Nice place. Furniture needs replacing… pleather chair was cracked. Service was great. Room was clean.

Arrived for a one night stay, booked well in advance, and got a handicap accessible room that wasn't requested on the first floor. Climate control was left at a crisp 72 because of a lot of noise from the room above. We were freezing all night. The first complaint call to the front desk we were told that the room above us was a person who was autistic and had trouble sleeping. Two further complaints to the front desk resulted in no action being taken by anyone. I had zero hours sleep with a 5 hour drive in front of me. Upon checkout they offered no compense, just a we're sorry. Never again Candlewood.

Hi. Was there because a young man took keys from a young lady. Then took off with her car. I was called to help her. She was crying. Other employes & manager helped her very well. See I'm a retired pastor. Got down on my knees praying in the main room. I prayed For every ones safety including police. And the young man. No one laugh or asked me to get up or leave. To me that place gets my 5 stars.

Would have given them five stars but they charged me $250 claiming I smoked in a non-smoking to the point that they needed to pay for special cleaners. I have asthma and don't smoke. I checked in ~1030 11pm sat night, left for the casino as soon as I dropped off my bags, came back around 1am and left sun ~9am. They charged me for the room on Sunday but didn't tack on the extra charge till Monday. Called and asked why. Was told no but me stayed in the room and that there was photographic evidence and to call back the next day for a manager. My boyfriend called that time, did NOT get a manger, got the same women I did (who coincidentally was also the women who had checked us in and out) and 2 days later after some investigating by this women it turned out there was someone who had been transferred to the room and was a smoker. Got a refund thankfully. This could have at least been a 3 star review since the women running the front desk when I arrived and left AND helped figure out who the true culprit was, was AMAZING/Extremely friendly/apologetic but managment didn't even help or some how get involved to solve the problem. This poor front desk women had to do her job and solve my problem with no help. That is your job as a manager! I won't be going back.

Here on business. Nice clean room, polite friendly staff. Full fridge and microwave and a cooktop. All kinds of stuff that make it a home away from home.

I usually stay in large 5 star hotels but we are moving to the DC area from Indianapolis and wanted to stay somewhere halfway in between. We have our dog with us and needed a place for one night that took pets. The staff at Candlewood Suites in Washington, PA were more than accommodating. Kaya at the front desk was warm and friendly and gave me the type of rooms we needed for our family. I was surprised to see how pristine, clean, and cozy the rooms were! I found out who the housekeeping supervisor was (Deborah) and personally thanked her for making our short stay, in a hotel I personally wouldn’t have thought much of, so pleasant and comfortable. She said that all the beds in our rooms were replaced with new pillow top mattresses. There is no continental breakfast here but there is a Waffle House nearby that we will eat at in the morning before we get on the road. Thank you Kaya and Deborah!

I stayed here about four years ago, but honestly could not remember the experience. I was a little apprehensive to stay here at first, because the exterior is so beautiful, but the price is crazy affordable. We have stayed several days in one of their smaller rooms, and it is very comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, a small (but deep) sink, garbage disposal, a four-cup coffee maker, and a built-in two-burner range. They provide complete tableware for two, a few cooking utensils, and several pans, along with kitchen towels, soaps, and scrubbies. The basics can be found in the cabinet (packets of salt, pepper, and sugars) and popcorn is in the microwave. Since they are extended-stay, they provide larger shampoos and soaps, which will be replaced during the weekly deep clean. If you need towels, coffee, toiletries, etc between cleanings, just trade out your towels with either someone from housekeeping or the front desk. They also have a lending pantry at the front desk, filled with utensils, slow cookers, DVD's (the rooms all have dvd players as well), board games etc. And there's a gazebo out back, with two huge propane grills, a nice table area, and a ceiling fan. Tomorrow, we will be moving to one of the larger suites, which have a private bedroom, a fold-out sofa, and a larger kitchen. I'm so excited!

Love the kitchen in the rooms. Kinda off the main road but nice area to be in.

The only benefit of this hotel is the free laundry. Besides that it sucks. Stayed there for a week never got fresh bedding or trash taking out even though they came in the room to open windows and curtains. I left the dish liquid on the counter and they put that back in the cabinet moved my stuff around but didn't make the bed or empty trash. Then my last 3 bottles of water ended up missing. Smh. The blonde lady at the front desk was so nice she said she would come up and change everything but I told her no because she had her job to do. She was so nice. Wish I had got her name instead of saying the blonde lady.

Check in was easy. Very clean hotel. Great for long stays.

Very happy with the staff and the room. Clean and spacious. Very pet friendly. We will definitely stay with Candlewood Suites again.

Great location 2 minutes from Casino and Tanger outlet mall. Nice suites and good service.

The front desk people were very pleasant. They were helpful with a smile… They made you feel at home. I used their shuttle service. The two different drivers that I had were friendly and down to earth… No problems with any thing or any one. Thank you guys for a positive stay…

Nice clean chain hotel… will stay there anytime and the best part is There is a Waffle House at the end of the drive!

The room was a little cold from the fan ruNning that we couldn't shut off. Other than that it was a nice place. Would stay here again.

This hotel is a scam! We stayed one night for a family wedding. They billed us $100 dollars for damages! They said we stole the tupperware and glasses from the room. This is absolutely ridiculous! I was mortified. I would never give them another cent of my money.

