Very nice hotel, looked fairly new. Rooms are very nice with plenty of room. It's not very busy around where the hotel is at because it's kind of out of the way. The hotel has social hour not sure what days they do it but it was very nice and it was a Thursday evening. They served spaghetti, mini corn dogs, salad, potato soup with crackers, some melted cheese and pretzels.

Very nice clean hotel the staff are helpful and friendly this is my first time staying but it won’t be my last social hour and small plates save me money on food, breakfast was great loved the pancake machine.

Staff is amazing. They went out of their way to help me and made a stressful situation enjoyable. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel.

After a long drive with our 3 young boys, my husband and I arrived late at Homewood Suites only to find out the wrong room was reserved for our family! We simply couldn't fit in that smaller room, and they were heavily booked with a big event happening in town. The front desk clerk was obviously sympathetic to our situation and disappeared for awhile. When she came back, she had found 2 rooms side by side that we could use for the whole weekend, for no extra charge! Also, the rooms were nice, clean, and well taken care of, the free breakfast was delicious, and our boys played in the pool (stocked w/towels) for hours — until we made them get out — haha! We definitely recommend this Hilton hotel.

This is our second time staying here & such an awesome place. Room is very comfortable, quiet & has everything we need. Very polite staff & excellent breakfast. Very clean both inside & outside. Helpful with directions to the hospital where our Granddaughter was born. Highly recommend.

The property seems quite new and updated. Very clean presentation. The breakfast was good… the dinner was ok but only has beer, no wine. Don't know if that's common or just that night. The pool was not cold but just right on temperature. They have a work out room also with fairly decent equipment… also new. Parking seemed a bit lacking but at the time I went I didn't have any issues.

Hotel is clean and newer. I wish the suites were layed out a little better. We have a baby and we really didn't have a good spot to put the pack n play that was quiet. Overall would stay again.

The room is clean and the food is great! The hotel looks brand new. Complimentary dinner Monday through Thursday is great too! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast and service! Rooms clean, new and comfortable. Excellent comfort beds. Can hear every little noise from hall but not through the neighbor walls, not sure why this is. Was located near family so will be returning.

The brand new building was very nice. The suites were large and comfortable. There was a large fridge and useful appliances. The bathrooms were nice and the showers were great. It was a very nice stay. The front desk employees were helpful and nice.

We had the best stay at Homewood Suites in Franklin. The staff were phenomenal! Everyone from the front desk help, the breakfast staff, the cleaning crew and everyone we encountered were so very kind and helpful. The room was very spacious, so comfy and clean and the lobby area was perfect for hanging out with a bunch of kids when they needed a break from her room. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and even provided great pool towels for the guests to use. The free breakfast was wonderful as well as the social hour the hotel provided on certain days. I cannot day enough good things about our stay.

My girlfriend booked this room. I am generally not impressed with hotels. But, this one was modern and the staff was very helpful. The pool was indoors, and the fire pit outside was romantic and convenient for a smoker. There was no hot tub — that is my only complaint. Everything else made up for that. I will definitely return on my next trip.

The hotel is very modern, clean and family friendly. The staff was the best. They always greet you with a warm smile. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. I definitely plan on returning. Kudos to the management and all of the staff.

Stayed here on my wedding night. The staff was wonderful! Very nice, clean comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I especially enjoyed the granola and yogurt.

Awesome family oriented hotel. Modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Less than 20 minutes to Nashville. Stayed here for 2017 solar eclipse. Manager quickly got us into their "last" room, that they keep for emergencies, when our AC went out in our room. No questions asked.

All was well when first entering the room. Checking in was simple and no issues. Room wasn't as I was expecting thought it would be a tad bigger but that doesn't matter. Now the issue begins when you're laying in bed watching TV and realize there are bugs crawling all over the wall and ceiling, kind of disgusting. Some of them were ladybugs and I was confused how they could get into the room. Now a day after my stay I realized I got charged $100 extra. No reason was told of why I was charged extra or anything. Am going to wait a couple days to see if it is just an error.

