La Quinta is a very nice hotel. It is in Oregon. We had troubled finding a hotel at 11:00 pm, we then reserved a room with them and they found a room that suited us before we even got there! The hotel is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are very pretty and decked out, and they have an indoor pool, and great staff. And they give free mints!

Clean and aesthetically pleasing. They had a nice pool and jacuzzi as well as a small gym. It's next to Alton-Baker park, which is beautiful and has a nice larger dog park. No complaints.

Lofted lobby with hunting lodge motifs. Room was spacious and appeared impeccably clean. Well lit vanity mirror outside bath/shower and toilet room. Microwave and mini-fridge. Room included a comfortable-looking work space. A/C was powerful and had a variety of settings. Large widows opened and had screens. Parking was ample and well lit, and included a parking structure under the hotel (something I wish more hotels would implement). Regular ice and vending machines, plus first laundry machines and indoor swimming pool. The included breakfast options were robust and well prepared: eggs, bagels, sausage, biscuits, gravy, metal, toast, muffins, real oatmeal, and make-your-own waffles. Items were kept fresh and well stocked. Suggestion: bed frames that don't allow under-the-bed access would make this location even better for pet owners. That said, our nervous kitty who spent the night hiding under the bed came out impressively un-dusty, suggesting that even under the bed is rather clean.

Great hotel and location. Our room faced the neighboring park. Quiet, clean room and plenty of space. Check in and out was quick. Lots of families.

The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. Hotel was fairly quiet. The location is great if you enjoy walking/hiking/running. My 2 star review is due to the room. Something really aggravated my allergies. Trying to sleep in the room at night was pretty awful due to allergens. Not sure if it’s because pets are allowed and there was a lot of dander in my room or if there is lots of unseen mold. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it due to this issue.

Had best LaQuita room Ever. Here they have Suites. Breathtaking view. Centrally located. Have already stayed 3x. Will stay again.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. 24 hour indoor hot tub and pool. Excellent breakfast. Right next to Alton-Baker park.

Nice place… Great location… actually it's a beautiful location… but the breakfast… I would think prison food would be better… 85% of it was pure junk…

The best stay yet in Eugene. Clean professionally run. Location quiet next to walking and duck ponds. Many guests had their dogs. Very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay even though there was construction going on at the time. The room was FABULOUS. We had a recently remodeled and very large suite. The people were helpful. There were some kids in town and staying above us that got pretty loud/annoying but when we finally called the desk they took care of it right away. We have stayed here before and appreciate the location (even if it is a little confusing to find it the first time) and our kids love the onsite indoor pool. We like the hot tub.

In the past I have given the highest and best reviews possible for your chain of Hotels. This last week when I stayed the due to a major surgery I was having this has all changed! The room above me was being above and beyond loud and rude. I called the front desk 4 times and got no resolution. I had to walk down to the front desk in attempt to get this resolved. I was not supposed to be on my feet walking around due to the surgery I had just had, but I couldn't handle anymore and obviously calling the front desk was not getting me anywhere! The only thing I got for my inconvenience was 2 bottles of water and a can of Pepsi. With the amount of bragging about your chain to my friends and family I have done, right now I can't words how disappointed I am with your Hotel about how this was handled! Great place to stay while in Eugene. One of the biggest pros — indoor pool (which includes hot tub) is open 24 hours so you have lots of time to enjoy it :-) Lokated right near Alton Baker park on the Willamette river — a good choice for a morning walk. However parking at the hotel might be tricky — lots are quite narrow (trucks might take 1.5 lots) and their number is limited.

While attending a professional seminar, I was surprised the hotel was going through major renovations. I'm not sure why they would hold an event at this time. Even still, the construction happened around the event I was attending and it was very loud. The speaker had to often ask for refreshments to be refilled. There were on 2 single stall bathrooms for our group to utilize which caused some issues, and staff even cut in line to use the bathroom in front of guests. The parking lot was very small and I and other members of the seminar had to park in the Alton Baker parking lot, which isn't the safest of places, a d walk to the hotel. I would not recommend the LA Quinta at this time for hosting events.

Nice hotel with 24h pool and hot tub. Nice choice of meals on breakfast and there is a park with trails and pond right near the hotel.

Great off leash dog park next to this hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is okay. Slow check in.

Not very happy. Was told that it was "no problem" to get an early check-in on Thanksgiving. And to just call when we got to town, we could check in around noon. Got to town about 10. Was told that check in is at 3. Told him what I was told when making reservations. Was told "sorry, we are short housekeeping staff, check in is at 3". Drove there, talked to him in person, earliest we can check in is 15 minutes early, 245, because they are short housekeeping staff. I asked if every room was reserved last night, and was told no, but they still have to get the room ready and we can check in at 245. Called at 1:30, no rooms will be ready until 2:45. REALLY?! A hotel that wasn't full, has no rooms available at 1:30, and miraculously has ALL rooms available at 2:45?

