It's our first time staying here and we certainly have enjoyed it. Close to Gatlinburg. Just a really convenient location.

We’ve owned here for 35 years. It’s our Mountain home away from home. Many memories made here. Indoor pool, game room and exercise room on site.

Our home away from home. If we could live here, we would. The staff is so kind and accommodating. The kids love the indoor pool and we love waking up to the beautiful views of the smoky mountains. The extra bonus is seeing the bears that come up to the resort. Nature, beauty and peace… that is Laurel Point.

Mountain view. Wal-Mart is 30min away. Dollar General is about 15min. Driving Up n down mountains everywhere you go. Beautiful rooms. Its like a 2 bdrm apt. Grilling. Indoor pool. Laundromat on site. Super quiet.

Great place to stay great view close to everything quiet out suite we could see the Gatlinburg Tram ho up and down. Other than playground needing more for younger kids and recreational room needing to be updated and bigger which was adequate for our crowd but maybe not for others everything was great.

Beautiful and quiet, room very clean and spacious. High on the mountain away from the hussle of downtown.

We love this place. Been coming here for 28 years. We want to give a shout out to Becca. She is part of the staff in the office. She has gone above and beyond for us. As long as Laurel Point continues having quality people like Becca, we will always be in good hands.

Although parking was tight due to construction equipment and materials and there wasn't a pool due to 2016 wildfires this is still a nice place. Very spacious unit with pretty much every amenity one can think of. My family enjoyed it.

Stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and it was horrible. We were put right in front of the construction. Literally we open the door and you see all the materials. They mix everything right by our door as well. Super noisy all day to the point we can’t stay to relax in our room for a late breakfast or early dinner in our room. The room smelled of paint horriblely! The carpets are nasty. The biggest and worst problem we had was getting locked out of our room. We got locked out not once but TWICE! The first time we were locked out for over an hour until we got help from someone. The book keeper was here and tried to help but also got locked out. Called the after hours number and told them what happened and to call my number. NEVER DID! They kept calling her number. Finally the one guy from construction who has a key showed up to help her get in. Then the lady had to call the on call person back to give us new keys. She is the only reason we got in our room. The on call person never helped at all. The next day we got locked out again. They predicted or knew we would get locked out again and left keys in the mailbox but never told us. Yet they said they called us and told us. No missed calls from them. They ask for your cell at check in so they have my correct number. Lying! I would never recommend this place to anyone EVER! Going to share this post everywhere so no one will ever stay here.

We came in September with a truck, trailer and motorcycles. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Very accommodating with parking for our trailer and bikes. The unit was gorgeous. It was everything we had hoped and then some. My family would not hesitate to return. Tennessee now has our heart! Such a beautiful place!

My family visit annually. Cabins are really nice. Good shopping and fun for everyone. Ps, black bears will come by to visit. They don't hang around long and typically don't bother you.

Despite rebuilding (which is the only reason I didn't rate five stars) Laurel Point Resort is a great place to stay while in Gatlinburg. Got to even see some bears on property.

Nice rooms. Clean. Construction going on during our stay but wasn't loud. Hope to go back when pool is complete.

Knew they had construction going on but right by the road so very noisy. The room was nice and comfortable. But really no activities and had to go quite far if you wanted to go swimming.

Our suite had many defects, nothing that made it unlivable. Uneven tile, defective screen door requiring a lock bar, broken Wi-Fi, the alarm clocks on the same circuit as the wall switch, not enough outlets for todays electronic devices. They are constructing a new building which might be better.

The rooms are well stocked with dishes and they are kept up well. Staff has been courteous and friendly. There is construction going on, but it isn't loud. My only gripe is going out on the balcony to enjoy the morning and catching huge wiffs of people smoking.

No pool yet, they're rebuilding from the fire in 2016. Nice people, nice condo room. Wish it had washer and dryer in it though.

This was our 1st visit to Gatlinburg. It was a very short drive to downtown & Pigeon forge. Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. All staff were met were friendly & helpful.

Great experience a group of ladies I work with go every year for a retreat.

Is slowly recovering from forest fire 16 months ago. Ongoing rebuild. Park is still beautiful.

Horrible I planned my stay for a family of seven they gave us a room with one king two twins and a couch bed room smells of smoke one window won't close this place need to be shut down my family and u have no choice but to stay here tonight vacation officially ruined…

I love this place! They are rebuilding after the fires in Gatlinburg. Their attitudes are wonderful and contagious. They go out of their way to satisfy their guests.

The location is beautiful with gorgeous views all around. The resort itself is outdated and recovering from fire damage. This was July 2017. The staff was minimal but friendly and attended to our needs. Got a free show each evening watching the bears dumpster dive. This place has potential especially with its close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. I would do it again.

Awesome place to stay! Our family comes up to the mountains every 4 yrs for Christmas and have stayed with Laurel Point several times! If you accommodations for a large group then Laurel Point is the way to go. We usually have close to 25 family members and have plenty of room. I'll recommend Laurel Point anytime.

This place is great it has been one of the best and more luxurious condo we have rented through afvc. It is quite with beautiful views has a game room in basement with pool, airhockey, fooseball, arcade game ping pong and a kids playhouse also in the game room is a free laundry mat! If ping-pong is your thing you need to bring your own balls because they are missing in action. Towel exchange Sunday thru Thursday 9-11. Current construction onsite but not really a inconvenience but the indoor pool burnt down last year but they offer free tickets to the community pool at the Gatlinsburg community center. Fire wood and starters sold on site for five dollars a bundle. There is a indoor fitness center in basement of b building. They offer discount tickets but the aquarium of the smokies isn't included but the aquarium offer good military discounts.

