People at the front desk where very friendly.

Friendly staff, great amenities like free breakfast, internet tv, fridge and microwave in room, comfortable beds. Our only complaint was the indoor pool was very cold. Not sure if the heater was broken, but had to limit swimming to 20 minutes until or son's lips started turning blue and his teeth were chattering.

This Fairfield Inn is pretty old and the room isn't huge, but it's clean. The front desk for s friendly and there are free cookies. Can't comment on the breakfast, yet, the hotel is fairly close to a lot harder f restaurants and right next to a convenience store. What I really like about Marriott is the smart TV's with built in Netflix and YouTube apps.

Zach is one of the best you could have. We come here when on our business and he is wonderful and all others people that stay here. What a great person to work so hard to help people here. You are blessed to have him. Norma roberts.

Great Hotel. My wife, daughter, and I stayed here from Wichita, Ks. We had a great experience. The rooms were very nice and well kept. Everyone was great. Zach at the front desk was amazing. Thanks guys for the great experience.

Ok so I took my daughter and 5 friend and they put us on the 3rd floor. By 830 the manager already was receiving complaints mind you I spent $175 dollars on this room. The pool is nice but it has so many chemical my eyes were so red. Oh and the breakfast was good but no BACON!

Room is clean and comfortable. I can access my own Streaming services via the TV like Netflix and Hulu. I really like that.

4 stars for price. Free breakfast decent and staff was very friendly and helpful. Not an actual "4 star hotel but 4 stars for the price" One huge downfall, the ice bucket was gross. I know they give you plastic bags but I wanted 3 to layer before putting my ice in. Otherwise, clean and would stay again.

Thought this was New Paris Ohio? I stayed here once when it was a Best Western, it was very nice.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was in Richmond, Indiana. Provided a hot breakfast buffet. Very enjoyable.

I have stayed here many times throughout the years. Always keep coming back! Staff is exceptional and very accommodating. Breakfast is a nice spread and always yummy! Great pool and hot tub as well. No complaints!

Avoid at all costs! I’ve spent 29 nights in Marriotts in the last five months and this place is not just the worst Marriott, It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. 1. Breakfast is terrible, To be fair, they usually are, but this one seems to go out of its way to make it awful for customers. 2. The room wasn't clean when I arrived (see pic of used soap still in shower). 3. Got a horrible rash from bedbugs? Or some other nastiness because of the lack of sanitary environment (see pic…sorry in advance) 4. Management hop skipped and jumped around any excuse they could put forth. I’d expect better customer service from a corporation like Marriott. This place should be shut down and the manager needs to go work in the used car industry.

Hotel and Room was very clean and up-to-date. The mattress is very soft could used replaced. Other than that a pleasant day.

The employyes were great. Johnnie was on nite desk and when I forgot my room key he was awesom about getting me another one not like at most places the give you a hassel when you have a "DUH" moment. He was cheery and had a smile on his face notter the hour of nite! Our room was super clean and breakfast was good too even though Marriott went to this health kick breakfast I still enjoyed it! The Server was great too. Kept everything full and clean and didnt mess around! You could tell both her and Johnnie are proud of where they work and enjoy their jobs! You can bet I'll be back and guaranteed will stay here again when I'm through this way! I highly recommend you check it out if you're comoing thdough and need a place to stay!

Friendly staff, the pool was okay, Wi-Fi worked, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was fresh with a wide variety from which to choose. Perfect for on the go, quick overnight stay to rest from driving.

Very clean, very friendly, very comfy beds. Breakfast had many delicious choices. Toilet very low. Booked handicap accessible room for higher toilet on return trip.

It was pretty good. Your standard hotel. We arrived pretty late, but the lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and got us into our room right away. Everything was super clean and comfy, and the breakfast was really decent as well — they had more options than I would have expected, and everything seemed to be cooked well (where it was cooked, haha. You don't exactly want to cook yogurt and bananas)

Excellent place to stay. Newly upgraded. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, upgraded linens and fantastic hot breakfast. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Hotel was in the middle of a lobby renovation, but the room was very clean and quiet. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable, but some renovation work as well (looks like they removed a window and saw exposed drywall) but I did not affect our stay. Staff was friendly! Breakfast was tasty!

It was a nice overnight stay. We were on the third floor so there was a good amount of rooms. They also had a small pool and hot tub as well as a nice little breakfast area in the lobby. It's across from a fireworks store as well just fyi.

My fiance was here for business I had the pleasure to tag along this time, very helpful staff. The day shift very blah but just did there job, was like they didn't like there job. Second shift girl is a rock star total management material the desk girl Ashley rocked smiles, helpful and cookies. I'd stay regardless of price for that type of service.

Comfortable bed. Quiet (very important)! Mildew smell in the room. Front desk staff not so friendly. Felt like I needed to wear my shoes in the room. Pretty decent breakfast. Convenient to the highway. Worked well for an overnight stay while traveling, not any longer though.

Great stay. Needed some toiletries and the staff was happy to supply. Hotel full of children and they never woke me. Great stay!