First time at a LQ. Decent 3 star quality hotel. Mostly clean but one pillow did smell like what I imagine an old man smells like. Realized it was the pillow and not the pillow case so I just threw that one on the sofa. Dogs were free and comfy. First time I never had to pay extra for them. Free breakfast was crappy but free. If stay here again for sure… under $100/night for 3 people and 2 dogs with free Wi-Fi and breakfast. A hard to beat deal.

Difficult trip. Haven't seen home in several days. Three cities, several thousand miles. Topped the whole thing off dealing with U of O, my daughter and her benefactors. I'm right back on the road day after tomorrow… The staff here was so incredibly friendly. They made so many difficult things bearable. SO grateful. Left a really nice tip in the room!

Good enough! We needed a bed last minute and they able to accommodate us short notice which really saved the day. It's not fancy but that customer service was good.

Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient. Coffee was decent. Free breakfast was very very meh. Eggs had texture of powdered eggs. Boiled eggs were overdone. Navigating back to the hotel could be a challenge to those not from around d here.

Staff were very warm and welcoming upon check in. Everything has been smooth! The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours so that is a big plus for us! Good selection in their convenience store. Easy to find. Nice park next door (Alton Baker Park) with nice views. Beds were firm but comfortable. Room was cozy and clean with mini fridge and microwave. Nice stay! We will be back!

Very clean and great location right by the Willamette River. Easy access to the river trail and easy bike ride to U of O campus. Very friendly staff — Preston was the desk person when we stayed and he was terrific with dining and other recommendations. The staff even helped us repair the flat tires on our bike! Decent breakfast and pool.

Newly renovated and looks brand new. Pet friendly. Lovely sitting area with fireplace near the front desk. Pool, hot tub, and small workout room. Free breakfast which was quite good. Our room was excellent with a comfortable bed, very nice desk/workspace, big TV, and two comfortable "sitting chairs". I am 6'1" tall, and the shower head was actually higher than me which is not usually the case. My wife and I were quite impressed and will definitely look forward to staying here again.

I can only say that I stay at Quinya Inn has been a unique experience. The service very attentive and friendly. The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. The recreational facilities are quite complete and the hotel staff very friendly. It is definitely a place where you can come Ah pasártela well and stay with tranquility and pleasure of taste for several days. It is very well located since you have several sites around without any problem from your location. I recommend it highly to anyone who wants fun in a hotel last.

We are honestly pretty easy to please but I have to say that we were very disappointed in this hotel. The pool/hot tub smelled like urine. Everything was very outdated and old. The staff was not friendly, in fact they said nothing to us to mention. The rooms were mediocre at best and our car was broken into with things stolen out of it that night. Extremely shady area, out in the middle on nowhere with clearly no security. Should have asked for a refund, it was that bad.

Friendly service, some rooms have weird smells. In the middle of a remodel so hopefully will get better.

We have come to expect comfort and quality since making La Qunita Inns our preferred 'on-the-road' accomodations and the property in Eugene met those standards. Very clean room, pleasant lobby, efficient and friendly front desk attendant, good shower, lots of space in the room, lots of area to exercise our small dog, and an excellent breakfast with loads of choices and a most pleasant young lady managing that area. The bed was most comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Not the easiest location to find without a GPS buy well worth the search.

Very friendly staff. Great area for dog walking near by. Good restaurant next door. American River Brewing Co. Has a brew pub within walking distance. This is a very convenient location for visiting The Sacramento area. We will be back!

We've had better La Quinta stays, but overall this wasn't bad. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room away from street traffic. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Just stayed there from 10/28-30. Staff is super nice. Hotel seems a bit outdated, but everything works just fine. Small fitness center, but no one else came in while I was using it so it was fine. Free breakfast was sufficient — nothing spectacular. Direct TV offered tons of channels. Rooms were clean; bathrooms needed to be cleaned better but it didn't bother me. Real bonus is the location. We walked to a football game at Autzen and it literally takes no more than 10 minutes. Much better than fighting the traffic and paying $30 to park. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My overall experience was fantastic. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, when we checked in the guy at the front had a ton of great information about local bars and who's got the best food and drinks. 5 minute walking distance from the cuhtsberg ampittheatre so no need to call a cab to or from the concert. The rooms were very clean and really comfy and didn't have your basic hotel feel or horrible wanna be quilt on your bed. Pool is open 24 hours a day and there's a fitness center and mini market inside. Oh and the rooms have a microwave and mini fridge. We will be back.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the Internet was fast enough. Good place to stay overall. Great location if you're going to the amphitheater next door!

