We had to come here to lay my sister n law to rest I couldnt have ask for anyone to be any kinder and go outta their way to help us all during this very difficult time every staff member here has been excellent to us ill never forget all of them and cannot Thank all of them enough id recommend this Hampton inn to anyone God Bless.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is mediocre. Service is very good.

During our vacation, we had what we were going to do in place. But at the end, my hubby wasn’t ready to go home just yet, so we traveled more without a plan. We stayed at this hotel in short noticed and it was nothing but great! For a last minute decision, we were blessed to get a hotel as nice as this. We were close to the beach (about 10-15 drive), but not too close that our hotel room showed it. We have gone to a hotel right on the beach before, let’s just say, it’s not always good to be that close. Our room was great! Neat, clean and so much more! There was a lazy river as well as a pool. A great place if you have kiddos.

The hotel was clean & the rooms are very large. Essence at the front desk is a pleasure to work with & polite. The hotel is also tucked away so there is very little noise. Carrabba's is across the street so dinner is only a few steps away.

Very pretty place … The cleaning lady's are the best thank u lady's … everytime they would make the bed they would fold my sissys pray Shaw and lay it on my pillow. She passed away so I took her Shaw with me … Thank u ladys.

Spent the days he during the solar eclipse, absolutely outstanding. Rooms are clean, wonderful breakfast in the morning, and the staff is well trained and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms. Staff was outstanding. The breakfast was well-prepared. Most important coffee was available all hours. Easy location to reach with free parking of course.

Very clean room. Beds were VERY comfortable. Used the workout room and it was clean and well lit. There was also a decent breakfast that's included. They have items for purchase, snack items or freezer meals for the microwave if needed. Fridge, microwave, and mini coffee maker in room. Will stya here again if in the area.

My extrnded stay @ this location started out quite well, until between the company n this location n myself, did something because of thier error with not apology or explanation, that cause financial n personal problems that Caused a Domino effect that they never settled, n took until 12/17 to resolve, now I have to deal with a IRS problem because of it. Some staff are wonderful, except asst. Manger Tracy, the rudest, most disrespectful person @ that location… Now have to retain a lawyer, Beware of this irresponsible location, good customer service requires resolution, they offer me none! keep names, n receipts dates etc… N stay elsewhere, or you might receive a similar nightmare as mine!

For a quick one night. Lovely, large room, clean and comfy! Free breakfast was and added Plus! Thanks for stay!

This place is fantastic! Best hotel I've been to yet! Room is big and elegant. Breakfast has a nice formal open area. Plus they even have bagged "Happy Kits" filled with a water bottle, an apple, a granola bar and other fun items for free! True hospitality at it's finest.

Very well managed and clean hotel. Breakfast is better than any other hotel I've stayed at. Would definitely stay here again! Staff is great and kitchen breakfast cooks get a double thumbs up! Don't be afraid to ask for better rate. I found by calling toll free line or hotel directly gave best rates. Definitely worth the price. Off season is best. I'll be back soon! C. W.

Our stay here was great. It was over 100F outside, and when checking in, the person on the desk got us some chilled bottled water, was super friendly and fast. The room we had was a king suite, which had plenty of room, was nice and clean, with a spacious bathroom; the free breakfast was good, and check out was a breeze. Would stay again.

My X daughter in law and boyfriend took me there why I was visiting them we stayed overnight I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Staff was really great. I would stay again.

Clean, quiet, easy to get to, restaurants across the street. Got in early, had a minor issue with the ac, they moved us next door, problem solved. Great breakfast, hot fresh cookies, good assortment of misc items for sale… a very pretty and comfortable place. Highly recommend to all, we will be going back soon…

Check in was easy. Got to the room and there was dust behind some of the items. Always have loved Hampton Inn but was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of it.

Fantastic location and very clean! Loved the outdoor pool and the breakfast, especially the staff tending to it, were great. Southern hospitality, at its best. Will stay again!

We stayed there for 2 night July 21 and 22. This Hampton was super! Even the pool was great. Can't say enough about it.

First time here and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout stay! Breakfast was awesome with a variety each day. Rooms nice clean and beds comfortable. Not on the beach, but we were okay with that cause you would have to drive anyway. So no daily resort fees:-)

Beyond impressed with this hotel. Great value and the rooms are cozy and updated. Very generous with the complimentary toiletries and the breakfast is good too. Love the coffee available all day in the lobby.

The room is spotless everyday I come back from my work class. The staff is very nice, breakfast is great, fresh cookies everyday. The place is just cozy. No complaints at all.

This hotel was my favorite. Beautiful gardens and lake. We had our own clean, nice condo and the staff was friendly. The beach was right there. The pools were gorgeous. This place felt like a resort…

The customer service is at the worst you can expect at this hotel. When I checked in I was not offered water or a "how are you? ". Second day of my stay I had 4 dogs in the room next to me that kept barking all night long. The manager's response was he can't help much since the owners of the dogs left the room and he cannot enter the room. Hotel Manager's solution to fix situation next day was to offer me 1000 pt's for the bad night experience. For anyone who understands their points system it's 3.33% compensation for the amount of money the room costs for the night (30, 000 points). She was extremely rude even in offering that 1000 points and behaved as if she is doing a favor by compensating me. I am an IHG spire elite member and never would I stay at this hampton for their staff's behavior. Stick with Holiday INN.

We stayed here at the last minute. The rooms are great. The staff was awesome. I'll will stay here again. The manager Jeff is the best. Thanks for making a last minute mini vacation great.

Corporate meeting room use for the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had an odd layout but we made it work. Nice hotel.

Recently stayed here June 19, 20, 21st 2014 the staff is great loved bubba and mgr was really great as well. The place is very clean and refreshing. I would know I have been in housekeeping in the past and I know what to look for. Breakfast was fresh and clean as well. First time I had ever stayed at a Hampton Inn. Will always come back to this hotel in the future. Love the location as well.