Quite accommodating, a bite pricey for a less than 24 hr stay, however the shuttle, in part made up for that …

Staying here December 30, 2017 and will be staying December 31, 2017. They have no tea, bottled water, cupboard has barely any food. Reason saying truck did not make it. Room/suite is nice and comfortable.

Beds are really comfortable. Rooms are clean. Would stay there again.

Good location, close to restaurants, pet friendly, very clean and quiet and friendly staff. Will definitely return in the future.

The check in experience was horrible. Not going into the details but the lady staff was at the reception was not friendly. Room in the ground floor was below average of my expectations.

Staff was very rude. I asked if I could pay in cash they told me I could use a prepaid card so I took 200$ and put it on a prepaid card. Drove all the way back to the hotel for them to tell me that they won't take the prepaid card. Now I have 200$ stuck on this card and no place to stay. I'd put zero stars if I could.

Overall not a bad hotel. Clean and simple nothing special. If your looking for a place to stay wile working it suits.

Nice hotel designed for longer stays. Room service every three days with free washer & dryers. Conveniently located friendly staff and the room is clean. The hotel is a little dated but nice.

The first time we stayed we was on the first floor and the room was perfect, this time we are on 4th floor and it definitely needs updated, the carpet needs replaced and the couch and chair are in bad shape, but it's a quiet, and clean place, I would recommend it to anyone, I will stay here again.

Not a good place for late night casino goers. We originally stayed here because it was cheap in IHG points and had a shuttle to the casino. When we go, we stay a while and enjoy ourselves. When checking in we were assured there would be Uber drivers around but the shuttle only ran until midnight. The casino runs a shuttle on the hour. So unfortunately we we're ready to go at 1:15 and the closest Uber driver was 35 minutes away. After finally getting home after 2, we we're glad to know checkout wasn't until noon. However, the cleaning ladies were yelling up and down the hallway and vacuuming outside our door at 9 AM. Again, we had a very particular goal for our trip, late night and casino, and this place wasn't good for it. If you're looking to do that, stay at a closer, walkable location. Don't let the front desk bluff you into believing you have a bunch of options.

Pretty sure my sheets weren't changed! I really liked it had a full fridge, stove, sink, popcorn, utensils etc.

No daily housekeeping once every 3days have to bring your own used towels down to get clean ones. Had a 1st floor preference but they use that for their monthly residents. Only 1 grill was semi functional. Staff less than helpful. Had another week reservation and cancelled it.

My husband and I had a wonderful visit at Candlewood suite the rooms are well kept very clean everyone that worked there are very friendly. We will definitely go back there again.

Wow! Pet friendly? Pet fee is More than room for ONE night! No matter if you have a tiny or large dog or pet… llama for that matter. For this price, they are practically getting their own room, only, they aren't. I'm surprised they don't charge for children, they are a mess! Whoo.

Great location right off 79. Located close to restaurants and shopping plus the casino. Rooms are nice comfy and cozy, love that you get free laundry services which makes it nice since I travel often. Staff if very friendly and always helpful. Rates are usually very reasonable.

Really surprised at the size of the room we had. It felt huge. The whole place was really nice and clean. We felt we really got a great deal! And the shuttle to the casino, thank you! That's the reason we got a room here was to go gamble so to be able to have a few drinks and be safe about getting back to our room. Awesome!

I stay at a lot of hotels and Inns, I have to say that Candlewood is at the top of my list. They not only get the big things right, they think of the little things as well. I am super excited that I had full cable in my room, I had 2 burners to cook with, and they provided microwave popcorn.
They don't offer breakfast or any dining if you don't want to cook, but there is this place called right down the road. They serve amazing breakfast, boody marys, and southern cuisine. They also have a killer happy hour. Candlewood and Buford's are an unstoppable force when your away from home.

Even though the location is a little hard to find if you are not sure of the area, the hotel is wonderful. The front desk staff were very friendly and knew everything about the area. The in house "store" gives away fruit and coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Even though it does not seem like much, considering the hotel has very few amenities this seemed nice. The room was very nice and seemed to be recently updated. Even the bathroom and small kitchen were in working order and was stocked enough to house a person for several days.

This place is so clean n they honestly have thought of everything. Very pet friendly too, I'm very happy with my stay here The staff is so sweet so nice worth every cent. That's hard to get this days!

Stay was short and sweet the only thing that bothered me was the gym equipment was not working and the curtains need to be cleaned. Other than that everything was great… clean bathroom, comfy bed, HBO movie channel with complementary popcorn in the microwave :) and nice staff.

Dogs crapping in grass area by entrance door. Why not? since official dog crapping area is twenty feet from the BBQ pavilion.? Nasty! And big dog with no leash running free in lobby. Not! We were to stay three months. We spent one night then fled to the Comfort Inn. Such a shame because this Candlewood Suites is a gorgeous hotel! With lots of dead, brown grass.

I stay here for extended stays and the staff are great as are the rooms and exercise facilities. I recommend this place to anyone. I have one comment and it is not for the hotel or staff. To the ignorant female (unless one of you guys wears a bra) who left her laundry in the washer yesterday for at least three hours: You are so inconsiderate — there were only two washers available and you tied up one while people had to wait and use the only remaining one. Show some consideration for others and not your lack of class.
