Costumer Service is On Point Dependable friendly service and a good place to stay for the night or a next day stay! And there is many stores around nearby to shop or hang out with family or friends or your love one.

Horrible management. Rooms have issues front desk girl told me most do but they don’t have anyone to fix the issues. Fitness room equipment doesn’t work. Staff not wearing masks even though there are signs that it is mandatory for all guests. Stay far away.

We are so grateful that we were able to stay here during the snow apocalypse. We had heat, water and free food. The staff was so accommodating to the needs of so many looking for shelter. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Loved the staff, the bar maid and the clean classy rooms! Plus the clean heated pool! Housekeeping did wake me and the baby at 9am, by opening the door then slamming it! That was my ONLY complaint! Will be staying here more as I have dental implants put in! Hotel is great!

I stay here 4-5 times a month. The staff is always friendly, fresh cookies always at the front desk, free coffee, ice tea and water always in the lobby, great cooked to order breakfast. Rooms are always clean, fridge, microwave and a stocked Keurig. What I like most about this property is the quietness of the location and it’s close proximity to restaurants, shops and the airport. I am a Diamond Hilton member and the equivalent in Hyatt, there are a ton of options for me to stay and I choose this property.

The hotel is really pretty, especially the lobby. Everything is well maintained. Check-in was quick and easy. We only spent one night but with my daughter in college in San Antonio, we will definitely stay here again!

Staff was so kind. The room was beautiful, the taxi was on time, the room was clean, and I would stay there again!

Good environment for professional events. Kinda hard to locate since the driveway in looks like it would be right off the highway's access road, but it's actually off a side street that must be turned on first. Good luncheon cafe.

This hotel was beautifully designed, and the rooms are pretty and open. Only problem is with the pillows; Unfortunately, these made it hard to sleep. I recommend packing your own pillow to enjoy your stay. Good service!

I was unable to attend a conference due to family illness. I called to explain this two days prior. I asked to cancel or credit my account for a future stay. It made no sense that she would only agree to cancel one night but not the other. It was obvious in her voice she was very frustrated and kept saying she was trying to help me out. She kept stating their cancellation policy being 72 hours yet could cancel Wednesday but not Thursday which was more Than 72 hours always. HORRIBLE customer service! they charged my credit card for one night even though I did not stay!

Dated and internet would not connect with Hilton site with new network hardware. Air conditioning and bed were good. Had plenty of plugs and USB power ports. The hotel itself is fairly old and dated. There was a moldy smell to the building. I think the high humidity may have caused this. The only good thing was jetted hot tub in the room. Was refreshing after a long trip from Denver.

Great one night stay! Desk staff are friendly, clean room and not noisy. Breakfast chef was helpful on selecting and has wonderful sense of humor.

My room was nice. Everything was very clean, the air conditioner worked very well. The TV was a good size (36-45 inch) HD flat-screen with a good selection of basic cable along with HBO. There were HDMI inputs so I was able to play my Nintendo Switch with no problem. There are wheelchair accessible rooms which is great. I didn't not require wheelchair accessible amenities and was placed in an accessible room. The shower area does not have any thing to keep the water from going out onto the bathroom floor so every morning I had to use 3-4 towels to mop up all of the water.

Great hotel with an awesome indoor pool. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and also provides room service. The rooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds. Can be a little pricey depending on season. Well worth it though. Easy access to San Antonio airport and US-281.

I spent $238 for one night and it was the biggest waste of money I ever spent! Room was just as good as any other Motel 6. I called the front lobby (with my personal phone because the hotel phone didnt work) for a later check out and they asked for my name and info then told me no. I will not be staying in another place like this again and recommend other not to do so either.

Lousy we stayed two nights and they didn't clean the room and they just say sorry nothing advisable.

The Hilton Garden In was beautiful! The staff was very hospitable and the hotel was character. There was maintenance worker that I loved seeing around! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The lobby people were very nice when I had a question about the Digital Key. Which is a cool new feature! You can use your phone to open your door using your Hilton Honors app! You'll never lose your hotel key cards again! (unless you lose your phone). Will definitely return!

Very nice hotel. Helpful staff. Larger Clean rooms. Close to airport. Be careful if you get a room with jaccuci tub/shower, this can be a little challenging to climb into early in the morning.

