We checked into a nonsmoking room and we left to go meet some friends, after returning late, the room smelled of nicotine and I couldn’t sleep because of the smell and my eyes burning bad. This room was 100.00 $ plus per night. I will never recommend of stay with this chain ever again.

Nice friendly place with clean rooms. Check in went smoothly with a very courteous front desk. Upon arriving to room found it all nice and comfy. Thank you Quality Inn. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quality of the Quality Inn in Cheraw, SC has gone DOWN. Have stayed here for years. While it has never been top quality visible stains can not and should not be tolerated. This time was given two upstairs rooms for my husband, my self and two adult sons. Carpet was badly stained. Big giant dirt spots throughout. (carpet needed to be changed out) Chair that sat in the corner badly soiled. ( (Needed to be reupholstered or thrown out) Shade on Foor Lamp Badly soiled (Shade should have been changed out). Calls into question cleanliness of whole hotel. 2 Star Hotel can not continue to charge Top Dollar and not put money into the Hotel for its upkeep. Needless to say we checked in at night. Checked out early next morning.

Stayed two nights. First night was great… ground floor room, quiet, comfy, clean rooms and beds. Friendly staff! Second night, loud due to a bunch of folks on crotch rockets… tempted to file complaint… they were very disrespectful to other guests and even after turning off the bikes, could hear them yelling/talking, etc. I'd stay again and would hope rude people aren't there at the same time.

Very clean and modern with updated amenities: coffee pot (with tea), blow dryer, microwave, iron, refrigerator, TV with hbo, and a great desk chair. The room smelled clean, as do the linens. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom/vanity was large. Breakfast offered biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, danish options, fruit and yogurt, cereal, juice and milk. The pictures shown here are accurate: the hotel is beautiful and well maintained.

Enjoyed my stay! Room was nice and spacious! Only thing is I wanted to use the whirlpool in the bathtub but it didn't work! ☹& the jets need to be cleaned because while I was filling bathtub up black mold or some kind of black particles started floating all in tub. Had to drain all water out! Nasty!

Clean, quiet, secure, best place to stay in cheraw hand down. I check out the other places and lets just say not even close to here. We would stay here again forsure. Close to food, fuel and town limits. Staff and service are exactly what they should be (kind, friendly and helpful).

The rooms are very nice and look like the pictures on the website. The rooms are cozy and the beds are really comfortable! I would definitely stay here again. The staff is also very friendly.

I travel weekly for work. When it comes to clean and nice. I'm picky. This place was great. Nice sized room. Bed, desk, flat screen, fridge… All the bells and whistles. Good breakfast in the morning. No elevator. Only two stories though. Nicest place to stay by FAR in town.

I loved this one the stay was awesome the staff great clean place great breakfast, the bait and switch quality inn came in Anderson SC ON clemson blvd. The ADA should be interested. Handicap/ wheelchair assessable room was a regular bathtub. Yes a standard bath tub. The front desk manager tried to say we just took it over from Howard Johnsons and we are not familiar with Our rooms yet.

We called at 8 o'clock in the evening and got the room we wanted. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. Our room was clean and was pretty much up to date. Great experience.

Very clean and convenient to where I needed to be. I live it. I will stay there every time I visit Chesterfield overnight.

Always a great place to stay! I stay here at least 2X a year on Biz. Always top notch service and accommodations.

This QI is excellent! And the folks are so accommodating. Great large flat screen TV. Very nice stay.

Not good. Drove 8 hours to get here at 2:30 in the morning and no parking spots available. Made reservation for a ground floor. Got a 2nd floor, smoking room with dead and live gnats all over. Went back outside and slept (with one eye open) on the side of the building for an hour. Continental breakfast was nice. Service at desk, not so good.

I will never stay at another Quality Inn. I was charged for an extra night. I had my bank to call and inform them of the error and the General Manager did not want to take responsibility for her staff not being able to preform the transaction. She was very rude and unprofessional. But I forgot that I was dealing with the State of South Carolina.

Best of Quality Inn Hotels I have been in past three years. Very clean, everything is in order. Staff is very responsive and well organize. I am here on business and looking for more visits at this location. Each year I spend more than 200 days in hotel so I do know what is good when I see it. Keep the good work.

The rooms are clean & sufficient in space. They have a refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in the room. And best if all breakfast is included. The offerings include cereals, biscuits & sausage & even waffles! The front desk staff were helpful and efficient — which is brilliant. We liked it, and would recommend it.
