It was a beautiful hotel, but our microwave died, the remote died and there was multiple dead/alive bugs everywhere… we had to wait until the maintenance man came the next day to retrieve a new microwave 😳

Great amenities and friendly staff. Central to all locations I was visiting and easy to access. The elevators were fairly slow and you can hear a lot through the walls, but didn't hinder the stay.

Stayed two nights keys and unlock app didn't work. Had issues every night. Had breakfast that I thought was free like at Hilton's Hampton inn. Gave us a bill for $38. I had a bagel and a glass of juice. No signs telling you breakfast wasn't included. Will never stay at a Hilton Gardens again. I upgrade my room from a king to 2 queens. They charged me an upgrade $30 a night. Shower head was about a C-. Amazed how different from Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We had a block of rooms for family and out of town guests this past weekend who were in town for my wedding. We arrived at the hotel early to at least check in knowing the rooms would not be ready. The front desk told us that it would not be a problem checking in later in the evening at the conclusion of the wedding reception. Upon arriving back at the hotel, we were told that almost half our block, including those of the parents of the bride and groom, had "maintenance issues" or were double booked. We received different answers for different guests. There was no apologies issued and this seemed like a regular practice at this particular hotel. The only suggestion the concierge had for us was that he could call and see if the Hilton Philadelphia had any open rooms (a hotel which is 45 minutes away. ) To say this was humiliating is an understatement. We had reserved this block of rooms months in advanced and had confirmed it multiple times. This sorry excuse for a hotel of course did not ruin our wedding day, but I must say it would have been quite nice if our out of town guests did not have to sleep on a floor that night.

An above average hotel experience. Rooms were nice and clean. Plenty of amenities to make it a very nice choice for an overnight stay for business or travel. The on-premises breakfast featured the typical hot and cold options plus the option to request eggs any way you like. Only major complaint was the long check in time.

Clean and friendly. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. There's a nice variety for breakfast. Elevators are slow, pool is small and there's no hot tub. Staff is friendly and helpful and the place is very welcoming.

We spent 4 days here while visiting the Philadelphia/New York area. Very popular hotel, stayed pretty busy the days we were there from soccer tournaments, proms, and weddings. The place was also under renovations and you would've never known outside of the signs because the lobby area was very well kept. The best part of our whole stay was the made to order breakfast omelets by the exceptional Chef Ms Barbara. Thanks for everything Ms. Barbara, God's Blessings over you, you ran that kitchen especially with the numbers going through there every morning. Made each start to every morning great.

Lounge area and elevator are dirty and littered. Crazy housekeeper bangs on your door waking you up at 9 am for no reason. Shower faulty and has water coming from the faucet down below and showerhead at the same time so water pressure is a joke. Water also doesn’t drain properly in the bathtub and submerge your feet when you take a regular shower. Only upside is the courteous and enthusiastic staff at checkin desk. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for the past two years. Never again.

The staff is great. You have to visit and when you do ask for Ms. Barbara in the kitchen. Can we say she treat you like family. The best.

Good location. Lobby is being redone and thus the restaurant was moved to a much smaller space. Breakfast could be better. Though, the rooms are good sized.

Breakfast was great tons of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes plus cereals and toast. The lobby just got redone, staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. If visiting philly again I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here 4/12/18 & each time I contacted the hotel DIRECTLY, I received top notch customer service. They informed me beforehand, about their lobby renovations which was very helpful. Also, I purchased the breakfast room package and THIS IS THE 1ST TIME stayed at hotel who offered turkey products ‼️✔️Everything about the breakfast was DELICIOUS, Room was great, very clean & bed very comfortable, slept well.

This hotel had a great combination of location and affordability. It’s very close to several shopping centers. The staff was always incredibly friendly and pleasant to deal with.

This place was great! We booked at the last minute and the woman concierge was very polite, informational, and accommodating. However, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service we experienced in the morning with the male concierge. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Everything else was perfection.

I was very impressed with this place. Extremely nice rooms, clean, spacious. Rooms have a living room area, kitchen, dining table. Breakfast is also included. Highly recommend.

