Comfort Suites Altoona was a fantastic stay. Kelly got us checked in and was incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff here was exceptional and made sure we were taken care of. The hotel facilities were very clean and well maintained. The heated indoor pool was great. Room was large with a separate seating area. Queen beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Great to relax on after our long drive. Bathrooms were super clean water was hot and plentiful. Breakfast the next morning was great and had your standard continental items as well as a hot buffet. It was dark when we drove in so we didn’t notice the absolutely beautiful Mountain View from our window till the next morning. Really can’t speak more highly of the staff and service. A great stay!

Extremely amazingly nice and sweet cleaning staff and front desk employee, all very welcoming and make you feel like you are almost at home instantly upon entry. Very clean and up to standards in the jaquzzi suite that I stayed in and breakfast offered was also very homey and up to standard in my personal opinion.

Excellent! Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had qualified for free tickets to a local park, by booking at a Blair County hotel, and we wanted to go to the park early on the day of checking in — I called Comfort Suites ahead of time to see if we could get the tickets prior to check-in, and they were very accommodating, and had the tickets ready at the front desk when we arrived at 9 am. Staff was super friendly, the rooms were fabulous and so comfortable, and the hot breakfast bar was a great way to start the day. I will definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it!

We've been here several times, previously. It's always clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is decent and the accommodations are nice.

The hotel was very clean and looked to be a newer hotel. Check in was smooth and the staff were nice, and there was breakfast in the morning. The location was right off the highway and made this a convenient choice for staying near my destination.

We've stayed here a couple of times now as a place to gather to honor our grandmother's 100th and 102nd birthday. On both occasions the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would have rated a 5 except for cleanliness of elevator and appearance of bathrooms. Certainly is room to improve restroom ambiance, many repairs over years begin to weigh on appearances making them appear unclean even though the cleaning teams come through daily. Breakfast is free but always the same as far as content, and food did run out close to end of breakfast timeline without being replenished. I will stay there again and also recommend it if you pass through this area of Pennsylvania, the staff is great.

Room and hotel were nice. Wi-Fi was decent. Not much in the vicinity though.

Booked this Comfort Suites pretty much because of the price, left feeling I got a steal. Just a great stay. The entire hotel was spotless during my stay. It was quick but everywhere I went was clean (even the breakfast area during their busiest hour of the morning). Room was large and set up very user friendly. Sitting area was more comfortable than many hotels. Actually chose to work and eat dinner there rather than the desk. Speaking of the desk, it's very large which is so helpful when you're re-packing for the next leg of a trip. Also, tons of outlets (a detail many hotels overlook). The location was perfect, right off 99 with a grocery store maybe a mile away. Was also impressed with how quiet the property was regardless of the time of day. Staff was helpful and fun to talk with. I'll definitely stay at this Comfort Suites next time I come to the region.

Very big rooms. Good water pressure. However, it was a bit loud. My room overlooked the parking lot and it was a bit noisy. However, I am not usually bothered by noise so I still slept well. Breakfast was quite good. Eggs, sausage, cheese, plus all the bad for you carbs!

Great place to stay. It's a little out of town but still very convenient and this is why we stay here when I visit.

Great place to stay. Rob (and the rest of the staff) always go out of the way to make the stay excellent. The rooms are clean and breakfast is awesome! Kid friendly too, for us that is important! Would recommend! We won’t stay anywhere else when we visit family!

Rooms were clean and spacious. They have fridges in the rooms and the breakfast was good.

Everything we needed, they had. A great fitness and pool area. Great breakfast! The staff was bet accomodating, friendly and courteous.

This is a new looking property. It has a nice view of the mountains. I saw it with snow and green both views were good. The entry and exit during snow time can be slick as there is a hill but they do try and keep it clear quickly. When I went they offered a wine and cheese during the evening and during the morning they had a good continental breakfast. There were some hot options for breakfast also. The room was clean I didn't have any issues and when I did speak with the front desk they were quick to help and give suggestion. I would stay here again at any time.

