Nice people great price.

They made me feel very welcome.

Lady who checked me in was very nice but I wish I'd known the clothes dryer was broken, hair dryer broken… and this was a pet friendly motel. (Fleas, and bugs) They need to spray their rooms! I should've saved my money.

Newer furniture, comfy bed. Microwave, Mini fridge, and blowdryer. Breakfast was minimal, coffee, donuts, and cereal. They have a pool, coin laundry, and vending. No one knocked on our door in the morning, we left at 11am.

Check in was the best part of our experience. TV only had channel 3, beds looked ruffled, mirrors were dirty, and top of toilet was cracked in half. After 8hrs of them trying to fix the cable we had to gather up all our stuff and change rooms. This room had cable but the sheets and bed spread had cigarette burns all over. Not just one hole but several. I should've known better when we walked in the lobby and it smelled like a sewer. Would not recommend this place at all.

The room was nasty. The floors were not vaccummed, the sheets were dirty and smelt horrible, the door was all beat up and you could see outside. The whole room smelt horrible altogether. The showerhead was very low, and it was like a pressure washer hitting you when taking a shower. A family memeber rented another room, and they put her in a room that had no electricity. They waited until 9:00 at night to let her know they were gonna move her to a new room. They upgraded her to a king bedroom, but it was just as nasty and smelt like urine. It was the worst night stay and I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here. Spend the extra few dollars and stay at another hotel.

Pretty nice place for the price, cheaper price that what I expected.

Wouldn't even give me my deposit back cuz they said we took a towel.

This is a very friendly place, clean rooms, wonderful breakfast and central to all places.

Bugs! slept on top on covering, (I slept under my jacket for warmth! ) And you might as well say that the pillows provided for a king size bed were non existent!

Last room available, they charged double in the middle of the night. I know you want more money but taking advantage of hurricane Irma victims is way not cool. The mattresses are old and stiff, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Got sick after staying here. Thanks for the 9 hrs in a room for over $100. Incredibly poor service and poor taste. The only advantage of this place is it's convenient location across from waffle house and cracker barrel, among others. If it hadn't been an emergency, I would never have stayed here! What a horrible thing to do to people!

Me and my husband came to Tennessee to see his mother and we had the worst expirence. We walked into the room and it stunk and not clean at all. Then later on found roaches in the bathroom. We asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give us the whole amount! I would NOT recommend this place!

Dont go here me and my girlfriend got bitten by bed bugs. I video taped them crawling in the bed and still did not get refund they are very nasty and Greedy people there. They dont change the sheets all the time either. Look at my pica Proof of bugs.

We stayed in the Cleveland TN location, the room was hot as can be the a/c didn't want to work half the night, we had not cable. There was a hole in the wall, and they tried to charge me for it until they realized I was with a group of 2 other people (that were senior citizens) then the front desk woman said "oh yeah, it was there". My suggestion is to check the room as room as you get in, and report any problem immediately. Will never stay again.

This place had to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. The room was very dirty, there was big burns in the bedspread, roaches crawling down the walls, the only light that worked was over the bed and the bathroom. When I turned on the water it was coming out yellow. When I checked out the lady at the desk told me they were not suppose to rent that room out. I even called the corporate about this place and I also called the health department. I talked to several people in the town the next day and their response was that that was a place they rent out by the hour. Very discussing.

For an Econo this people are very classy. I love this hotel. New owners and they treat you like family. Some rooms haven't been renovated but they're working on it.

Room was clean but had bad odor. Refused our request to turn on air before our arrival. WARNING TO TRUCKDRIVERS: There is no designated truck parking. I had to pull around to back of building. Took 20 minutes in reverse to get out of the parking lot the next morning. One plus was that the bed was comfortable.

Good cheap location from all the outdoor adventures Ocoee has to offer. Plenty of restaurants nearby and about a 20 min drive to do the river rafting stuff. Night shift lady was sweet and friendly and the room was as expected. Didn't get to eat breakfast because I slept in for once so I cant judge that. But, since I did sleep in I'd have to say the bed was pretty awesome. Will be staying there again next time.

The staff was friendly, the room was dirty, found roach crawling on the wall, needs to be remodeled, showerhead was at chest level (i'm 6' tall), will not be staying at this location again.

(Stay somewhere else. ) I called ahead of time and asked the price of a room (including the hotel tax. ) When I arrived and paid, it was $30 more than the price I was originally told. Upon entering the room, it was obvious that the pictures of the rooms online are NOTHING like what they really are. Everything is extremely outdated. The curtains had rips in them — held back together with clear tape. There were pieces of paper scattered randomly on the floor. I assumed all rooms were cleaned before being filled but this carpet had not been. It was stained, discolored and dirty. The comforter was stained. The pillows were very flat, smelled musty. Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed there was a bath mat. It was very dark around the mat. I pulled it up and was absolutely grossed out. Mold? Grime? Black film all around and under where the bath mat was. I wouldn't have wanted to bathe or shower in it. I am giving this 2 stars because I was able to receive my money back after the owner had to inspect the room herself. She seemed very frustrated and annoyed with me but after having a look for herself, she did agree to give me my money back — no apology, she just handed back the money and walked away. The lady at the desk was very polite, apologetic and sincere. From my own experience I would absolutely not recommend this establishment.

Not upkept. Very dirty rooms and bathrooms. Not recommended. All rooms smelled like smoke, regardless of room type.

Nasty — didn't want to touch my toes on the carpet. I will NEVER stay at an Econo Lodge again. They offered free breakfast, but we decided to pass after the condition of the hotel room. The door wouldn't even dead-bolt. It was one of the worst hotel rooms that I've ever had and paid so much for.

This place is old and disgusting. I would not waste any money on staying at this place again. We used the bathroom in our room when we got there and the toilet wouldn't flush, some guy in flip flops came to plunge it. The staff would not give us our government rate discount. When we arrived, there was a very sketchy situation going down in the parking lot that appeared to be a drug deal. There was an older lady who appeared to be staying long term that tried to get us to pick up trash in the parking lot. Just a bad experience over all. All other review appear to be confirmed. This is defiantly not a place to take your children. Also, I would not even give this place a star if it would allow.

Good decent place to sleep, most uncomfortable bed on earth.

Non smoking room wreaks. Comforter torn. Water does get hot if you run it long enough. Broke down had to stay.

Once you get past the electronic door lock you go back in time about 20 years. The problem is that little has been done to the room over the last couple of decades. Looking around, there is so much that needs done. The place just feels grungy. The rooms should really be going for about $30 a night, then you would know what awaits you. On the plus side, the bed was fairly comfortable. If you're looking for a place to flop and the Motel 6 is full, give this place a shot.

It is an ok place that will do in a pinch. Lobby smelled like old sewage. Rooms we had did not. Definitely needs some help in the cleaning department. Rooms are insulated well, but upstairs when someone walks anywhere close to the room you can hear them walking. People in and out constantly makes it hard to sleep. I will definitely not be staying here next time I come through.

If I could rate this less than a one I would. The room smelled awful. There was a moldy piece of gum in the corner. The parking lot was littered with trash.

Clean and very comfortable accommodation. Loved it and wouldn't think twice of staying over again.
