I love staying at this hotel every time I visit San Antonio this is the hotel I stay at because of the friendly staff always helpful, the breakfast buffet has a large variety to pick from also the dinner they offer with the alcohol beverages are phenomenal what more can you ask for also the beds are super comfortable and the room very clean and the pool area and gym are the best I highly recommend this hotel.

Drury is alway my go to hotel. Things are a little different right now in the face of COVID 19 but the staff here are doing a fabulous job. My room was spotless, not an speck of dirt to be found. Only serving Beer and Wine right now and no mixed drinks but hopefully they will be back in the future. The 5:30 kickback and breakfast — a few of my favorites were missing but this is due to having a staff member serve your food. All food is behind plexiglass and the staff member will serve up what you want in a plate or to go container. This was amazing. It kept others from touching the buffet item all to try and keep others safe.

I went with my in-laws, all staff members were extremely nice and very attentive. They accommodated all of our needs to our expectations, if I ever go back to San Antonio this is the place ill stay. I strongly recommend.

We have been coming here every couple of months for the last 4 years and have told them repeatedly that WE DO NOT WANT A HANDICAPPED ROOM. Guess which room they put us in? Yep the handicapped room. Last time the Drury Inn will get my business. There are too many hotels around here to put up with this.

We recently had a family reunion in San Antonio, and we chose this property primarily due to it's central location. Upon arrival we realized that we had hit the jackpot. The staff is great. The rooms are fantastic. The amenities are wonderful. The food and drinks are over the top. You can't find a better value. You will be happy with the price, but you will be amazed at the level of service. This place is a win!

My kids and I stayed here for one night, and I’m pretty sure this staff was trained in Disney World! They were the kindest, friendliest and most attentive I’ve seen. Even my kids made comments about how nice everyone was. I’m sure we will be back and I highly recommend.

Loved our stay! The stay included a Full Breakfast Buffet which was excellent. Also like the 'Kickback' time that had Adult Drinks of your choice, Plus Hot Food for Kids & Adults, it was basically a Dinner Buffet. Kids liked the swimming pool and hot tub. The room was clean & quite. Staff was Friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This was my first stay at this Drury; however I have stayed at several others. This is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms. It has a nice indoor pool area. The workout room has some ellipticals and three treadmills as well as some weights and an exercise ball and has towels and water. They serve a good breakfast and appetizers from 5 to 7 pm. The chain has a decent rewards program.

The location is right off the I-10 which is why I stayed. I was merely passing through San Antonio so I can't really say if it was close to anything remarkable. The hotel was a standard budget hotel, the room I stayed in smelled slightly damp or smokey — couldn't really put my finger on it. The bed was serviceable and the climate control worked really well. This place is nothing remarkable, but it gets the job done.

Staff was wonderful! (Alex) check in was easy. Bed was incredibly bouncy and made for a tough night of sleep, room seemed clean. Bathroom seemed clean, love the new shampoo dispenser in the shower, give me enough to actually shampoo my hair (long) instead of the bottles. Floors were extremely wet from ignorant guests who didn't use the towels to dry off from the pool. Would recommend mats near the elevators for future guests. Breakfast was decent — what you would expect from a continental breakfast. Fruit was fresh. Overall, not bad except the bed!

The hotel is great but it is an older building. The breakfast and dinner have pretty good food however every meal we had was crazy with kids running around. They were wild and they had very little supervision. They were always in the way and made huge messes. I am a mother and love children but would never had allowed my children to behave in such a manner.

The room was big and clean, the kick back food and drinks were great, the breakfast was delicious and constantly refilled all the way till closing. Free popcorn was a big hit with my kids. I also like that our parking was in an area that required your room key to get into. Staff was very friendly as well. The elevator on the end of our Hall was really slow, sometimes it was quicker to take the stairs. Also the hot tub was not hot, it stayed at 93 for the half hour we were in it. Overall, the place was an excellent stay especially considering the price. We will definitely be back!

For me, it's all about the bed. It's a regular spring and creeks. The hotel is a bit dated. Hot breakfast was nice. I still recommend for the price and location.

We stayed during Spring Break. Which was probably one of their busiest seasons. Everything was PERFECT! From the moment we checked in, the lady was so nice. We stayed a week. The management, and every member of their staff was great. We will definitely be staying at this Drury from now on.

This is a very nice Inn, I actually rented a room for my niece birthday. It's was great for that. My husband and myself often go to get away from the children sometimes. The rates are very reasonable.

Bizzare and bad customer service experience. I requested our room to be cleaned in the hour we would be out with our dog. Come back and nothing was cleaned. Front desk chick explained I left my "do not disturb sign" on and that's why. No explanation. No policy statement. Basically looked at me like it was my fault even though I specifically requested them to clean at that time. I explained I had forgotten because the sign is always up due to our anxiety filled dog staying with us. I got weird judgmental vibes throughout by the worker. Then I realized it was even more bizarre because nothing was done at all. They didn't call us in the number that was on their file. No note on the door. They just ignored everything until I decided to say something. Who does that? … I don't work for a hotel but thought of 2 communication solutions for the situation. I care more about how I'm treated and how a company problem solves so I'm rating it a 2. Pros: Was compensated free drinks cards for inconvenience by another manager — he's an older male manager and is awesome. Military discounts. Free breakfast daily and free alcoholic beverages to those old enough. Clean rooms. Comfty sheets. Gym. Jacuzzi. Pool. Rest of the staff are super friendly!

