The room was clean. This is all the positive I will say about this location. I reserved, and paid ahead of time, for a room with a queen bed. When I arrived we were told "they sold out quickly" and I would be given a room with a twin size bed. I haven't slept on a twin since I was 10 years old and at summer camp!

Staff was nice, but at 3pm room was not ready for check-in due to bad management planning. Room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower sucked.

A very very nice clean area they wind up so friendly they help you out I've never had a bit of problem and I stay with them many many times just because of the friendliness and the kindness and they're always willing to help you in any way.

On the internet it says they have a breakfast. There's a muffin and coffee and chewy granola bars. I don't really call that a breakfast. I reserved a king size bed because I'm 6 foot 2 and 210 lb and when I got there they said there were none available so I got two twin beds which was extremely uncomfortable throughout the night the staff was friendly.

The service is pretty terrible, there's always a lack of communication between the staff so nothing ever gets told to management unless you go see them yourselves and even after you speak to management, they head your request for a week and then its back to square 1 the next couple days. The towels are old and overused and the bed isn't comfy. The room itself is pretty cute but theres obviously some insect issues going on, I've ran into numerous spiders and a couple flying bugs and a roach. Also, they don't change the brown cover sheet or the blanket unless you ask them to which makes no sense to me because it's always been changed no matter what hotel or motel I have been to. Another thing that as a con is the fact that there is minimal air ventilation, not even in the bathrooms. Someone must have been smoking outside and the smell of the smoke was leaking into the room. If you can get past the bugs and the okayish bed and towels and staff who seems to not care at all, then you might just like it.

You should know going in that this motel is next to the highway, so you will have road noise. That being said, for the price I can't complain about the facilities here. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The kitchen area is basic but serviceable. The biggest negatives for me are the scratchy towels and the hard bed.

Great price for what you get. Will here stay again.

Room was small but nice and priced right. Saw a few shady looking people hanging around outside but minded their own business. We checked in late and checked out early so really not much to say, just needed a spot for a heads for the night.

Stayed at this location for 30 days, then had to pack belongings up to move to their other location 5 mIles down the road in order to save $200. Makes no sense. Thank you for the inconvenience. Staff at location was awesome though.

I absolutely love this place. I always stay here when in-between and moving or when I need a place for family and friends to stay when visiting. It's a home away from home.

I had a room that CLEARLY had NOT been cleaned. There was a sock just under the dust ruffle of the bed. There was what looked like fried mucus on the refrigerator door & a large clump of it on the doorjam to the restroom. There were the correct number of clean towels & wash clothes, plus a dirty one over the shower curtain rod. When I brought this to the office's attention, I was told the manager would be in for half an hour that day (a Saturday) & the one person working had no authority to do anything about my dissatisfaction. He stated he personally checked every room every day (? ). He also stated he would inform the manager & have her contact me. That was a week ago. I was billed full price for an unclean room. (I THINK the sheets were clean. They looked & smelled clean at least. ) I've stayed in many Extended Stays across the country. NONE have disgusted me like this room did. The decor was nice & updated. As long as I didn't look toward the kitchen or bathroom door. This room was subpar. I told the clerk I would wait a few days, and if I heard nothing I would give a negative review on Google. I guess they don't care what their customers think. As a veteran, I'm warning other disabled veterans. Don't stay at this place! The handicap accessible room I had did not receive the same attention in cleaning as any "normal" & accessible rooms I've stayed in at other Extended Stays. There are plenty of other options in the same area.

It was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Needs signs for directions or they simply didn't have vending machines / ice machine.

GOT BED BUGS from the room. Three guys in different rooms Woke up with bug bites from my toes to knees. Never had a worse thing than this. This place is dirty as a place can be. Some of the girls were great in helping others threatend calling police if I didn't leave. I would not advise staying at this hotel unless your broke as hell. The cock roaches are real and big first day smashed one and guts went everywhere Never seen a cock roach but this place is a first time for everything I think.

Have to get items from office n lug them up. But full size fridge, 3 burner stove. Not huge rooms tho. Efficiency apt.

