Nice place. I stay in BW often as a business traveler I’d recommend.

I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the pool was closed.

Room 510 is infested with bed bugs, room 607 was present with bed bugs droppings, 410 reeked of cigarette smoke and 617 had a sticky floor. Check your rooms when you check in. I’ve changed rooms at least 3 times. 510 needs to be exterminated. It was crazy.

Nice and quite place and pretty nice.

It was peaceful someone hit power line and they told us they wouldn't have it on til 10 so we stayed here it was a cheap 1 night stay and it was peaceful and the kids seen it as an adventure.

Everything was so clean and smelled good. The beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. Free breakfast was very filling.

Avoid at all cost. It is Nasty. Hair all over the sink and tub. Plus my colleague got bitten by bed bug. Nasty!

This hotel is only seven months old and it’s got an excellent start. Everything was clean and tastefully done. The refrigerator did make a bit too much noise but for one night we dealt with it. The only thing is the room we got had a view of a pitched roof about 3’ from our window! But again we were only there for one night and we’re not there for the view. The view was on our hikes in the area.
Google maps for some reason took us onto the interstate and told us we had arrived. It’s tricky make a right turn if your headed east BEFORE the I-85 access.
Breakfast was very good. I opted for a waffle and bacon. They do have yogurt and toppings for the yogurt including shredded coconut I noticed. They also have fresh fruit available in the standard breakfast fare also.

Very new facility that is well laid out. The staff were very friendly, but professional and knowledgeable. They gave good recommendations on restaurants. The hotel was quiet.

We've been here two nights, due to check out tomorrow, but the hotel can't get the housekeeping together. I complained last night when we returned to the room and found that the beds hadn't been made, carpets not vacuumed, nor the trash cans emptied. I noticed other trash around the bed — wrappers, Bobby pins that weren't from my group — which signaled that the floor hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. I complained to the front desk. The person on duty said she would leave a note for housekeeping. We just returned from being out all day. The trash had been removed but beds unmade and carpet still not vacuumed. Complained again to the front desk. Manager there said they've had problems with housekeeping, which isn't an adequate answer. She told us to discuss this with the manager in the morning, which we will and I will update. But for those searching tonight for accomodations, I'd skip this hotel until they fix its problems.

This one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very clean, and really modern looking. The beds were soft and comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay while in south carolina:)

The hotel and rooms were clean and updated. The staff was friendly and nice. I'd definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

It new and very nicely decorated. Resonably priced snacks and microwaveable foods in the lobby. Friendly staff. Easy checkin.

Clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom shower was really nice. Front desk was friendly and let us check in early too. My only complaints were that the pool was closed for our stay and the parking lot was being repaved.

The place is new and fresh. They already have mice for being new. Overall, good.

Very nice stay! We have our reptile exhibit at the Spring Fling every year and have to stay in hotels. This was our first year staying here and it is very nice. Everything has been redone and looks new. Breakfast was very nice except not a huge seating area. Definitely, would recommend if you need a quick place to stay.

Newly renovated hotel re-opened 19 March 2018. Good, clean, modern rooms. Not all rooms have bath tubs, if you want a bath tub ask for one, no vent fan in bath room. Closet space is narrow. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave in all rooms. Complimentary breakfast in a narrow time frame. Convenience store with good prices. Outdoor pool, and indoor gym. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