The staff here were soooo friendly. My stay was absolutely enjoyable!

Staff were great, pool was warm enough for me, which is hard to find, the room was comfortable. The loss of one star comes from the fact that the place needs some upgrading/remodeling. There is cool wood accents throughout the hotel, but they're looking kind of worn, and a piece of metal detaching from a doorway, things like that. Possibly this is because this hotel is next door to a college, and students are having hotel parties and are regularly tearing up the place? I would believe that. Friday night was pleasantly quiet though. Overall good experience.

I love the La Quinta in Eugene! Of all hotels I've stayed at, this is my favorite! I've been to a course at this hotel 3 times now and they remember me when I come back and greet me as they would a friend! I love that! Overall clean facilities. Did notice a few water droplets accumulating on the ceiling in the bathroom, but otherwise nothing concerning! Loved my apartment style room this most recent visit!

As I was checking in, I overheard a conversation that the front desk was having on the phone with a guest in the hotel. They were complaining about something and the front desk clerk was being very short with them. She was like "I'll get to that after I finish checking in this customer. Probably 10 minutes or more. " When she hung up the phone, the front desk clerk rolled her eyes at me and said "seriously, these guests. She thought I could check you in in 5 minutes. " Then she realized she didn't write down the room number of the person calling. When my husband and I were bringing in our luggage, we saw that the guest had came down to ask about her issue — which we found out was that the guests sheets were dirty. She had asked for clean sheets and had to come down to the front desk to get them herself. The front desk clerk acted friendly toward her, but I had seen how she acted only minutes before. That was completely unprofessional and it is discusting that the other customer had dirty sheets. The guest and I shared an elevator and she warned me to check my sheets. The other thing that disappointed me was that I had asked for a pack and play when I reserved the room and there wasn't one in the room. I didn't want to call down after I saw how the other guest was treated. I paid a good amount for my suite and it was not worth it. : (

I deliver pizza to La Quinta pretty often, and it's usually a pretty good experience. Every once in a while there will be a music event which is much too loud to tolerate nearby, but overall the hotel itself seems clean and friendly.

Rooms were clean and modern. Large flatscreen television, hot showers, clean pool, great place to stay.

We found our stay at La Quinta comfortable and relaxing. The room was reasonably priced and very clean. Our bed was fantastic, and so was the giant flat screen tv. We hardly wanted to leave! We did however, because the breakfast was not to be missed. I just love a hot waffle.

My room was very clean. This motel was attractive the staff were helpful and it was very quiet. This motel is in a great location especially for walking. Keep in mind this is close to the football stadium so it couldn't get rowdy on game days.

Room was clean, service was nice. Lobby was pretty. Room 224 was a little noisy, maybe the humming from vending machines, electrical room, or plumbing. Breakfast was small but sufficient. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel person at front counter was also very nice rooms are new and clean will stay again.

I couldn't have been more pleased. A couple came from northern California for a medical appointment, the medications hadn't arrived, due to wx on the east coast. We asked La Quinta for a room and they had one left, even took the couple's dog. The staff was so accommodating and La Quinta even had a medical rate for people who come from out-of-town for medical appointments. It was win-win!

Rude customer service or I should say none. My boyfriend reserved a room for my birthday we get there and it's not what we reserved. When he told the front desk she called her manager who refused to do anything to fix it. I don't recommend this hotel it's a scam.

Very clean rooms. Great service. Beautiful pond outside. The power kept flashing on and off when watching TV but other than that it was great.

Our flight was cancelled from LAX to Eugene on Friday and we were not able to leave LAX until the following morning. I had spoke with Jason a few times prior to arrival letting him know 1st we were going to be late, then called him back to tell him our flight had been cancelled and we would not be there till Saturday morning at 11. Our weekend get away was starting to be a DISASTER. Jason was so nice and understanding. Even though they have a minimum two day stay during a game weekend they did not charge us for the last minute cancellation. Upon arrival Jason was there and explained not only could we check in early but they had upgraded us to the best room there. I almost cried. He was so sweet and friendly and it felt like "finally" things are going our way. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the Jacuzzi tub was great and the breakfast was SUPER yummy! Overall this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Every time we go back to Eugene we will be staying there! Thanks Jason and all the other wonderful staff at La Quinta! TWO THUMBS WAY UP.

Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel. The fitness room was nice. Conveniently located and various dining options. I stayed here on a Tuesday night and it was very quiet (the exception being when the room across had their dogs bark a few times). Very, very generous size and frig/microwave/dishwasher combo. Good internet service and it was nice to have breakfast included. Worth coming back to.
