I have stayed here for about 3 days now. The rooms are clean and the staff are nice and courteous. However there is this funny smell around the rooms near the swimming pool. There is also a small restaurant inside the hotel. The staff are extremely nice and the food is okay. Also Lots of free parking. L and walking distance to several restaurants.

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott Eugene was great. No issues with the room or staff. The surrounding area has some great restaurants and is located not too far from the university.

Consistent with the Courtyard brand. Loved that it was just across the street from the brew pub. Yum!

Came here at the suggestion of a colleague on the occasion of a business dinner I found a very cozy place on the riverside in a very scenic location. And all we were served by the appetizer to the main courses proved to be very tasty and all in all quite light! Very recommended place!

Beds smelled, walls didn’t block our sound well, breakfast has horrible it took them hours to make food would not recomend if you like to relax on vacation and get sleep.

Rooms were large and clean but the happy hour was extremely expensive. Overall we liked it but would not stay again as their other hotels with better amenities and prices.

I got a good night's sleep hear, and enjoyed the indoor pool. The customer service was awsom. I got no complaints at all.

Exceptional customer service. The staff is always kind polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We stay here every year for a volleyball tournament and they have never disappointed us. We will be back next year!

Friendly and efficient staff, excellent location. My room was very quiet and I got a great night's sleep in the (always) comfortable Marriott bed. They really care about their guests, especially their elite guests. If you're not signed-up and earning points/night's, what are you thinking?

I feel like this hotel was extremely over priced the nights we were there. There was a volleyball tournament so the other hotels around it were booked solid. Thebother hotels have much nicer rooms, comparatively. I guess I just didn't understand what about this hotel justified such an inflated price.

Great customer service. Nice clean room and was able to get a very short notice upgrade.

The room has a few cobwebs on thd lamp, bit overall a nice place with good dining places close by.

I loved my stay. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever been on, and the service was impeccable.

Check in was simple and fast. Location was great with everything you can think of is very close proximity. Allound staff and service was good, continental breakfast was ok, not the best but decent and it's free. Bathroom was dated with stained spots on tiled floor and pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. The courtyard was nice with manicured landscape. I would definitely stay again.

If I could give a zero I would. Be aware that this hotel does not believe in your safety and security. I stayed in August of 2017 and on a Saturday night the hotel produced a key and allowed a non registered guest into my room. I have the extra key in my possession. However the hotel and Mr. Marriotts office refuse to do anything other than say that their employees states they did not make a key. They state the audit reports do not show anything however I’ve asked for those audit reports and they refuse to produce them. They have essentially called me a liar and are saying I gave the individual a key. SHAME ON YOU MARRIOTT I have signed multi year contracts with Marriott to put on conferences, I have been a loyal rewards member for years and this is how they treat you when they know they made a mistake. All it would have taken was an apology. But nope they don’t believe that is necessary. again shame on you marriott. if you choose to stay at a Marriott be very very very careful as their security procedures lack customer awareness and safety.

I enjoyed my brief stay, particularly the access to nearby restaurants. Staff members were courteous and accommodating. I would go again.

Stay was fine. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, and shower was relaxing. Was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. Overall experience was good not great.

We had a room that opened into the courtyard making it easy to enjoy the wonderful fire pit as we drank wine and looked at the stars. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were very close to the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and fitness room. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

Easy to find and welcoming. All the staff greeted us as we made our way through to our room. Services available 24/7 within meant you coukd forget the little things and still be ok.

It was better than a motel 6, but not as good as a La Quinta.

We arrived yesterday because my Mom is here from Colorado to be with me for my back surgery scheduled Tuesday August 8th at Sacred Heart Hospital!
We reserved a handicap room because I am in a wheelchair, but last night were in a Non-handicap room! Today we were finally moved to a handicap room! Yay!

Way overpriced for what they have. Rooms are a scale of 1 to 10 an 6 which is fine for a budget friendly motel. But at these rates I would have expected a lot more. It's located in the motel block of Springfield. Makes it easy to get to the airport. They only offer overnight parking for a maximum of 3 days if you are leaving your car and flying out.

I have stayed here about three times before Staff is always nice and professional. Their cable Television system is at least 10 years behind the times. Analog stations? Very poor sound and picture. Will not stay here again.

One of my favorite Marriot locations! It may be slightly dated but the service is so consistently excellent that it makes every stay comfortable.

Clean rooms, recently remodeled. Friendly staff, and it has a whirlpool. The pub across the street has a good menu and great beer.

We had a good experience during our short stay at the Eugene Courtyard. The staff at the front desk was funny and personable. They were able to answer our questions about the town. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was such a short stay that we didn't use any of the amenities.

I stayed at the Residence in in Eugene 2-weeks ago to coordinate my mother's move to assisted living. I'm back in Eugene to coordinate her memorial.
These two properties are vastly different. My husband is Elite Platinum and we stay at Marriott properties all over. This property offers a small refrigerator, no microwave, and has doors between rooms that provide no noise barrier.
Imagine our surprise when we received a knock on our door asking us to be quieter because we were having a typical (50-year-old couple) conversation. Disappointing at the very least. Especially at 5:00 am on a weekday. Ridiculous!
Because we're loyal Marriott customers, we will continue to stay at these properties. In Eugene-Springfield? This property will be our last choice.

Our room smelled like it had not been aired out in quite awhile. The air con did not work well at all and was so noisy we could not sleep. The toilet stopped up while we were getting ready to leave. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was so nice and that made up for some of the inconvenience. They say that they are in the cycle of Renovation. Good thing.

Over all the rooms were very nice. The only problem I had was when checking in very late, the person at the front desk struggled to understand my reservation. Iy took almost 30 minutes of time while they called multiple people. The issue turned out that they were not trained with how to handle my reservation. Very niche problem.

Great service! Went to a seminar hosted here and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Standard Courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi is nice and the internet speed is above average. The outside social area is great too.

Because of the fact that you have to put a star, I am declaring that I think it is fair for them to receive less than 0 stars. This place is terrible. They rigged the HDMI ports to where you can put anything into them, and there's no complimentary breakfast. It's 4$ for a bowl of cereal! Nuff Said!

Friendly staff. Gym is ran down and dirty with no bathroom near it or the pool. The rooms look worn out most of the plugs did not work. Yeah the place is clean but just worn out though. I would recommend the Residence Inn im leaving tonight for it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice lobby. The breakfast from the little cafe is pretty decent. My only complaint is that the small fitness center doesn't have a stationary bike. Two treadmills, an elliptical, and weights. Overall, a nice place to stay, and it's across the street from Hop Valley!

We arrived at 9 on Friday night and checkin took less than 3 minutes. Room was clean. Nice and clean overall.

Nice hotel with close access to number of restaurants and 10 mins drove to University of Oregon campus.

Put a thermostat in the rooms. That p. O. S. Hvac unit with the knob never works right. Your either freezing or burning up. I won't stay again just on that. Can't get a good nights sleep when you have to get up and fiddle with the heat. Everthing else was great.

Very, very clean. Beautiful rooms and lobby. Pool and Spa open all night. Outdoor area is fantastic-has a fire pit perfect for evening relaxation. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the most helpful I've ever seen. Great location. Last but certainly not least the bistro serves the best BBQ ribs outside of Memphis.

I absolutely LOVE the renovations this property has undergone, from the trendy lobby to the beautiful rooms. Their Bistro has amazing food, and the friendliest, most professional staff. Lisa is one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kudos Courtyard.