Been here 6 weeks and all was ok until recently. After repeated requests to have my room cleaned I am still waiting. On long stays the room is supposed to be cleaned once per week and clean towels can be found at the office anytime. So far my longest wait has been 9 days and counting. Other cons while I am complaining is loud plumbing and noisy neighbors. On the other hand the location is great and the rooms have been recently remodeled with modern furnishings. I have certainly stayed in worse places and paying more. Oh and breakfast consists of coffee and a granola bar but the way I look at it I can eat breakfast easily somewhere else.

Staff was very friendly but seemed understaffed. Rooms were clean but it seemed like the hotel needed maintenance in general. Rooms offered very little amenities.

Good for an overnight stay. Do not believe the free breakfast claim. They have coffee and granola bars. Room is clean and a good size, we were in the king suite.

Great location, clean rooms, nice staff. Ask for a room in the front if possible, the back has a lot of road noise. Otherwise, great price and has everything you need including a kitchenette.

I've read some bad reviews for this hotel but I haven't experienced anything bad at all. No it's not the Ritz but the staff makes up for any small issues. My mother is in the hospital so I needed a place to stay since we live out of town. The manager Debra has been so nice and understanding about my needs. She has worked with me so I can afford to stay here. It's really great to find a place that has compassion for people in time of need.

I was a little disappointed to learn (after checking in) that I had to pay extra for high speed internet. Slow internet however was built into the price of the room. I was very disappointed to learn (after checking in) that I only had 24 TV channels. Tonight I'm missing the Republican debates on CNBC because I don't have CNBC. I'm in the south and I don't have the SEC network. The room was old and a little run down, nothing major but many small details. This was nothing like my previous stay at an Extended Stay in Chicago.

This hotel is located great for everything you need The staff are very nice and helpful our room was very workable for exactly what it's made for extended stay until you find a place to live. NO bugs of any kind in our room. WE Would stay here again if needed.

Stayed here 2 months when I relocated. Debra the manager and staff were so wonderful. If I needed anything I only had to ask. They made my transition an easy and plesant one. Great room great price.

Room seemed clean but it smelled horrible. I bought a odor eater disc and set it on the nightstand which made it tolerable. I was terrified of bed bugs after seeing other reviews but we stayed a week and I checked constantly and never saw anything. Hotel was quiet and staff was polite but fire alarm went off 3 days in a roll waking us.

This was THE MOST HORRIBLE experience in a hotel that I have EVER incurred; and I stay in a LOT of hotels for work and personal travel alike. Here is a list of some of the big findings over the "extended stay" here (this isn't even everything) : — The management team is NOT supportive of their guests' health and well-being as they do not enforce the Non Smoker Protection Act and have been reported to the Department of Health as per the repeated incidents. The non-smoking rooms might as well be damned smoking rooms with the way they allow people to smoke RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOORS, even though the no smoking signs exist outside the doors. The smoke gives others headaches and affects those of us (and our pets) with medical issues sensitive to smoke odor and chemicals. — The beds are very uncomfortable and difficult on which to get a good night's sleep. They advertise comfortable beds, but experience says nay nay. — The comforters and blankets have cigarette burn stains in them IN THE NON SMOKING ROOMS. — The "living area" is defined by a single, UNCOMFORTABLE chair crammed between the bed and the air conditioner unit. The air/heat blows right in your face. — The management staff finds excuse after excuse as to why they shouldn't take care of issues. — The bottom trim on the door was loose and kept ripping up the carpet in the entry way. AFTER A WEEK of calling the office, they finally came and removed the loose trim piece.

All was well until it was time to go to sleep. I got in bed at 10. I had to be up at 3:30 AM for work. Unfortunately I was awakened at midnight to something crawling on me. I get out of the bed and lo and behold. BED BUGS! I took pictures and videoed one of them. This was a huge disappointment. I immediately checked out and decided I may as well sleep in my car in front of the job site. Huge disappointment.

After reading reviews here and other places, I was really scared to come to this hotel. I made an initial call to the front desk before arriving and they assured me not everything you read about their hotel is true. Well they were correct. The hotel was fine. It was clean and the kitchenette was a convenience. No roaches or any other bugs found. For a 2-star rated hotel, it fit the bill.

Not bad for the money. I would stay here again, staff was very nice and the rooms are in good shape.