I will not reccomend this hotel to anybody nor come back. THE WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at! The staff is rude! My family and I could not enjoy our time at the pool. The staff kept telling us what we couldn't do ex. Like listen to music. At 6:30 on a saturday. So, if you are planning to enjoy the pool this is not the hotel for you. There is a echo since its indoors and people complain about the pool noise and the staff are pool nazis… also we left a pair of shoes after a rude staff member ran us off. The pool area was cleaned last night and our shoes no where to be found. We believe the staff member threw them away since she was the last one there!

The rooms are very nice, as is the hotel. Some of the features though made it seem as if his hotel was very dated and could use an upgrade. The front desk staff didn't seem to fit with the hotel. They were poorly dressed, and didn't fit the upscale atmosphere of the hotel. I did experience problems with over billing during my stay which was quickly resolved. The breakfast was awesome, as were the attendants. The pool however left a lot to be desired. I picked this location solely on the indoor pool. The pool is VERY tiny and unheated.

My girlfriend and I stayed here and we didn't have any issues. We really enjoyed our time here. Our room didn't get cleaned up by housekeeping the three days we were here but I think that's because we were in our room most days when housekeeping were making the rounds. Our room had a spa bath and it was fantastic. Comfy beds, really clean rooms, breakfast is good but a little expensive. Keruigs are in the room too! Will definitely stay at another Hilton. Nice and quiet.

Service is great, accommodations are awesome! Room was clean. The sheets are a bit rough and worn and the room hinted of fish, but staff was very friendly and worked with us to help out.

I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn and it's a decent place to stay at. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately the last 2 stays I had issues. The first the hotel was having trouble with their water supply, which was not a huge deal because I was checking in late at night. The second time, I called reception to let them know somehow there was a wasp in my restroom sink. On my way out I let the front desk know and asked if someone could please clean that out before I came back in the afternoon. This was at 7:30am and when I came back at 5PM no one had come in to clean the bug out.

Get the whirlpool room and have yourself a swim in the tub! Completely worth it and the first time I have dared to soak in a hotel bathtub. I'm coming back for sure.

Second time staying here and no complaints. Easy check-in. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. Everything from eggs, sasuage, biscuits and gravy, baked potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, Coffee, juices, and water. The rooms are average size and I think are just right for the price.

It was a nice place and there wasn't anything wrong with it but it also didn't wow me. We got a spa room and we found the spa was more like a big tub and not a spa. Also it would've been nice of the $10 breakfast had been included.

Overall our stay was pleasant. There were only a few things that were not great. First off, when we tried to order room service arpund 730 p. M. No one answered. My husband went down to the restaurant and ordered there and brought it up. It took almost 45 minutes for two burgers and a chicken sandwich. Both the burgers and the chicken breast were severely charred. The only reason we didn't send it all back was because our 4 year old son was hungry and it was so late. However half his burger was inedible for him because of the char. The other item that was an inconvenience was there were several guests yelling and carrying on in the central area or perhaps the pool area, bit it was loud enough to hear over our television and it continued even after we went to bed.

Nice, clean and above all quiet. We slept great here.

I travel for a living and seen more than my share of hotels but this one is really comfortable. All the luxury without the pocket burn. The whirlpool bathtubs bs are to die for.

We arrived at the hotel on the 15th and the service was ok nothing great. They ended up writing us the wrong room number for the cards so we had to search and find the right room. The room was good for size but Halfway through the night the A/C blew up on itself and only blew hot air. Even without it being turned down all the way, it felt like it was in the 80's or higher. After confronting the front desk in the morning, she didn't seem to care about the issue. Overall, this hotel needs better service and needs to get their rooms fixed.

It was great. The service down ordering food was a little hard to do. But the food was fantastic. That is the reason I gave it a 4.

We have stayed here once before, and will probably stay here again if ever in San Antonio. We specifically got a room with a jetted tub. Our tub did not work. They offered to switch our room, but it was late and we were tired from being on the road all day. So they gave us some breakfast vouchers and we switched our room the next day.

I am a diamond member with Hilton and typically never have anything negative to say about their properties. My concern with this property what's their staffing at the front desk. There was no one in the lobby, and no one at the front desk when I checked in. Unfortunately the young lady at the front desk never even raised her head to greet me as she was enthralled with her cell phone. No smile, no hello, no welcome, no thank you for being a diamond member. All things I've come to expect at their properties. Her attitude was less than acceptable and disappointing. I will have to put this property on my do not return list. Disappointing.