We always stay at this hotel when we go to Altoona. It is a nice hotel always clean and the people are nice and friendly. The rooms are nice and big for our family of 6.

I like the atmosphere missing the Jacuzzi. But Mr. Rob is very helpful at the front desk.

The rooms I satyed in was very neat and well prepared. The location was easy to locate, having it right beside a highway. The frknt desk service was very pleasent. Although I believe the rooms next door was a bit too loud.

Kind, courteous and helpful staff. They helped me find a restaurant for dinner and even gave me a 10% coupon. The hotel has everything you need from spacious and clean rooms to a pool and gym. It seems to be new or possibly newly updated. The breakfast was extremely good and food was fresh and hot. High recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. The only issue we had was trash still left in garbage cans and the pull out couch was not comfortable (which was anticipated). The staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was fine. We would stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Heated pool for 13 year old niece. Staff very professional. Rooms very clean. Everyone wanted to stay longer but had to leave. Will be back.

Rob, went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding and we were in a block of rooms. He made all of our stay great. Very thankful to have such a kind person, you don't get that on to many places now a days.

My girlfriend and I stayed at comfort suites in altoona PA. We are a member of the choice program and stay at alto of the choice hotels. We left the room to enjoy the pool and came back to her purse open and money missing. 47.00 I know it was that much because I ordered pizza and that was the change. I filed an incident report but have heard nothing. I spoke to the night desk and he did nothing. In the morning I spoke to the desk clerk and she wrote down the information and my number but give heard nothing. Before I give a bad review I was hoping corporate would resolve it. We used our points to stay at this hotel only to have money stolen. We feel violated. When you put a do not disturb sign on the door. Isn't thatbwhat that means. You don't enter. I can't express the feelings of knowing someone was in the room we were in with all of our belongings and someone in her purse where her personal belongings were. We weren't sure if we should have got the police involved we gave the front desk the benefit of the doubt but I guess we should have let the police handle it. I have talked to an officer and they said we can still file if you do not handle it. All we want is our money back and our points we used for the room!

I stayed here a few weeks ago and I must say this is an amazing property. Everything is new and up to date, not to mention the staff was amazing and friendly. I can’t wait to go back and visit. Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay! Very clean rooms, comfy beds, spa like decor, and an extremely helpful and pleasant staff made our stay wonderful! Comparable to rooms that cost triple to quadruple the price!

We had a blast! The pool was small, but big enough for the girls to swim and have a good time. The room was spacious & clean. Very quiet, never heard other guests. My one gripe would be that when turning on the shower, the fixtures moved. Front Desk staff was friendly & gave us great directions. Great for a stay after a long day at Delgrosso's Amusement Park! Thanks for the Awesome stay!

The room was spacious (Queen Suite), the pool was great for the kids, breakfast was good, small selection, but hot & delicious. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast Attendant kept things moving & Front Desk was awesome!

Amazing stay at Comfort Suites Altoona. Hotel is pretty mush brand new (not more then 18 months old). Rooms were bright, clean, big… Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly and Helpful.

Amazing me and my grandkids stay once every year when we visit Delgrosso.

Location: The location is a bit remote at there is nothing around it. But it is easy to access and right off the highway. Rooms: The room was clean and modern one of the nicer one I have stayed at. Service: The service was good the lady at the front desk was sweet and helpful.

This is a great hotel. I was here for work, and I didn't have any problems. The only one I did is the breakfast isn't all that great, but the room was good.

Stayed for one night. The rooms were clean and depending on the side of the hotel you have a nice view of the mountain. It's not far from the PSU Altoona campus.

Room was exactly what I was hoping for, roomy and very comfortable! Breakfast left a little to be wished for, but otherwise an excellent hotel. Will be back!

Room with the king sized bed was roomy, clean and comfortable. The room had a single serve coffee maker and cups in the room which was very convenient. Typical continental breakfast. Friendly staff.
