but we were needing to go on to the next location so we couldn’t use the pool. Everything is clean and function, which was perfect for our stay and we’d stay here again when we’re passing through.

Comfort Suites was such a great stay. We were perfectly located just outside of Dallas. While here on business, we needed access to a few areas of the DFW area. It was a quick dart over to Deep Ellum and a very short drive to Fort Worth. The hotel offered awesome amenities including a kitchenette, office/ living area, and bedroom. The room was very spacious and comfortable! The pool was big and clean. The staff was great! It was super easy to check and and out. They had my reservation and room keys ready to go. I had some trouble with the TV that evening but the staff responded immediately and came to resolve my issue. It was a great night. I would highly recommend.

This was the perfect hotel near enough stuff to keep my belly full — friendly staff, generous sized rooms, quiet, and ample parking. No reason to stay anywhere else if you're in this area.

Comfort Suites are an excellent property conveniently located right off the highway by Six Flags. The rooms are extremely cozy and spacious, perfect for families or business travelers! There was plenty of parking and we were met with a helpful smile from the lovely staff who had warm cookies and refreshing lemon water awaiting us at check in, it was a master class in hospitality:). The breakfast was superb! I highly recommend this lovely property!

I definitely recommend this place. Rooms were very clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of space in room. Shower stayed very hot for the whole bath. General Manager Paul Peraino was very courteous and professional. He is an outstanding person.

Convenient to AT&T stadium, and hotel provided shuttle rides for the short distance to and from the stadium for minimal cost. Our room was a large suite, with comfortable bed and sofa. Desk chair was ratty and torn, but still usuable. It needed to be replaced, or at least reupholstered. Otherwise, room was GREAT! Pool area needed some attention, as there was algae growing on the sides of the pool and flower pots that needed plants, but otherwise clean. Hotel also provided one of the best continental breakfasts that I've ever had! Will definitly stay there again.

Prices are good. Rooms are clean. Guests can receive mail. It's located right off of i30 and Cooper Street next to the home depot and papadeauxs. It's a nice hotel to stay at.

Nicest, friendliest hotel I have ever stayed at. Very quiet. Every single employee said hello or otherwise greeted us. Would recommend this as the best hotel in Arlington!

Wonderful hotel and staff. Had no issues, sheets were changed as needed and staff was very friendly and courteous. This is our second visit in three years and next time we have business in Arlington we will be staying here.

Nice hotel overall. Employees were polite. Property is nice. Pool is small. Breakfast was limited and eggs were cold. Hotel could smell cleaner.

Very nice and clean. The hotel has a shuttle that can drop you off at Walgreens right by Jerry world. Its $10 per person for a round trip ticket. WAY cheaper than other options and since it meets across the street it avoids the traffic in the parking lot.

Stayed for the week on tour come in each day they haven't changed out towels picked up from floor and folded back over towel rack I have had take dirty towels to front desk each day yo get new towels I was told can use same towels every day. Thats a BIG no. Also someone went threw my belongings in my suitcases. Instead going three peoples belong in NHS they need be cleaning and restocking towels and wash cloths. I went to front desk twice about it already and they said oh sorry and turned and walked off.

The staff was not overly friendly, in our room it looked tattered, not enough light in the bathroom.

This hotel is a gem. They allow dogs which is immediately what sold us on it. The rooms are nicely outfitted for small families.

Loved this hotel. Close to Six Flags and a tons of restaurants and Wal-Mart. Room was huge and clean, had a microwave and fridge and breakfast was served every morning with quite a bit of a selection as expected from other reviews. We're actually canceling our reservation for another hotel next week to re-book here again.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. The rooms are clean and nice. The bed is comfortable and if you have back problems then you know what it means to have a mattress toy can sleep on. Definitely recommend this Comfort Inn.

Stayed here for a 2-day training at the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean, all-around good service. Good location close to local attractions.

Rooms are spacious a clean. Service is great. Beds are a little firm for my liking and the breakfast is a little spartan but other than that a solid hotel experience.

Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Clean place. Great breakfast. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is always great definitely enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. We had an event to attend at AT&T stadium and it was perfectly located. Although it was "right down the street", it was still set aside enough to be quiet. The amenities were nice and the hotel staff were wonderful. The sofa beds are not comfortable lol I would stay here again.

Big room. Awesome breakfast— bagel, toast, waffle maker, biscuit, breakfast sausage, gravy and cereal! Fast Wi-Fi. Location is good. Recommend!

So far, so good. We're in the middle of our two night stay here and so far, our staycation is humming finely like a well oiled engine. Nora, was awesome and accommodating. She took my requests seriously and followed through without skipping a beat. I don't know if she's a mamager for Choice hotels or not, but she should be. She is definitely hospitality management to a whole nother level!

Room was large and clean. Furniture was comfortable. Continental breakfast and Wifi standard. Will look for Comfort properties in the future.

Our A/C went out at our apartment down the street — was able to get a king size room for a super reasonable price, everything was clean, good breakfast in the morning. Definitely will recommend to anyone visiting!

The room we stayed in was spacious and great. My family and I loved it. Especially the breakfast staff… I believe her name is Arlene… Her personality and infectious spirit was a great start to our morning.

My family and I are here right now. Check in was smooth and easy. Our room was super clean when we arrived and we got the room we reserved. We got a Suite with 2 Queen Beds and a Sofa bed and it was the perfect size for our family of 5! The hotel is also pet friendly which is a great thing to know for future reference. The pool was nice and clean and still open so our daughters took a dip even know it was a little chilly but loved it none the less. The staff is super nice and very attentative. The breakfast is by far the BEST we have had at any other others except for hotels that make you pay extra but as for a complimentary breakfast it alone deserves 5 stars. We spent all evening at Six Flags and coming back to such comfortable bed was a huge relief (mind you we checked in before we went to the park so we knew how comfortable the bed was). We are considering staying another night because our experience here was so fantastic! We are very pleased with our stay here. We definitely will be staying here again and would recommend this hotel!

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly & efficient. My only complaint was the bed was firm. I prefer a much softer mattress. I enjoyed my stay other than that.

My husband and I recently spent a night in one of the suites for our wedding anniversary and we were both pleasantly surprised. From the moment we checked in, until we checked out the next afternoon, our stay was delightful and the staff was truly exceptional. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There was a printer we were able to use in the lobby area to print off our concert tickets, which was very appreciated. The suite was incredibly inviting and spacious, and as clean as could be! There was a nice selection of channels and movies to watch on the television. The bed was very comfortable and we both enjoyed a good night's rest. I especially loved the fact that no one knocked on our door for housekeeping, as we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hung outside our door. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet privacy staying here afforded us. The bathroom was huge and it just felt very relaxing getting ready in there. We had plenty to choose from for our breakfast, too. There was apple, orange, and a cranberry coctail mixed juice, along with the famous Texas waffles, Dannon Lite 'n' Fit yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, and more. I couldn't finish everything my husband brought up for me! With all of this rest and relaxation going on, they even extended our check-out time by an hour! It was so hard to leave! We have never seen such hospitality! I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Ants in our bed and all over the room. We both have ant bites on us. We had pets and the ants by the millions were all over the food. We didn't notice til early am. Something was biting us but we couldn't figure out what it was til morning. Beds were hard, couldn't get comfortable for a good nights rest. We were not told about the dog play yard. I happen to find it late at night when I had the dogs out. The receptionist did not know how to handle my payment as I paid by card for the room and cash for the pet deposit. She finally gave me my room card and told me she would figure it out later. Later she saw me and informed me I still owed the tax on the pet deposit. This morning while at breakfast the lady doing breakfast, Arlene, was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I wanted apple juice, the fountain was so watered down she went and got me a bottle. When I went to check out I first had to ask for the receipt as it never made it under my door. I also informed the receptionist about all the ants and how we were bit. She did ask if my pets were OK. She just kept saying I am sorry, I will put the room out of order til it is taken care of. This does not help our stay.

