ZERO STARS, a star shouldnt even be an option for a review here! One of the most disturbing places you can ever go! Bring your own linen and gun. If you don’t have one, One should be issued to you.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good, there are restaurants right down the street. I would stay here again…

The Days Inn Cleveland was amazing! Very clean, personable staff, and wonderful breakfast. Room was neat and clean. Very happy in comparison to other hotel we looked at in the area. When we make our way back to that area, we will definitely be staying there!

Days Inn has always been a great place to stay. This Days Inn was no different. Nice and Clean Room and Bathroom, Comfortable Beds. I felt safe with the outside entrance. The desk staff was excellent too!

Kickass Motel rooms are clean staff is great.

Stay away. The staff was helpful but this place is old and worn-out. Hot water didn't work properly. There was an old tube TV in the room.

What a wonderful stay. Nice, courteous staff, our experience was good, the room was good, Very comfortable bed, Due to bad reviews, asked manager to check room first, he did without hesitation. Great breakfast the next morning. Room look like remodeling, no problem staying there again.

Im not picky by any means ive stayed at holes in the wall rooms but if im payin $75 it shouldnt be anything special but atleast decent. Room was basic and outdated which is fine really small mainly just dirty. There was a rolled up moldy bath mat next to the bath tub. We wete told there were omlette s and a decent breakfast so was kind of excited. Went down there was some creepy old man that pretty sure lives here was the only one down there. There was typical waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, a case with the bread and muffin and idk what the hell they were but also a hard brick colored like egg guessing that was the Omellette? Then I was told I couldn't take food upstairs he was like see I have this itty bitty sign then asked what room I was even in. Really mainly got the feeling they have issues with drugs and ppl stealing food I guess. Then told him my newborn and husband were upstairs really didnt want to bring her down. Which glad I didnt now! Then says oh ok dont spill anything. Really!? Have you seen the rooms first off second off you have a microwave and a fridge what do you expect people to use those for if we cant eat in the room? Ended up not even eating the waffles they tasted sour. Dont waste your money spend 10 more and stay somewhere nice.

Do NOT stay here. There’s bed bugs, cockroaches, bloodstains on the walls and the sheets are always dirty. A bed bug crawled right past me in the bed. Disgusting.

Breakfast was ok but I made a reservation for a night an they said that bc of a deal they had going on my bill would be only 55 dollars but it ended up being damn near 65

This is an older hotel and they are battling the drug infestations in the area, but have not been unscathed. I'm sure the balance between affordable and undesirable is difficult.

Clean and nice people. Great for what we needed. A place to sleep. Good breakfast.

Disgusting and filthy dirty! Holes in the walls, the sheets were dirty! And the room smells. There was dirt and god only knows what in the walls! We were so tired that we just stayed! We are not sure if it is because we had a dog that they gave us a room that I wouldn't give to a homeless person! They advertise having a pool, it was filled with green slime! Should be shut down by the health department! It is that disgusting and filthy! Don't go! Keep driving!

Looked ok from outside but inside it smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking. Was warned by a neighbor possible bed bugs but I checked and I didn't see any.

Nice place for the money! Surprisingly clean! They actually change the sheets… But the pool could use a sprucing up. Family owned and operated. Nothing special but decent if you're not a snob.

The staff was very friendly. They accommodated our car with a small trailer. The room was clean except for 2 of the towels on the floor and they left a small used soap in the bath.

Rates were great and actually had availability late overnight during a holiday weekend.

I always stay here when I'm in Cleveland. The rooms are clean and have recently been redone. The breakfast is incredible. The pool is so relaxing and perfect temperature. The management is always friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I always choose Days inn when I'm in Cleveland, TN and it never disappoints. The staff is excellent and the hot breakfast daily is a nice bonus like sausage biscuit cheese omelet etc. The rooms look nice like they've been re-done recently. This hotel is in great shape and it will continue being my place to stay. Oh and the pool is warm!

Bath tub was nasty with rings, Cover had big tips in it, Staff would open door and come in during say without knocking, My biggest complaint was they charged me $89 a night while other guests was cheaper, My son and I stayed 3 nights but will never again. The morning person was the only nice one there.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There were roaches that I took pictures of, in the shower tub. There were fixtures hanging off the wall about to fall. The towel rack was completely rusted. And to top it off, there was a tube TV sitting so low that I could only see half of it when in bed. The pillows were terrible and the place stunk. It is a pet friendly hotel, I found out afterwards. I had to wash everything I had the moment I got home because I was afraid of what came back with me. Management was made aware of the roaches to which they apologized. I was staying there because my corporation said it was an approved hotel. I'm working diligently to make sure it's removed. Stay away!

