1st thing when we got here was you could tell the blanket just been thrown over the sheets. 2nd thing the website advertised an indoor pool. Come to find out there is only an outdoor pool. 3rd thing the shower has a leak and kept leaking all night. 4th thing the doors don’t just shut you have to push them REALLY hard to get them to shut tight. 5th thing the pillows are so flat like a book wrapped in a sheet flat. 6th thing when I called the office for extra pillows they said they had them and I had to come get them. 7th Thing when I get to the office {Knowing I was coming for them} I had to pound on the doors. 8th thing, 9th thing the room only has seven plug ins if you unplug the coffee maker and the alarm. Otherwise it only has 5 plug ins. 10th I just found three baby cockroaches in the bathroom. He then proceeded to give me towels. After I asked for the pillows he goes " Oh pillows. We don’t have extra pillows" I won’t be booking a room here again ever again. The only things that allows this place to have one star is that it has a platform bed. It has a stove top with 2 cookers on it. One Cutting board, a strainer. Two of each silverware. Two of each bowl and plate. Two coffee cups. Two cups. A fridge an ironing board and iron a decent size sink if you’re not staying long. Working toilet. That's it. The dining room table is small and the "bench seat" is small and only sits one person. I guess this is a case where you get what you pay for. 45 bucks a night. So I’m wondering are all your properties like this? This is the review I put all over the internet about your hotel in OKC on sw 3rd st. Also come to find out this hotel has had a long standing problem with Roaches and never once has it been fixed or addressed. Thank You.