The room and breakfast were fine, but our very first day here, the toilet clogged. I called the front desk and rather than fix it, they made me come down to get a plunger and fix it myself. Whatever, I fixed it. Then it clogged AGAIN. Since I had held onto the plunger, I plunged it again and left a note for housekeeping that was ignored. Then it clogged A THIRD TIME. I called the front desk and they promised to send someone up. No one ever came. One of my travel companions spoke in person to the front desk the next day and was promised that the toilet would be fixed. We came back to find it exactly how we had left it. Then it clogged further when one of my roommates accidentally used it. It was so disgusting and I was trying to have a nice vacation, so I called the front desk again. It turns out that they hadn’t been receiving all the information they needed the first time I called them, which is ridiculous to me — why not just recall or ask for the information during the call? They had the correct room number, after all. The woman on the phone was very polite and promised to send someone up within the next few hours. You guessed it — nobody came. It really takes away from the relaxation of a vacation when you have a constantly breaking hotel toilet.

Favorite hotel in San Antonio. Large rooms, comfy beds, hot showers. The breakfast spread is phenomenal. Happy hour includes drinks and light dinner. Great price.

Overall stay was a great experience. Staff was attentive to our needs. Breakfast selection was very good. Complimentary evening snack&drinks was a plus. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for a weekend and it was very nice, I got a double occupancy room (2 queens) and it was very nice. Complementary breakfast AND dinner (although the dinner isn't super super great I mean it's still something) with drinks included! It's just my favorite hotel in San Antonio and the staff is super amazing and kind too.

Pleasantly Surprised We did not book this hotel ourselves. My husband and I went on a retreat and this is where we were put up but it was more than satisfactory. The room was very clean and large. It had a refrigerator, microwave and small in room coffee maker. Their free breakfast was good and has eggs, sausage, cubed potatoes (that were fantastic), biscuits, gravy and many condiments to add like diced up ham and shredded cheese and salsa. They also had a variety of breads and pastries, cereal and oatmeal along with coffee, milk, oj, tea and hot chocolate. The hotel provides a social hour in the afternoon/early evening where they offer popcorn and other goodies. The hotel is a bit more upscale than what I normally think a Drury Inn to be and is located right off The highway on a corner so it's location is convenient. There are also many restaurants located nearby and a few within walking distance as well as an HEB across the highway. Another very positive note is the staff were very accommodating of our 2 dogs. We were supposed to check out at a certain time but because we were part of the retreat we needed to keep them in the room till about 3:30 and the staff were great about this. Overall I give it 2 thumbs up!

The place is not bad and is relative clean. However, customer serve is not great. So they have were you can get 3 drinks per person. So I got 3 drinks and me and wife drank it. The wife wanted the other 3 drinks so she stay in the room with the kids and send me down. When I went to get the 3 other drinks they started making the drinks then started to ask me if I already had the 3 drinks, so I say yes but this is the wife (and 8 show the new card that belong to the wife). Then they told me you are not allow to have more than 3 drinks and I reply again this is the wife card as you can see. I then say is OK I will go and tell the wife to come down and get the drinks, but they say it's almost 7pm so we are not serving any more drinks after the ladies behind you. This is the worst customer service I have seeing, because if they are questions me as if I am using my wife's card to get drinks and then I say let me get her, they should have just let me get her. It clearly show they did not wanted to give me the drinks. The day before I told the wife we should stay at this hotel again. With this experience I will never stay at this hotel brand and will tell others to stay away. This happen Dec 26, 2017, talk about having a good holiday.

The rooms are as expected, not cramped small, but still more room than most. I keep finding ants in the bathroom and the sink wasn't draining. Management fixed that right away. The free breakfast and dinner is, meh. But it's free, so I can't complain. Over all not bad. Just not great.

This is an awesome hotel! They have a huge huge breakfast and even a dinner with three free cocktails in the Evening. The sweet we stayed in was huge, with two huge beds and a separate living room and kitchen. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to this location.

The area was good and you could get to shopping and places to quickly. The room was nice and comfortable. Food was provided throughout the day and was good and hot. We were able to select to not have maid service the two days we were there to get extra points toward another stat at Drury Inn and Suites.

Hotel was easy to find, but could use some detail work in terms of how nice their rooms are. Breakfast was spectacular and the lobby was warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I think this will be our new go-to place when in San Antonio for clinic visits. Pool/hot tub area is nice; room is spacious, comfortable and clean; breakfast buffet has a large variety — — all tasty; and they even provide a happy hour meal. Good price for all the amenities.

This hotel is located just off I-10 and wurzbach Rd near the medical center with plenty of restaurants and services near by. Just a short drive to downtown, or six flags. I have stayed here multiple times and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The rooms are nice and well kept with plenty of space. The pool and workout room are also clean and well kept. The hotel offers free hot breakfast and dinner with is a great bonus. They also have free soda and popcorn throughout most of the day. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice and comfortable place near the medical center.

