Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, pool is sparkling, all is nice for price! I gave 4 stars because we went to the lobby to get towels and they were out. They had no towels at all. But otherwise, overall it was a nice stay. The breakfast has a wide variety from cereal yogurt and bagels, to muffins (they are soooo goood), biscuits and gravy and waffles. A little for everyone.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Towels were soft. No complaints. We would stay here again.

Our stay was June 29-July 1, 2018. The pool was really, really dirty. Instead of being understanding when I voiced my concerns, the gentleman made excuses. He said 1) it’s an old pool 2) we’ve had lots of rain 3) the black mold if just from people swimming in the river and then coming there 4) I treated it and it will be better in 5-10 Days It was really nasty. Imagine dirty bathtub scum… in the entire pool. You could also slide your room key through the sides of the door.

Great experience, stay per one night. The staff is very friendly l. Good location, and you take discount in restaurants near.

Rooms are small and out of date. Stayed there from Friday may 18th till may 21st. Found blood stain on our sheets. The parking lot was small and always too crowded. Families and their kids were loud going up and down the hall way, kids kept trying to open our door to the room. Random people would knock on our door at night. Bathroom was small and out of date, the door frame for the bathroom was split, so it was hard to close the bathroom door and keep the bathroom door shut. I'd never stay here again.

The Motel is next to the mall and other surrounding businesses. The rooms were nice. They were in the middle of remodeling the Motel. Service was good as well. The only issue is that, there are no street lights at night and is pretty dark. They also have a lack of surveillance.

Considering the level of hotel and price, Baymont Cleveland exceeded my expectations. Room was nice and clean, large lcd TV, and all furniture and fixtures looked fairly recently renovated. Breakfast was pretty good for continental, individually wrapped muffins, Danish, package oatmeal, fruit, waffle maker, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, toast, bagels, milks, juices, and pretty good coffee. Had no issues with the rooms, grounds, or room fixtures. Staff was excellent and very personable. Hotel was in a decent area and clientele and grounds were not seedy or anything as some Baymont and similar are. Pool area was small but looked clean. Few very minor complaints, some kind of protein would be nice for breakfast options and not just simple carbs. Large door for bathroom is annoying and needs a stop. Carpet could be improved. Beds were harder than I prefer. But these are all nitpicks. Overall a great stay for the price and I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

All staff and personnel I interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast included egg omlette patties, biscuits & gravy, instant grits, fresh variety of bagels and pastries, oatmeal, waffles, and more. Room was clean and comfortable; it was spacious, yet cozy. I really enjoyed the sunshine that came through the window during the day.

Love this place they updated furniture since I was last there best place to stay for warrior fest.

The staff was very friendly. The room was relatively clean, but the smell put us off. The entire room smelled of stale beer. It was so strong we had to prop the door open. We arrived in the afternoon and had to head out immediately for a softball tournament. When we came back that night the smell was so bad we had to go to the local Walmart and buy air fresheners. It was too late in the night to bother changing the rooms, even though the staff offered, we were exhausted from a long day.

It is what it is… A 2 star hotel that offers discounted room rates. The staff was super sweet and very nice. The room was ok. It worked but should have had a better cleaning before I checked in. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure and very hot water so I really enjoyed taking a shower there. I would go so far as to say they do not have scolding devices for the hot water so it can get very very hot so be careful with that. There is free Wi-Fi which worked well. They have a free breakfast but I did not try it. Pets are permitted. Non-smoking rooms. The location is very good… Only 3/4 of a mile off I75 and about 40 miles north of downtown Chattanooga. Lots of places for shopping and a good number of restaurants to choose from. Bottom line… Pros out way the cons and I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area and needed a place to stay for 1-3 nights. I stayed there 2 nights. It worked out perfectly for what I needed which was a simple "crash pad" for the weekend.

Nice motel which was situated a few minutes from Lee University. Clean, updated rooms.

Very nice experience. The only thing that could have been better would have been breakfast. The biscuits were dried out and very hard.

I dont even know where to start. I drove in from Murfreesboro tn to your hotel. I finally get in town only to get refused my reservation because I dont have money on my card. I had cash in hand to pay for the room. I get told you do not accept cash until check out? So I leave the hotel to go add money to my card the desk clerk Becky cancles my reservation? Not happy at all.

Very nice and friendly staff. Pet friendly! Decent rooms for a very reasonable price. They do charge 20$ fee for each animal witch is reasonable if you want to travel with our furry guys. Thanks I will keep this in route for next time coming through.

