We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. Super clean and comfy! Luxurious linens. Very friendly staff. Definitely will return! The only drawback was our dining experience in Florence. Be sure to call a couple weeks in advance for reservations!

Absolutely love it here, nice clean rooms. Really nice staff. And they just built a nice gazebo with a smoker and a nice gas fire place… really nice. Clean and friendly…

Great little resort! We stayed as a 14 person family in three of the cabins and one hotel room and had a fabulous time. The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating and professional. The cabins are perfect for a longer stay and come well equipped with a Keurig even! We enjoyed our time, had a cookout, had a campfire, rented the ATVs and enjoyed our week. We highly recommend Park Motel and Cabins.

This place was so accommodating and worth the price. We had a cabin that was so clean and nicely decorated. Housekeeping came around and asked if we needed anything. The place was nice and quiet. The cabins are spread apart perfectly. We will definitely stay there again. Staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our family with two kids and dogs.

Fun little place to stay! We stayed in one of the ground floor apartments with our 3 kids and it was a great little space! Kitchen, front room and bedroom! A good amount of space so we weren’t on top of each-other and the price was awesome for the space. Clean and comfortable! We will for sure be staying here again!

We are currently staying here and this place is fantastic. It comes equipped with all household items you may need, the beds are super comfy, the cabins are very clean & the staff & owner are all so nice. We’ve enjoyed every second of our stay here.

Stayed in one of the cabins and loved the privacy, comfort, cleanliness and overall vibe of the place. Sure beats the standard hotel scene. They are pet friendly. The management is very nice and honered a request for a last minute change.

The beautiful family who owns & runs this motel are extremely kind, compassionate and helpful! I will never forget the kindness and love they have shown my family during this horrible tragedy of losing everything to the Oregon wildfires! I highly recommend this motel & cabins — pet friendly, loads of room for kids & pets to run, very comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, across from a shell / convenience store! I love this place!

All the times I've been to the coast and at Honeyman I have NEVER seen this place! It is pretty cool! We rented the Orca cabin and even though we just got here I already know I'd stay here again! The cabin is clean and spacious, there's an outdoor grill, a picnic table, a nice porch/deck, a fire pit, the kitchen has the basics to cook, a regular fridge/oven/microwave/coffee pot and our interactions with the staff so far has been excellent. My family is currently sitting around the fire pit making memories!

This is a great place. I can't wait to go again!

Pretty place. Retro roomy.

The best people over there! Room was immaculate. We showed up not knowing what to expect and I a a new amputee… they accommodated us, helped us move our belongs when the first option wasn’t good … my fault. And yet they moved is, were bfriendly, bent over beyond what u you’ll expect. I am injured and as soon as the next time I am able to ride my Harley to Florence, that’s where I am staying. Foolish to look around! Thanks guys!

Reasonable fees and restful.

My husband and I stayed here last night to just get away from the daily whatever's and Christina was so welcoming and pleasant. The room we stayed in was so clean and fresh and was so nice. We have stayed in many hotels and this by far was the best we have ever stayed in. We will be staying with them again and would recommend this place to everyone.

Good pricing,, great staff, very quiet close to the dunes and beach.

Next time we are getting a cabin. The walls in the motel are paper thin, you hear everything! Other than that very nice place to stay… 10 min from the beach and even closer to the Dunes.

What a nice and cute little spot right by the ocean! The room was very “retro” style, I LOVED the feel. All wood walls, everything looked really nice. Super clean room, absolutely NO problems! It’s an immaculate location and one of the cheapest spots in the Florence area! The owners are so sweet and understanding. They definitely made me feel right at home! The room felt like a little apartment! We had one Queen bed and a pull out couch. As well as a dining table with 3 chairs! The bathroom is adorable. Hot water, Heating and Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV (a nice flatscreen), coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator!

This motel is a gem. It was immaculate and newly remodeled. The towels, pillows and the sheets were so soft and made our stay extremely comfortable. The couple that own and run the motel were kind, understanding about our late check-in, and helpful with my questions about the area. If we had been able to stay longer, I definitely would have utilized the kitchen. I hope we get to visit again.

Nice place if you Need a place to sleep. Room was very clean.

We stayed in the A-frame cottage and it was very quaint. It had all of the amenities and enough space to sleep 7 people comfortably. Everyone at the front desk is wonderful and helpful especially when suggesting things to do. The only downfall is having one bathroom for 7 people but other than that our stay was excellent!

We have been coming here for 13 yrs. Only place we will ever stay!.

My wife and I stayed in one of four rustic cabins for three nights and loved it. Peaceful and Quiet. Affordable. Housekeeper was professional. Downtown is only 5 minutes away from dozen great restaurants and 25+ gift shops. Mo's clam chowder in a bread bowl or fish & chips delicious plus your right on the water with gorgeous views of the historic bridge.