Spectacular accommodations despite having to rebuild from the 2016 wildfires. Staff is courteous and extremely helpful. Perfect place if you want to get away.

I have a higher rating since it was victim of the fires but the view is great on only parts of the resort. Rooms were fantastic, prepared great but also had a couple of outdated items like CRT's and some visibly damaged outlets but overall pretty great.

Great resort and it is very peaceful. It is great to that they are building back the things that got burned down from the fire.

Parking is good. The rooms feel very private. C Building has balconies facing the mountains. Overall a nice place to stay and visit.

Set high up in the mountains, which is quite scenic and quiet. Also very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all the attractions the town has to offer.

My family could not have asked for a better place to stay on our week long vacation in Gatlinburg! Everything was very nice and clean and comfortable. The ladies at the check in desk as well as the maintenance man were super helpful! My family and I are already planning our next yearly Gatlinburg trip even tho we just came back from there today, and we hope to stay at Laurel Point Resort next time!

Had a great week! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and isolated from the crowds yet only about 10 minutes away was everything. The only down side was where the laundry was located, which was down 3 flights of stairs and isolated then ya had to pay to use it. It was only about $1.50 to do a load of clothes, but I felt it should have been free. I will say I would stay there again!

Just left from a week at Laurel Point! It was very nice, clean and friendly! Our family loved the pool and hot tub! I didn't think I would like the indoor pool, but with the temps in the 90's, it was wonderful! We had tickets for a show on Wednesday afternoon and were running very tight to make it. Robin called and got our reservation changed with no charge to us. Thank you all for a wonderful place to stay!

Since the early 80's, our family has owned two weeks in July at this time share resort. Normally, we have been reasonably happy with the resort. So it is with some regret that I write this scathing review. Before the really negative report, please know that if you stay here you MUST drive to and from the resort. The Trolley does NOT service the resort. Parking is problematic in Gatlinburg, and traffic doubly so. Being forced to use your car in this area is real consideration. Also, if you are not comfortable with steep roads hair pin turns, pass on this location. The weeks before, during, and after July 4th are the busiest weeks in the summer Gatlinburg resort market. Why would anyone ever schedule onerous and loud projects during peak season, especially when it is not emergency work? Today, since 8am on a Tuesday, we have had Yellow Tape out in front of our unit. Hammers banging away. Drills hammering through concrete. Workmen clanging. All of this right outside my door. The sign attached to the yellow tape blocking access to our unit said for residents not to use the elevator. Let's hope noone is handicapped on the upper floors, since that is the only ADA access to the upper floors. But that is not all. My unit is at the end of the A building. The C Building was under construction on Sunday, yes, Sunday.

Nice location. Great views but extremely dated apartments. Looks like they haven't upgraded since the early 80's. Musty smell inside. Plus, not much to do in this dated "resort" beyond swimming in the over chlorinated indoor swimming pool, or playing in their small and cavernous "rec room". You better have made plenty of other off site outdoor plans if you plan on staying here for more than a day because it's isolated and as I said. In house activities, facilities and accommodations leave a lot to be desired.

The room is large and cozy for our family of six. The kitchen is very nice and well-stocked with all the kitchen essentials. Our kids loved the pool. The resort is a great deal for the price!

Our two bedroom/two bath room was very nice. They revamped one bathroom but not the other. Everything was nice and clean. My only problem is… don't advertise Wi-Fi if you do not have it. We didn't have it when we got there and they said they were having "issues" and that they were coming out on Monday to fix. Monday, nothing. Tuesday they said our room would be done first. Never had Wi-Fi for the entire week.

The staff here are very nice and respond quickly if you have any issues. And that's about as good as it gets. This place is a step above a motel 6. When we checked in our room was supposed to have a queen size bed, it was a full and not very big for 2 adults. The bed in general was very uncomfortable and just sunk when you laid on it. The staff tried to add eggshells to make it comfortable but you still sunk in the bed. The master bedroom was very small you had to shut the bedroom door to see the tv. Also their website says the master bath has the jacuzzi tub which it did not. It was in the main bathroom. The floors are very filthy your feet turned black if you walked barefoot. Dust can be seen on most furniture and tv's. When we used the jacuzzi tub and turned on the jets toilet paper could be seen floating in it. The cable kept cutting in and out daily the Wi-Fi was the same. The pool room was falling apart and gravel or rocks was in the Bottom of the pool and hottub. The under water light in the pool kept popping off and wires are visible and very dangerous. We were asked to do staffs jobs while staying there by stripping our beds and taking out trash before we checked out. I didn't pay a lot of money to do there job. This has been one of the worst places I've stayed in all my years of staying in hotels and resorts. I would never recommend this place to anyone or stat here again. They are in major need of upgrades.

Beautiful views of the smokies. My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. My husband is rarely impressed, but he was amazed sat what we got for the price. The two bedroom unit was clean and looks well maintained. The only problem we had was with the elevator being slow. However, we were on the second floor, so we only had to use it on arrival and departure. The location was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Gatlinburg is only a short drive down the mountain. We would definitely stay here again.