Great price for all of the value. Full hot breakfast until 10am, gated parking, free soda, coffee, and popcorn from 3pm-10pm, free happy hour from 5:30-7pm which includes 3 free alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, margaritas and a bunch of mixed drinks) and all-you-can-eat dinner (salad, loaded baked potato, soup or chilli, hot dogs, chips and salsa and then an entree like pasta or tacos). Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Microwave and mini fridge in every room. Great for families. Nice pool. Hot tub needs new jets. Overall, I had a great stay and a very full belly. Stay Friday and Saturday, and you can stay Sunday night for $50 using the promo code SUNDAY. Pretty awesome.

This is the third time we stayed at a
Drury Inn and we loved it every time we stayed. Except this time. The staff breakfast and dinner we're awesome and very helpful. The only problem we had was with room service. We didn't have room service on the first night. But we did ask for it on the second night. The maid service was extremely bad, when we ask for room service we didn't get it I had to go to the front desk and remind house cleaning that my room wasn't clean yet. We took the kids to the pool and let room service clean our room, if that's what you want to call it. All she did was pick up the dirty towels and throw the trash away. No vacuuming no sweeping and didnt even making of the beds even the first night we stayed there was trash still left in the room from who knows who. The front desk was quick to respond and very helpful. This is only reason why we will return again. And also the maintenance crew was very helpful when we had problems with our room phones didn't work shower head that wasn't really working well and security door knob what's coming loose thank you once again. Drury Inn and Suites will see you again in a month thank you once again staff for helping and caring.

Stayed last night at this hotel and I must say I was impressed. Very clean hotel, great size rooms, friendly staff, and great gated parking. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel. The indoor pool was really neat as well, hotel also gives breakfast, snacks and drinks to all guests. Didn't really have any complaints about this hotel.

The attention is very good for everything you need. The Gymnacio needs more variety of machines.

The rooms are in excelent condition, very clean and spacious, the bathroom is big and also very clean, service and guest attention is good. The breakfast is really good and the dishes are always keep filled, tables and space to eat is always available and it's never overcrowded. Parking may sometimes be an issue but the hotel handles it well enough by handing "parking permits" that tell you where you can park, even the farthest spots are close by and entrances are well positioned. Elevators are fast and clean. Awesome place to pass the night.

Love this hotel and staff! From the minute we walked in they took great care of us. Vanessa and Vivian at the front desk were so helpful. We were immediately invited to have 3 free drinks and amazing appetizers. Leatha was the bartender and was fantastic. Her customer service and attitude was so great to see and I have never seen anyone work so hard helping people out, cleaning up, etc. The hotel room was spotless and bed was pretty comfortable. We liked it so much we extended our stay another night. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back!

This is my families 2ND year staying at a Drury Inn for our vacation to San Antonio and we LOVE IT! It's family friendly, the Quickstart and Kickback is great and helps to cut normal vacationing cost. Nicole at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. This particular Drury Inn location is close to SeaWorld and Fiesta Texas. If you have a family of 4+ stay at a Drury Inn! You won't regret it!

Coming in you always feel welcomed; the popcorn and free snacks are an extra bonus. I recommend this place for families definitely since they have a pool and the rooms are very spacious. Envent space is good too.

Went for a weekend trip with the boyfriend and his family. I loved it. Wish we could have made it in time for the kickback. But they were awesome about the late check-in tho.

Everyone has been real nice Rooms clean and has mini refrigerator, microwave. Breakfast every morning, Dinner at 5:30 they put out a big spead of food! each adult gets 3 good drinksall day coffee and soda, popcorn. Indoor pool and spa… location safe area.

Service at the Drury at IH10 & War Bach was fantastic. Staff was personable, & the room was great. Tybee meals are not all too good, but free. Drinks, fantastic. I would stay here again & recommend to both family & friends.

Nice, quiet hotel. The rooms are very insulated and quiet. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

I was put up here while I was in town for a job interview at UTHSC. I contracted scabies (yikes) while I was here. Luckily the employer has offered to pay the expenses, as the hotel would not. They claimed they didn't find anything. Scabies mites are microscopic, so obviously they wouldn't find anything. run away!

We loved our stay here. The people were sNos loved our stay here. The people were very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Staff and room were great but the free drinks and pm food… was extremely crowded. Rude guests. It almost seemed that guests brought in extra people to eat…

Nice place. Brentt at the front desk was very attentive to many people demanding his attention on a very busy NYE night. He was very courteous and handled multiple requests by many different groups of hotel guests. My only complaint is Drury should have staffed at least two or three people at the front desk instead of leaving just one to handle everything.

Used the pool, loved breakfast, hotel/room clean, staff helpful and friendly. When I come to San Antonio for business or pleasure, I will be staying here. Minor glitch with the main elevator, but hey, things happen. Very well done! Thank you for a great experience!

Really enjoyed the stay. Stayed one night. Clean and quiet and friendly. Used the pool, exercise room and enjoyed the continental breakfast. Nice big lobby area to sit and visit in. Will stay again and recommend to others.
