Love staying at this place. They do have some things that need to be addressed if they plan on staying a “nice place” namely some minor maintenance items. The service is always friendly, solid fast Wi-Fi, great free breakfast and the A/Cs work excellent.

We have not stayed here yet but have booked a room for 2 days next week and when I called to verify my room, Expedia had messed up my reservation. Thankfully the gentleman I spoke to settled everything and upgraded us. This customer service alone gives them 5 stars. We can't wait to stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Sand Springs, Oklahoma.

Very nice and friendly staff. Extremely clean. Nice place for family. Very helpful staff can first time last year and can back to this same hotel I love it so much. I'm from NY so its awesome that some stores are walking distance from the hotel great restaurants around.

The hotel was nicely updated and fresh. The linens were clean and the bed was great. The shower was open and spacious. The view from our room was overlooking a pond with ducks. Location was easy to get to and had restaurants close by for easy commute. The only issue we had was at check in. The gentleman gave us key cards and wrote on our card cover our room number. We went to the room, swiped the card and found a man lying on the bed. Fortunately, the man was understanding and followed us to the front desk. The mix up was fixed and we were gven a new room. Despite this issue, I would stay here again.

Got into town early in the morning and had to pay for two nights when we technically stayed for only one night. The check in policy is quite ridiculous, I would consider discount rates for situations such as mine as other hotels I’ve stayed at have taken this into consideration. I was told a price when checking in then my card was ran for different price. Not sure why? Room was clean somewhat. The shower had obvious black streaks to the drain and the floor was a bit sticky so I cleaned it up a bit. My friend did ask for a smoking room and was told they didn’t have any which was not a problem until I got to my room and it smelt like smoke. I don’t actually smoke and the smell makes me sick. So this was pretty hypocritical to me. Breakfast offered had a good selection. However, when we got there first thing when they offered the food, it was cold. Other than all that, the beds were clean and comfortable. The floor was vacuumed, T. V was nice and big along with the fridge and other amenities. The staff was very nice and polite which is why I am giving 2 stars. However, due to the rate, next time we’ll probably stay elsewhere.

Service was awesome. Super friendly staff. The lobby and my room were clean. The furnishings were modern and new. My only knock would be they need to find someone else to fills out the preregistration key cards. So illegible.

Can't find anything to complain about. Courteous staff, clean lobby, clean room and sheets. Lots of pillows. This place is brand new and modern. Had everything we needed. Nice selection of snacks and drinks at the front desk shop. Will be back for sure.

Nice new MicroTel in Sand Springs located next door to a IHOP, Starbucks, McDonald's, CVS, Colton's steakhouse, ElMaugueys Mexican restraunt, Aldis then across the street from Wal-Mart Supercenter, QT convenience store, Charlie's chicken and a RibCrib BBQ. So it is located by allot of food and grocery options. The Inn itself was clean and seam to be taken care of quite well.

Update: reached out to owner as they requested. Nothing. No response. This hotel is dishonest. My wife booked a hotel for one night and she was told over the phone it would be $111. Same hotel is listed for $104 including the taxes on expedia. Well she got there with my 18 mo daughter and her grandma to check in. They told her there was no regular rooms left and she would have to pay for a suite (parking lot half empty). Instead of just giving her the room at the price told over phone they tried to charge $192. My wife of course says thats not going to work. They agreed to let her pay $135 and signed a paper saying that. Well to her surpise got home and checking account and they charged us $157. Sure is alot of random numbers for a hotel that was advertised at $91 on there website and $104 including taxes on most of the hotel booking sites. Very shady buisness practice. To top it off when my wife went to lay our daughter down she had walmart feet from running around in the so called "suite". We have proof to back all this up as well.

This hotel is in a good location in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. It is near a small town where we visited family, but also near Tulsa with lots of shopping, restaurants, etc. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast had lots of variety, including pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurt, breads, bagels, oatmeal, and more. It was pretty tasty, too. The employees were friendly and the check in and check out was simple and smooth. Overall, it's a nice hotel with clean, modern, and comfortable rooms. Reasonable price. Will stay again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and helpful, I really enjoyed the free hot chocolate (or coffee) in the lobby and cookies if we wanted them, it was quite and I'm glad we stayed there.

They did everything in their power to make sure our stay was outstanding. Great atmosphere, wonderful breakfast selection and amenities met our needs. Will recommend to others!

Nice place for the weekend. My wife is handicapped. Our room had a wheelchair shower with plenty of grab bars. Breakfast was free and very good.

Very expensive, didn't clean the room, took our towels and didn't replace them, very noisy for a new hotel, food was mediocre at best, room key didn't work and had to be repaired. Overall a very poor experience and I do think I will ever be back.

They have a great staff, day and night. I've stayed here many times through my company and never had any problems. Oh… great coffee and fresh at five in the morning.

Great customer service, clean lobby, clean rooms. I travel extensively and stay at Holiday Inn's and La Quinta's all over. I would recommend This Holiday Inn in Sand Springs Oklahoma. Great location as its close to the highway, lots of food options in the neighborhood and even though I did not have a chance to use it (was there on business), the hotel has a pool and even a BBQ! The free breakfast looked good however I always eat out so I can not comment on the taste or freshness. This hotel gets a recommendation in my book! I will be back.

The staff were pleasant. The rooms were decent. Would stay again.

Couldn't give a 5 like I would have done because the pool was not clean like it should be the water was cloudy. You could not see a person once they were under the water this is dangerous what if someone had drowned they couldn't be seen and get the help they need. Also we stepped on small toys on the bottom because you could not see them. Fix this and speed the elevator up and the place would get a 5 star from me.

Pool was closed do to the fact that the hotel let it turn green. We did not have all of the bed linen in the room for the pullout sofa. Other then that the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was helpful.

No body wash but the rooms are easy to control temperature and sponge Bob plays in the morning. They serve breakfast from 6-9. The settings from hot to cold are opposites in the bathtub and the people were nice.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had the best selection ive had from a hotel in a long time. The staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful.

Upon entering the hotel I was very impressed with the decor and ultimately felt that my room was very comfortable. I have no complaints about the room! When my coworker and I arrived there was a long wait because the receptionist didn't know how to change the credit card on file and had to call a manager. There was rarely a manager on site and I didn't speak with someone regarding the issue with my credit card until three phone calls later. The breakfast here was VERY underwhelming compared to my experiences at other Holiday Inn Expresses. The first morning there was no one available to refill omelettes or cinnamon rolls, and there was no fruit to enjoy. Apparently the server had to run some kids to school and that's why things weren't filled timely. Overall, the professionalism at this hotel was lacking and I probably wouldn't​ stay here again.

Very clean and spacious Hotel with a surprisingly good breakfast. The only negative was that the co2 detector went off in my room because of the shower.

Amber is awesome she has a great personality and really knows how to make you feel welcome. I have no idea what someone at a hotel makes as far as pay, but you could never pay her too much.

I inadvertently booked a one night stay that should have been a two night. However, Jenna at the front desk, worked out for us saving us a lot of grief. Holiday Inn and Jenna are to be commended for their excellent customer service.

Staff is great, the rooms are clean, and it's right in the middle of everything.

I used the Holiday Inn as the hotel for my bridal party the weekend of June 7th, and I can't begin to describe how helpful they were. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager Jason personally made sure we had everything we needed to get ready, including letting the party check in early and check out late. He even went so far as to call around for an item we needed and sent the information to my friend looking for it. Yes it did just open and yes there are still some kinks being worked out of a newly built building. But I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing somewhere to stay in Sand Springs.