If anyone ever comes to Arlington this is the hotel to come to. Very great stay great breakfast great atmosphere and great price. Right down the street from Six Flags I give it a 5 cause we will be back bed was comfortable room very clean.

Stayed there on 8/26/17, the staff was great. The room was very comfortable. We shuttled to AT&T stadium and were picked up promptly. My only complaint is the noise from others staying at the hotel, but I can't blame the hotel for that. I will definitely stay again.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were immaculate and updated and the free breakfast was to die for. Can't say I've ever stayed at a hotel that offered so much for the money.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff kept everything tidy. Only bad thing was the pool is only 3 feet deep. Great for little kids but not much else.

We reserved our room. Showed up to check in, and they have bumped us to another hotel. A 2 star hotel. With one bed for 4 people. To be fair, They comped us one night, but the room is way to small and the point was to stay with family at the same hotel. Makes me wonder if we were bumped to accommodate the busses in the parking lot!

This is one of the nicest hotel I have stayed in. It was very clean, the personnel who work there is very friendly and helpful. The morning meal is more than you expect. We were very, very pleased with our room. Would highly recommend this place. I have stayed in other places for more money that was not as nice as this place.

The staff was great. Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff very friendly. She spoke to everyone and even waited on some guests! Will be staying here again!

Location is perfectly in between Dallas and Ft. Worth. The hotel was clean and the employees were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great (loved the Texas waffles) and the rooms were clean. We loved this hotel. It was our first experience at a Comfort Suites and we were not disappointed.

Location was kinda tucked away. A little difficult to find. But the rooms and service was excellent. The staff was great. Breakfast was average.

We were greeted by a very friendly man on Friday night when we arrived at the hotel. He treated us the way everyone should treat a guest at a hotel, or any establishment. Our room was right by the lobby, but the noise was very minimal at night. The only reason why I'm giving this a 3 star is due to the unprofessional service we received when checking out of the hotel Sunday morning. The front desk employee did not greet me, just stared at me as if I was to interpret what the stare meant. I had to do all the talking — all she did was click away at the computer without saying a word. Before I knew it she had charged my card on file before confirming if I wanted it on this card. Every time I check out of a hotel I am asked if I want to charge the card on file and the one time I actually want to change cards I wasn't asked. When I questioned the employee, she treated me like I was the one at fault. An apology would have gone a long way. This hotel is conveniently located near Globe Life and AT&T Stadium; however, due to the checkout experience I'm not sure I'll stay here again.

My husband and I lived at this hotel for 3 weeks while he was having cancer treatments. This hotel made a very comfortable home away from home all the way from the management, staff, housekeeping, and breakfasts provided. It is kept neatly and clean. We initially stayed here, because our son had recommended it to us. We, in turn, also recommend it. We are moving into an apartment, and will miss seeing this friendly and helpful staff.

Remote control didn't work, and I would have liked some complementary water bottles in the rooms. Other than that it's a good, clean hotel.

Love this hotel and its staff. I had an outpatient surgery one morning and was back in the hotel resting when my wife left to get us lunch and had a car accident a few blocks away. We were several hours from home and the hotel bent over backwards to take care of us. I was unable to drive with no idea where my wife had been taken. The hotel staff went above and beyond. Rosie, the front office manager, was awesome! Anytime I'm in the area, this will definitely be my hotel of choice! The room was excellent, very comfortable and quiet, and the price was very reasonable!

The stay at comfort suites was very relaxing and welcoming. Rooms were nice and greatly prepared for us as we walk in. Employees were kind and friendly.

Class act, especially for the price. Paid $109. Very comfy bed, loved the pillow choices, granite counters, stone masonry showers, tea offered in tooms on addition to the coffee, great television with HDMI for streaming, good ac with good fan, very clean. No complaints whatsoever, grand stay.