Great place to stay in Cleveland Tennessee great Gal behind the counter named Kathleen. Clean efficient easy access 2 story no elevator nice little breakfast.

The staff, including the manager were quite ill-mannered. The rooms aren't light blocking, and the breakfast was inedible. Not even sure how they could mess up orange juice.

Everything was very clean and tidy wide screen TV in room Wi-Fi access friendly desk clerk and much more swimming pool bredfast store close by chillies across the rode from motel walking distance mall next door everything you could dream of we spent our wedding night here.

We had to evacuate fl due to IRMA very scary stressful situation. My wife and 3 kids slept in a truck stop first nite due to no gas or rooms. We finally got to Baymont who had a room available. The thing was it was 9am they had no checkouts yet and check-in was at 3 The wonderful lady at front desk could see the stress and fatigue in my family and I. Showed us to the dining breakfast room and said we could eat and wait there. As Soon as a room was done they got us in way before 3. We stayed for 3 days. The second day a local church provided lunch at hotel for all us Fl people. Thank you so much Heneger Baptist Church. And the whole staff was awesome from housekeeping to Managers. The room was clean up to date. Price was good. If I could I would give 10 stars. Thanks so much to Baymont and Cleveland Tennessee the whole town was nice at every place. For the way the treatment of my family through all of the stress and fear of the hurricane!

Pros: comfy bed, clean linens and towels, nice front desk people, large grassy area, ok breakfast Cons: non smoking room that reeked of smoke. Filthy doors and shower. AC barely working If we didn't have such a stinky room and it felt so dirty when we first got there, it would've been a good place.

Staff was friendly, room and bed were large and comfy. Good TV with fridge.

IT needs to be cleaned better and have more things to do.

Stayed the night on a long trip. Front desk person was pookie and the complex looked nice. The rooms were okay and the bed was stiff but good enough. Good experience but not exceptional.

Booked our rooms 2 months before the Warrior Fest 2017. We was told the rooms had 2 queen size beds and we explained we would have kids in the room sleeping on blow up mattresses… would they provide extra pillows and blankets… yes they said. Found out we have 2 double beds and they could never get us any extra blankets. We thought we'd just give them the comforter on the beds… there weren't any. We never had our rooms cleaned and we always had to go ask for towels… half the time they'd tell us that none was clean. One Saturday night we needed to speak to someone in the office and they locked the doors on everyone. I have never stayed at a hotel where you can't contact someone that works there. We had a light blow on us and it popped so loud and shot sparks out the wall. What if we had a fire and no one would respond in the office?! Horrible place to stay. I've stayed at a motel 8 with better service. The rooms smell like old musty hotels that haven't been cleaned in years. I'd pay the extra 20 bucks a night for better service and a better smelling hotel room, so that you won't wake up with a headache. I loved the warrior fest though!

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. They were so accommodating when our transmission broke down and we had to be there for a couple days!

The hostess was very helpful. Rooms were adequate. Breakfast was OK, the biscuits were hard, but there were other things to eat like waffles that were satisfactory. Overall was a good stay, would stay there again if I need a hotel in the area.

Stayed in a handicapped accessible room it's nice and very easy to move my dads wheelchair around. The shower is perfect for someone with a disability. Absolutely fantastic room. Close to the mall and all the nice restaurants. And 1 hour and 30 minutes from Knoxville 30 from Chattanooga 2 hours and 15 minutes to Atlanta and about 2 and a half to Nashville. Beautiful city and nice place to stay. 5

Stayed 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Had nice grass area for my dog to walk. Very pet friendly area. Will stay again!

I've stayed here several times and have always been treated great by everyone there. Rooms are clean! Love that it is quiet and off the road! I've always paid $50.00 or less for a room there, so no complaints here!

The hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast has several good options. The rooms were clean and we have no complaints.

Rooms are really small, this is a MOTEL! The pool is tiny and dirty. Overpriced at $80 a night. This is a $60 MOTEL at best for this area. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the room was clean and the staff was moderately nice.

It was awful. They are rude, they double charged us for the same night on our credit card and cash. They lied and said they didnt charge the credit card, luckily checked account and seen the money transaction. We reserved 2 weeks and they booked it, then after two days of being there they told us they coudnt give us the two weeks and we had to scramble to find another hotel within a one day notice. Terrible.