Awesome place and they have new Wi-Fi coming soon that will be great for all devices and really fast.

It is very quiet. The cleanest motel room in a long time. Spotless Quaint knotty pine walls and ceilings. The beds are very comfortable. Proprietor is very helpful. TV is good.

Very highly recommend. Book direct. It's cheaper. Owners are so sweet and the place is immaculate!

The management and staff were all amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated, but so comfortable and so beautifully maintained, I wouldn't change it. The location is close to everything of interest in Florence and the grounds are, as one might guess, very park-like. We had a great time there! I highly recommend it for a couple or small family looking to get away.

We got into town tired and worried about finding a place to sleep. The accommodated us and even took their other residents into consideration to shift the room to a quieter portion of the building.

The managers are so nice. I stayed here for 3 nights. My wife suprise me and showed up and they were willing to switch my room and accommodat us in any way. We ended up getting a cabin. It is October and the wife and kids got cold and wet down at the beach. So nice to come back to a warm fireplace, comfortable beds, the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Water gets hott! Celing fan over the bed in master room. The only place we will stay!

I have stayed here many times, for weeks at a time and I feel like It is My Home away from Home, They. Treat Me so Well and are just Very Kind Folks.

Nicely appointed rooms. Clean, fresh smelling, room and comfortable beds. Spacious room, tv, mini fridge, microwave. Friendly hosts. A nice motel for a good price. I will be recommending it to others.

The photos don't do this place justice! We loved our stay here. We had the Chinook cabin, and adored it. So clean and felt just like home. Our stay was three days, 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. If we ever make it back to the Oregon coast, we will stay again. Thank you for a lovely weekend get-a-way.

Super clean. Love the knotty pine paneling! Has a rustic feel to it, but modern at the same time. One of the best parts is that it sits far enough back from Highway 101, that the noise is not an issue.

We love the cabins! They are cozy, clean and a great price. They have a covered porch, bbq and picnic table. Very private space at a hotel price. The employees are always nice too. Store right across the street.

The owners were lovely people. They allow pets and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were charming, like your grandfather's den. I loved the wood panels made me feel very nostalgic but then I love older things. Besides being cool they were also very clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for! There's a lovely breakfast place just over the bridge in town too and the food was great. Definitely going to return at least a few more times this summer. We just a couple so we only had a regular toom. They do have cabins with kitchens and more space for families that I'm keeping in mind for friends who want a nice get-a-way spot for the weekend.

Just a perfectly lovely hotel. Clean, friendly, reasonably priced, comfortable. Don't really have anything bad to say. Probably going back in the summer.

Very friendly owners. The place is clean, the grounds are beautiful and welcoming and the rooms are quiet. They are dog friendly. I was sad to have to leave. It is just south of Florence, near several dune buggy rentals. The Park motel is basic, but it does the job beautifully. And the bed was very comfortable.

Florence or nice place rooms were clean.

We stayed there for the convenience of being able to bring our dog but the place was terrible for $136 a night they could of got better beds. It was like either to hard or to soft the downstairs bed was a pile of bricks n the upstairs one was a sinking hole! Worst stay ever! Don't waist your money!

Very clean, reasonable, quaint and comfortable. We needed to check in late and the owner accommodated us by leaving a key hidden for us and the lights on. Will stay here again. Again.

I really wanted the Park Motel to be a place we could come back to but we'll keep looking. The cabin was very clean but we paid the extra money for a cabin so we could do our own cooking. While the stove top worked, the oven did not; no matter how many times we followed the directions to get it to light. (No wonder why the oven is so clean. No one's ever been able to use it. ) We stayed in the Chinook cabin which is the best place to stay. It's got the most sound blocks from Hwy 101. Unfortunately, we thought 101 would be the only source of noise. We were wrong. We learned the hard way that there is some kind of industrial plant about 20 feet behind our cabin. The trees and foliage make it look like a nature preserve is behind the motel but that is an illusion. If you're looking for a place to hang out, walk down to the beach and enjoy the quiet this is not your place. It's your place if you're looking for a quick, clean place to stay before you hit the road again tomorrow morning.

The Park Motel's 50's decor offers a warm, comfortable and very nicely updated lodging in this great community. We loved the quiet, dog-friendly location, just minutes from Old Town Florence, with its forest smells and fresh air. The cabins and grounds were were well cared for, with plenty of walkabout areas for dogs, and our cabin was so clean and fresh that we did not need allergy medicines. For a working vacationer, I found the Wi-Fi a genuine boon. We were able to keep in touch with work and family. A great place for kicking back!