On a trip because of a death. Rooms were clean & staff was helpful.

We were in a hurry trying to make it to a rafting trip, we normally like to stay at Days Inn. I had 2 teenage girls so my first question was do you have a pool, since it's located in the back I could not see it. I was told yes so we rented a room, headed off to our rafting trip. When we returned and went to our room. It ranked of cigarettes, the ceiling was falling in from water damage, the pillows were nasty, sheets were a dingy yellow, the safety latch was broken off. The room just felt nasty in general! Headed to the pool, wow green algea in the bottom, cloudy and a nasty film across the top, DISGUSTING! We ask for a refund but was denied. Please don't waste your money on this nasty motel!

ZERO STARS! Where Do I start. For 80.00 dollars a night it has to be the 2nd worst place I've ever stayed at in my life. First room was nasty! The ceiling was coming apart, someone had kicked in the door (pieces of a lock remained), the smell was horrific, the floors had cigarette ashes. So needless to say we switch rooms 2nd room was a little nicer as far as smell and ceiling was concerned. But the bed had pubic hairs all over it, which told me sheets were dirty, cigarette burns in blanket which was a non smoking room. No wash cloth to shower. Trash behind beds. Hole in restroom door. Horrible I felt as though something may crawl from under the bed and bite me. I was paranoid all night it was just nasty. The guy at desk did apologize his response was " I don't stay here, I just work here. Not really sure what the rooms look like. Very disappointing! Your over charging people to stay in nasty rooms. Just makes me sick. I just hope I don't encounter any bedbugs. I wouldn't even sleep under blankets just horrible, I've added photos. So proof is there! Do not stay here.

I stayed at this hotel just a few days ago with my mom and my puppy. We had originally planned to stay at another hotel but they were booked when we got there so after 18 hours in the car we decided to stay here cause it was pet friendly. Worst mistake I could have made! Disgusting doesn't even begin to cover it. I slept on top of the covers, wouldn't let my dog touch the floor, and didn't take a shower. The shower was covered in mildew from top to bottom, the ceiling had water marks and looked like it was starting to cave in, there were flies all over the room, and something unmentionable was smeared on the wall. I asked for a non-smoking room and was supposedly given one but the room was permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke. I learned a valuable lesson from this place, no matter how tired I am I'm checking the reviews and inspecting the room before I even let them charge my card. Save yourself the trauma and don't stop at this place no matter what.

This Days Inn has just recently been remodeled. Beautiful room. New carpet, fresh walls. Bed was very Comfortable and Very clean. Breakfast was very nice food was great and a good variety to choose from. Everything was very clean The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. Price was Affordable. We would differently stay there again.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I wish I would have read the reviews, but we weren't going to stay there to begin with. We originally had reservations set for Super 8 of Cleveland. We had stayed there last year and were pleasantly surprised for the quality of service for the price. However this time they gave us the runaround with accepting our corporate discount. The front desk staff told us to call the 800 number. The customer service representatives told us to call the front desk. We got tired of the runaround and decided to cancel our reservation. We figured we would stay at Days Inn since it is part of the Wyndham Group and expected the same quality we had experienced at Super 8 the previous year. We were sorely disappointed. Starting with the room, it was very outdated. There was little padding on the chairs, and they felt as if you were going to fall through them. The table was wobbly as well, but these are issues that we could deal with. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan was non-existent, seeing as how it was covered by the ceiling's plaster. The bath did not work either, only the shower head worked. Again, these are issues that we could look beyond even though they were adding on. On the third morning of our stay, a random person tried getting into our room at 6 in the morning. Apparently he had stayed in the room the week before, and the front desk staff had told him to keep the keycard for him to rent the room again.

All I can say is Bed bugs! This hotel was dirty and it has a bad odor. I will never stay at a days inn again, after that horrible night.

This place is a filthy, DUMP. Keep driving no matter how tired you are! I had the misfortune of staying here one miserable night during a storm that effectively shut down the Interstate (75) nearly a year ago. Had we not been so tired and the weather less than cooperative, we never would have stayed in this facility.