We stayed here when we left Florida due to the hurricane. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice. It's the staff that set this place above the rest though. All so nice, warm and welcoming. Went above and beyond for everyone I saw. Also showed compassion to our situation. Hotel goals! We will stay here again when we decide to take a vacation to Nashville. Amazing amazing.

Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, rooms wee well equipped and homey (and very clean! ). Can't beat the easy commute to Nashville, with shopping just a quick drive away. Indoor saltwater pool was heated and DELIGHTFUL. Very pleased.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite with 2 double beds in the spacious bedroom, updated bathroom with one of the largest closest I have seen in a hotel, and a spacious living room with a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen contained a stainless steel fridge and dishwasher with a double burner and microwave. The room comfortably held this family of 6. Amenities included an indoor pool and 24hr fitness room, firepit, and a made to order breakfast bar.

Very chic! I enjoyed my stay here. My only complaints were the view and the hall carpet, though nice, was definitely not designed to push / pull luggage across. I loved how friendly the staff was, and I adored the bag of fresh towels and toiletries placed on our door out of respect for the Do Not Disturb placed on our room.

Exceeded my high expectations. Suite had much more room than imagined. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. All employees have been helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Truly magnificent. We spent our wedding night here (and had our hotel block was here as well). The patio with the fire pit was a perfect place for family and friends to spend time together before and after the wedding. In fact, we stayed up talking to out of town guests until nearly 4am, and the superstar employee Pam offered to make us waffles in the middle of the night! The whole staff was so wonderfully accommodating and helped make the weekend even more special. Thanks guys!

Service desk was extremely polite and friendly! Room is gorgeous and very spacious! CLEAN! Roll in shower is convenient for handicap use… In comparison to Hampton if you need to use a roll in shower chair, The Hampton has a wider shower. Keureg in the suite! Kids love the salt water pool!

We stayed in the king bed suite. It was very comfy abd everything was clean. The morning breakfast was delicious. The service was ok and could have been a little faster when we requested something to get done.

The best possible service you can receive. Heated salt water pool. Fire pit with music playing out back. 2 gas barbeque grills. Great breakfast and evening social. And guest service is above and beyond what you receive at other hotels. This is a brand new hotel very hip design.

We travel a lot, so we have stayed in a lot of hotels. This Homewood Suites is the nicest one I've ever been to. The sheets are so soft you want to sleep naked just to feel their silkiness on every inch of your skin. The decor is lovely with wood floors and a very well done accent wall. The bed are comfy and the kitchen is gorgeous. This was not a rushed thrown together construction project. We vet much enjoyed our stay. :)

Nicest staff EVER! Very clean facility with GREAT BREAKFAST! Price was on point. Lots of nice feels in the details around to make people comfortable. Coffee was better than expected and available 'round the clock! Family oriented and fantastic. Well though out for a seamless experience. Thank You!

Very nice hotel. The hotel was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good. Had a heated pool so great for kids during relax time. Very good workout room lots of options.

If you suffer asthma, you will not be happy in this establishment. The cleaning crew uses chemicals that are incredibly hard on the body. My face, nose, throat… all burned and itched. The amount of burnt dust coming from the furnace has been unbearable. I had to turn on the A/C. Their air system is also very confusing. You can't change it from heat to cold. If it says 70 and you put it on 71, it automatically turns on the heat. If you turn it down to 69, it automatically turns on the cold. Very strange and hard to set it at a certain temperature. The light for the kitchen is by the main door and nowhere near the kitchen. When you turn on the kitchen light it turns on the table light, they aren't separate. The lamps have to be turned on individually, not with a light. The fan does not work above the bed. My infant daughter kept banging on the glass window (floor to ceiling) and it made me very very nervous. I had to discipline her to get her to stay away from it. There is no bathtub. The employees did see that I had children, so I am not sure what they were thinking. The breakfast was good, but I don't book based on breakfast. The chairs were uncomfortable. Worst thing… the smell from the cleaners has been AWFUL! I won't ever stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best overnight visits that we have ever had. All the workers were willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service. The location was very easy to find as well as close to a local mall and restaurants. Cleanliness of the Homewood Suite was outstanding. If I'm able to at a Homewood Suite again it would be a definite must stay. In a scale of 1 — 10 it was a 12.
