Nice and cheap. Place to spend night but please don't expect anything extraordinary.

Great little motel. Price is more than fair. Rooms are a little dated but were clean. Definitely the place to stay in Phillipsburg. The diner across the street has wonderful breakfast.

Room was clean, good service, easy check-out.

The couple in the office are very nice. I was able to call the night before so the room could be warm. Bathroom needs an update.

Great nights sleep. Friendly atmosphere. And clean. I recommend it if you need to stay in the area. And for any Pyros out there it's only about 20 min from both Fire Art, and Kneppy's Fireworks!

Very nice guy working the office. Cheap rates. Parking is right in front of your room. Pet friendly (for an extra $10) can't beat that price… Cons, not sure if the bedding was fresh, the room had a weird smell, the bathroom door didn't shut completely, the soaps & shampoo were terrible (but I always bring my own stuff). Not too bad to stay on your way through, but I wouldn't stay for the weekend.

Looks old from outside but very clean in rooms, staff super friendly & accommodating. We arrived early & were able to check in. Would definitely consider staying again, for the price u can't beat it.

I was surprised how nice Best Travel Inn was. For about $60 I didn't expect much, and from the outside it does look old, but the owner was pleasant, the room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom looked like it came straight from the 1950s, but everything was still in good shape. The TV and AC units were old, but it was not a problem. Overall I was really surprised that I got a decent, clean, well maintained place for a low price.

We crashed here one night on our way to Washington. We believe that the price matches the offer. The room was neat and clean. The air conditioner was too noisy but worked well. When someone was in the shower was heard in the room. The Internet worked well.

Stayed here by pure chance and it was PERFECT! Owner was very nice and polite. Room was super clean and very comfortable. Air conditionning worked perfectly, as did everything else in the room. Walked over to the American Dinner in the morning and had a great breakfast. You really can't go wrong here for the price…

Enjoyed my stay very much, the room was very clean although some of the things in the room were wore down from use overtime. I would definitely stay there again if need be.

The guy that operates this place is very nice. Nice place to stay. If you need a nice, clean place to crash for the night this is it. I would stay again.

My wife and I were desperate for a place to stay with our 8 month old girls (in spite of a reservation for a non-smoking room, Super 8 gave us a smoking one so we had to leave). Every motel was full. Then we found the little "Best Sleep Motel. " It's no frills and not part of a chain, but that's all to the good as far as I'm concerned. It was very clean, very friendly, and the owner even cut the price since we checked in close to midnight (as if Motel 8 or Comfort Inn would do that! ).
