They would love for people to leave their small dogs out in their cars to freeze to death, while the scummy owners of the dog. Have no problem as well!

I booked this hotel ONLY because it had a pool and hot breakfast. I check in and find out neither are available for my stay and of course it's too late to cancel. Talk about a waste of money.

Good hotel. Stayed here multiple times when visiting family. The indoor pool is also great and clean.

Good location. Rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned and updated but they are livable. Pool needs a lot of work. Serviced is friendly but the staff is short so don't expect top notch services.

One star is as low as I can possibly go in order to write a review. In short my experience in my room is as follow, I found stained an torn curtains, yellow stained pillows and micro fiber comforter/blanket, severely torn bed skirt, mold in many parts of the bathroom, evidence of water damage that was not professionally repaired, an old Q-tip lodged in the bathroom light fixture (length of time there unknown), menstrual stains on replaced linens, horribly stained shade on all is the lamps and chair and filthy dated wallpaper. That being said, I found a large spider in the room that we could have put a saddle on. To be fair, the complimentary breakfast was acceptable. I do have a series of photos that I hope to update in the near future which will fully support my claims. The management appeared to be lazy. There was no consistency from one management person to another. No one is supervising or watching the hen house. Our experience was disappointing and disgusting. I will NEVER stay here again. That being said, stay at your own risk.

Stayed here for two rainy nights during the Peach Music Festival at Montage Mountain. Beds were clean and comfortable, room was clean but extremely outdated. I'm from NY state where smoking is not allowed in hotel rooms and the room I had smelled strongly of old, stale cigarettes. Otherwise the staff was friendly, they recommended the perfect breakfast spot down the street for us (The Gourmet, cash only but absolutely delicious). The rest of the facility was clean in the areas where I was.

Stay here any time we are in Clarks Summitt. Been staying here for years. Staff nice. Rooms clean and in good repair. Well kept established. Kid friendly.

This hotel is similar in quality to all of the hotels in the area. I have read reviews complaining about the cleanliness and laugh knowing how disgusting, outdated and over priced the Shadowbrook Inn is! People coming to hotels in this area need to keep in mind that oilfield workers stay here. The company's that book these rooms have more money and contribute more to the area than do people booking a room for the weekend! If you are booking on Expedia you are apparently looking for the cheapest room you can find. My room was clean and it compares to most rooms that I stay in around the country. This area is very close to New York. Maybe you should stay in a nice room there!

Horrible experience. Rooms were dirty, there was blood and hair in the bedsheets! After contacting the front desk to clean the room we still found the sheets were stained… The breakfast was good though.

In the area on a business trip. Staff was the attire supper casual, not what I'm use to seeing. Around 3am informed front desk that I was bitten by something… response and attitude was very nonchalant. They we're willing to change room, but 3 in the morning I had to pack up all my things by myself no assistance no help. Not even an apology for the inconvenience they suck.

My room smelled disgusting. It had not been actually cleaned in a long time. The shower and surrounding areas had rust and dirt. There were ants throughout the room including in the bed. The sheets were dirty and so were the pillowcases. The mattresses had odd orange and red stains as big as my hands or larger all over them. Everything was outdated. The pool was closed and looked like it needed cleaned back in the 90s. The workout room has one piece of equipment. The free breakfast was like zero good options.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good restaurant next door to walk to, Tully's. Enjoyed our stay here. Front desk was very helpful.

Really very poor rude mean front office. They need lots of training. Hay guys people are paying money to enjoy their stay not to see not nice people. The worst experience ever in this location. Can not wait to check out to my flight tomorrow.

The smell in this place is unrecognizable, not a good smell. The rooms are way outdated and the beds feel like you're sleeping on a lumpy space princess (not good). There were ants in the bathroom, in the tub were these small bugs coming from the drain. The shower head had pink mildew all over it, there was something gross in the ice bucket. I could keep going but there is no need. I don't recommend staying here there's cheaper places nearby that have better ratings I should have gone there instead.

Rooms old and just feel dirty. Busy bar down stairs has good music but not so good food. It tastes like it came from a microwave. Cheap price for a stay but that's about it has to offer. I stay here for work and am always having to either pay for the room 2 or 3 times per stay even though I've got a card to hold the room for the entire stay. Always hassle with front desk. Night shift is terrible. Inattentive so do t ask for anything other than a room if you check in at night.

I absolutely love the staff! They are amazing people and so wonderful to me and my children. They treat you like family and deserve an award for the best hotel stay and staff!

Nice place. Got a reduced rate because I was working in the area which made the stay more enjoyable. Didn't use the pool but did use the "Exercise room" which only consistent of a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and a set of 10lb dumbbells. Overall pleasant experience with the restaurants close by.

Good food but not a very clean well kept hotel but the ballroom is nice and clean.