This place has very slow elevators and very thin walls. You could hear your neighbors' conversations. However, the room itself was comfortable and the water pressure was great.

I had a single king bed, through HHonours. Front desk was very receptive and quickly gave me my key and activated my digital key. The room was rather large, much larger than a usual king. Bed was fine and comfortable and the room was very clean.

Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location. Breakfast buffet with omelette station. All staff were friendly. Buzz helped us out and was very professional. Rhonda checked us in and went out of her way to be courteous, helpful and very welcoming!

I loved this hotel, it looked just like the pictures. If you are in the area stop by, the staff is nice, the food is great and the rooms are clean. Very clean.

We stayed here several months ago for two nights when attending a family funeral nearby. Very nice, clean and quiet room. Close to major highways with easy access. We were impressed with the great breakfast foods offered and the helpfulness of the staff.

Hotel is currently undergoing renovation as of January 2018. Work didn't bother me while staying there. Beds were soft and the hotel was quiet, everything I could ask for.

Comfortable rooms, great people. Breakfast was chaotic at best. Out of coffee of all things. Staff couldn't keep up with table turnover. Showers were a bit wimpy and pool is small. But otherwise great place to sleep and location is perfect.

Sure like this hotel because of the location, closed to work I was going to that day. I was amazed of the servers how they perform their job, very attentive and ready to clear the table while having your last bite. First thing I ordered an omellete with no jalopenos and half of the eggs they cooked with, it was brought in opposite, lots of jalapenos more eggs. Server was blowing her nose and not bothering to wash her hands or have hand sanitizer. Went ahead and did her job, which is good, no time wasted. I decided to have some cut up fruits and left my key card On the table and when I went back the table was cleaned, put back the yogurt in the cooler and the apple in fruit tray. Sure no wasted food here.

I was there with a bridal party. Our rooms were supposed to be blocked off together. They weren't. We were scattered all over the hotel. Not so much as an apology. The bride (my sister) booked a bridal suite. She didn't have it. Just a single. Her husband was supposed to have a double… Nope. He also stayed in a single. They were told thats all ghat was available… What they reserved didn't seem to matter. I will never stay there again. Or any Hilton for that matter.

Came here for a wedding. Easy check in, room was spacious and clean, and the rate was cheap. Good value.

Hotel was fine, exactly what you'd expect. Bathroom door was dangerously sticky, but staff assured us the problem would be addressed so no one would get stuck. Overall, good experience.

The hotel staff were super unprofessional on the Friday I stayed. They were either eating or texting when I would see them. The restaurant was terrible, the chairs are falling apart and they had 4 staff members for over 60 people. The gym is a joke considering the size of the hotel. They vacuumed in front of our room a few times and made my 9 month pregnant wife step over the cords several times. The rooms were nice though that's why I am giving a 3. The Saturday crew was great, they were super professional and made sure everything was good though.

Hotel quite clean Although the management had organizational issues. Our room was not the one we expected (we asked for a double room when making the reservation however, we got a simple one).

We stayed from 8/22-8/25 and will ONLY stay at this Hotel for all future trips. Our first experience came from Erica, a former employee who recommended and facilitated our hotel change. We then met Rhonda when we arrived and she could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The Managers Molly and Bryan are so professional and immediately felt like family. Their example set the tone for their team. Diamond at the front desk was warm and friendly. And we will not forget Joe who ALWAYS had a warm smile, made us laugh and promised to visit the Liberty Bell before our next trip. The staff was always willing to help, food was excellent, hotel was comfortable and as Hilton Honors Members our breakfast was free. This will be our go to Hotel when visiting our college kid. Looking forward to our stay in 2018.

I stayed here for a company trip. Since I don't pay for it, I cannot comment on the pricing. The place was really comfortable though. There was basically everything you need in a hotel. Beds were comfortable and there was enough power outlets to allow me to work. The only real complaint I have is the breakfast. The servers randomly charge you without letting you know that something is supposed to be charged. I went in with the assumption that at least part of the breakfast would be free but I was charged anyways. I think they should at least let you know when you are staying there that breakfast isn't free. $13 for breakfast that I didn't know costs money is ridiculous. Other than that, I had an enjoyable week staying there. — — 3.0 stars.