I had to relocate rooms, my room was dirty minor things like hair and the smell of pee, the next room was clean but we moved the chair and saw a huge dead roach, I guess that's typical in the south to find them but it was fine after I got over that, the staff was nice pool was nice.

Stayed here this past weekend for three nights, after originally planning a two night stay. We came in late Thursday night/early Friday morning and the woman at the front desk was able to quickly copy my info from our reservation we had for the following two nights to get us into a room for the night. Our reservation was for a king room but there were sold out of that upon our arrival so we stayed in a two queen room the first night. Both rooms had comfortable beds but the king room had a bed with a dial you could control to adjust the firmness or softness of the bed — I really enjoyed this feature. The air conditioning in the room was AMAZING. My husband is so picky when it comes to how cold the room is and he was thoroughly impressed with the air conditioning at this hotel. We took advantage of the shuttle service to get us to the airport rental car booth and were happy we did so as the driver was so friendly and was able to make a few area recommendations to us. We didn't use the pool, or try out the breakfast but both looked enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again, very close to the airport and very friendly staff!

The lobby was very clean. Pool is in a weird location, most of the rooms look down into the pool. The bed was not very comfortable, Neutrogena products in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean. The only problem was we reserved a double room, paid in advance, but when we checked in they were out of them. They brought in a cot but that was the size of a twin bed, you can imagine the complaints from two 9 yr olds trying to share it.

Customer service was excellent and the food was good. Check-in was smooth and the van service was good too.

Location was great for what we needed. Service was great. The bed was horrible and the whirlpool was too high without a step to get in.

Older property but well maintained. Staff was very friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet food was average.

The place looked like a cabin, which was nice. Breakfast was lackluster being crowded and didn't have enough seating for the busy restaurant. As a whole, the place looks dated, but passable.

I stay at Hilton Gardens throughout the country several times a year and am very pleased with the experiences. With that said. This property is definitely one of the older properties I've experienced, and ranks as one of the 2 lowest on my score chart, simply due to the age and out dated furnishings in the rooms, some upgrades are in need, hotel feels more like a La Quinta Inn and Suites than a Hilton Garden. Room always clean and front desk staff polite and very helpful. Waiter at the Resturant though friendly could use better training. This I would say is more of a reflection on management and no fault of his own. In short nothing bad to say.

We really enjoyed our stay At the Hilton Garden Inn from the moment of check in when we were offered probably some of the Tastiest cookies I have had the pleasure of devouring in recent past. Amanda was a pleasure as was the entire staff all being top notch, each individual member of the team had a wonderful personality and that's a very rare thing, something you don't find that often in hotels the days. Alex is a thoughtful, exceptional server and Taryn is a wonderful human being and five star bartender. The location was centrally located just minutes from the airport and we found it's very easy to navigate through town. We look forward to many more stays with Hilton hopefully here again at the Hilton garden inn.

I have stayed in several of hotels all my life but I haven't experience nightmare like this. Firstly I booked two rooms through priceline and after long and exhausting day when I went in to check in I saw a family already pissed and arguing with staff. I later got to know that they do nat have room they reserved. So after waiting for 1hr to get their issue solved I was told same thing that the rooms I reserved were also not available. After waiting for 30 more mins they said they will give us one room we reserved and we all agreed to adjust and stay in one room. They did not even provide extra bed (seems like they were running out of it too as others had same issue) me and my pregnant wife had to sleep on floor. But even after being so patient and understanding we neither got refund for other room nor got any compensation for the trouble we had and on top of it the Managers Carla and Spencer are so rude that they denied to help us on phone and hung the repeatedly on us. These people are greedy (sold more rooms than what they had), rude (they proudly say at reception that they will refund money if we are not 100% satisfied) but did not even tried to compensate atleast small part of what we invested. As other people mentioned place is good but the people and kind of business they worst ever. So stay away from it.

No one answers the phone at Hilton Gardens! I Was going to book my family here tried for over 2 weeks. Finally got someone. They put me on "forget" after telling me I would be on a brief hold. 20 minute wait. I finally gave up.

These people can't figure out how to operate a telephone. They are unprofessional and unorganized.

Okay but HVAC systems are hit and miss — I've changed rooms to find one that works. Building is old, the room furniture is old with cigarette burns. The lobby was recently redone and looks good but the rooms have not seen an upgrade. Can be a noisy place with an open court yard with a pool and restaurant. Most Garden Inns are much nicer than this one.