First, the staff was wonderful. They were super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I had no issues at all with the staff. Once we got settled the room itself was fine. Clean and spacious. My issues were as follows: The first room they put us in had a soaking wet carpet. We called down to let them know and they said they would bring up keys to a new room. 30 minutes later my husband went down and got the keys himself. The new room was clean, dry, and satisfactory. The beds were ok but the pillows were awful (and only 3 per bed, which is weird) and the blankets were folded under the mattress in a way that made it impossible to pull them up without entirely remaking the bed. The shower floor was rounded, which made it really awkward to stand in as well. The grounds were beautiful and the courtyard looked fun and inviting.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and bedroom were exceptionally clean. The hotel bar was very small and was overwhelmed by the number of guests that had wedding after parties.

I reserved a room here for my grandfather's funeral. After driving all night I arrived, 8 months pregnant, with my husband and sleeping one year, to be turned away because they had over booked. I was given a card for a free room next door at the much cheaper Holiday Inn. I immediately called my mother and sister who had also reserved rooms and let them know the bad news. Much to my surprise, both of them got their rooms without issue even though they arrived an hour after I was turned away. Three days later they billed me anyways, even though I ended up staying in a room that was half the price and was told that the stay was "complementary" due to the inconvenience.

Literally booked my room down the hallway from a Sunday School with children screaming at the top of their lungs starting just before 9 am. No warning, no consideration. Breakfast is very sub standard, how do you mess up waffles?

The staff were amazing always friendly and helpful. The hitless is located just off the PA Turnpike but the sound doesn't carry through if you're concerned about noise. The room was great and I would highly recommended this Hilton location.

Nice updated Hilton GI. With traveling all day I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was good. Breakfast is amazing. Hotel is clean and offers outdoor firepit to hang around, bar with TV to watch sports and all common areas and rooms were clean.

Great room other then going through the lukoil I really like that place. Was there for a team meeting.

Rooms were big, clean, and smelled good. Bathroom was nice. Water pressure in shower could have been better. Slept well on beds. Lobby was nice and spacious, was able to have a meeting at the table.

I'm often to PA, more than 6 times a year. I stayed this hotel for the first time, we were group of 11 people, no one had problem, with beautiful facility. We all loved complimentary cookies and lemon water at lobby. Staff were helpful. Clean and new room were the best, I had less time to use swimming pool, gym, business center but will use and share my reviews in future.

I was at the hotel attending a company meeting. The room was well set up and lunch provided by the hotel was delicious.

Very nice and friendly staff, front desk was very quick in filling any requests. Large room, clean and nicely furnished. Business center, gym, pool and laundry facilities with a full service resturant onsite. I would definitely recommend it for business travelers after spending a week here.

Service was not what my wife and I are accustomed to. The breakfast staff just kind of let you, "go at it" but with no direction. We also had an issue with our tub, which was fixed but the maintenance guy left our room door open after he was done. The refrigerator was also on its last leg as well. The front desk staff did ultimately resolve our issues by switching us to another room. I requested an upgrade, due to our issues and inconvenience, but I was told that there was only one suite in the hotel and it was already occupied. All in all, it seems as if some of the staff cares but most don't. Not the best experience…

Rooms are all newly renovated, all smoke free, large, new beds, loved my stay and will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with. I had the pleasure of staying about three (3) weeks so they got to know me. The rooms were clean, good food and breakfast was also very good. The workout facility left a bit to be desired and lacked free weights but was still clean and open 24/7. I would stay here again.

Hotel was fine but I had mice in my room. I called front desk and was told it was "to be expected" since we were near a field. I asked for a new room without mice and was told they were completely booked. I said "good lord, can I at least have a mouse trap". She said she didn't have one. Great job guys!
