This was a great place to stay while we vacationed in OKC. Steve and Felicia gave us a warm welcome to the hotel. The only small issue was the indoor pool could have been warmer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

1st room had bed bugs second room wasn’t clean someone had went to the bathroom. MOD was suppose to call me the next day. I called him at noon, 2pm 3 pm he was busy they promised he would call back. Called at 4 he was gone for the day but left a message that he didn’t understand why I couldn’t stay in the second room. Like I want to be in a room not clean with my 2 kids. Like I am asking for Covid. That was on 12/08/2020 I have left messages with this location and Corp. He has talked to everyone but still hasn’t shown any respect to call me. I ask anyone and everyone to stay away from this location. Nasty and doesn’t care about customers. I have pictures of everything…

This feels like a "locally owned" hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and does their best to ensure a good experience. The rooms I've stayed in feel big and comfortable. The bed and pillows are good. Whenever I've had an issue, the staff works quickly to make things right. Decent pool area. Their breakfast offering is better than expected. They might need to replace some of their sheet sets — they're starting to feel a bit worn out. The property is right off a highway but I've not been bothered by the noise so far. If you just need a quick 1-2 night stay, it's a good deal for what you get.

Amazing hotel! I enjoyed my two nights and the amenities they offered. Free internet and breakfast is what I used at this location. Swimming pool and fitness/business center is also offered. Close range to lots of restaurants/activities on Memorial Rd. Including a Walmart and Target close by. Privacy was great and no loud neighbors. This location, I will definitely come back to!

This hotel was very clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. We had a great night's rest. The water was a little slow in warming up (at first we thought that we had no hot water), but once it did we had plenty for our showers. The breakfast has a good variety.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast with many options in a nice part of town. Would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed two nights at the hotel, my friend never checked room prior to meeting up. So later that evening when got room it was hit inside so she turned the down to 65° which cooled it a little so we was able to use the jacuzzi tub, now granted when came the room around 8:00 PM and at Midnight the water level had not made it over jets to even turn it on because came so slow. So we left the in the tub we had and at 05:00 am and 09:00 it made it have way to be able to use. Both days breakfast sucked they where not prepared for youth softball league that was staying in the hotel or the other guests. One of my worse two days ever.

Honestly this was the worst stay at a hotel we have ever had. Besides the 20 year old mattress and the damp sheets. They charged us two extra fees. One for $42 and then another for $50 on top of the normal rate we paid, 113$. To make matters worse we called them the day we left because my purse, iPhone, and designer sunglasses were stolen out of my car while we were staying there and 5 days later the manager still has not called us back. I wish I could give a negative 3 star rating. I totally regret not canceling our hotel room as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. I had a bad feeling. Only a mile west there were tons of nice hotels. Lesson learned… I guess.

This was a great hotel to stay at, super clean, the staff was so helpful and so friendly! the free breakfast was actually delicious. The scrambled eggs actually tasted like scrambled eggs! haha. My husband and I stayed in the room with the jacuzzi tub, it was clean and looked brand new. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and stay here again! if you're visiting topgolf or main event, this hotel is perfect distance from both!

Overall, a nice stay. Front desk staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff could have been nicer. Two blocked the hall and another two blocked the elevator. A few minor noises, creaky door, vibrating bathroom fan, but not too bad.

The staff here were amazing! I interacted with at least 4 staff upon arrival (including the manager) and all were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend this clean and well maintained Best Western.

Hotel was nice, but breakfast bar was not kept stocked. There was a tournament being held in town and quite a few teams stayed at the hotel. Sofa sleep was not very comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay, but 3 stars because of breakfast bar. Free breakfast and sofa sleeper was the main reason I selected this facility, both were a disappointment. Hotel located in a very nice area with access to plenty of places to dine and shop. Easy access to expressway.

Seems pretty clean, front desk staff are very nice. Our TV wouldn't change channels, we reported it but they didn't come fix it. No towels at the pool. Elevator broke for a little bit. The hotel was really busy. If the price was right I would stay again.

We stopped at this hotel and requested a room. We were informed there were not any clean rooms except a Jacuzzi room. We checked another room out and there was an awful odor in it. Not only a odor issue but your receptionist had an attitude from the moment we walked in. She went on to tell us everyone called in and no one could clean rooms. However, I have worked in the hotel business for years and I know accommodations could have been made… location was great though!

Excellent value. Very clean comfortable room… lovely accommodating and attentive staff… Only comment is the breakfast fare could be a little more varied but sufficient for my needs. Definitely recommend.

Clean, comfortable & reasonably priced. Sharon was very friendly and accommodating. Didn't care for the soap & shampoo dispensers. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for one night after driving all the way from Minnesota we wanted to take a break and catch up on sleep before making our way to Texas. It was a convenient place to stay and a lot of restaurants and stores near by. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. It was spacious and very comfortable. Sandy was very helpful at the front desk. She checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Connie ran the breakfast and made sure everything was stocked at all times. She did an awesome job! She was very friendly and patient. The breakfast was pretty darn good compared to some other continental breakfasts that I have had. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay here again without a doubt! Definitely recommend!

Comfy and clean. Breakfast included was decent. A bit pricy for the area but prices vary depending on demand so check.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions with good results. Close to turnpike and shopping/eating places are within 1/2 mile. Staff is always friendly and helpful with what is going on in OKC. Clean place with a reasonable price for the stay.

Isaiah, at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Connie was very helpful and accommodating in the breakfast area and Francine did a wonderful job keeping our room clean. Overall, this hotel met all our expectations.

Great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast! Rented their conference room and a couple of other rooms to throw a get together for my nephew who was hurt in an accident. The staff was great and helped with whatever our needs were; they even let us use the dining area since we overflowed the meeting room. Great people to work with, would definitely stay there again. This hotel is close to Quail Springs mall, Cabelas, restaraunts, and many other things to do in OKC! Thanks Best Western for making this get together a success, we really appreciate It! Overall the staff was great and the place was clean; with the exception of the comforter. It was stained and was a bit much for me to deal with. I just threw it on the floor. The hotel itself was safe although I wouldn't recommend walking over to get ice cream at night; the hotel is right next to a pub and you have to walk through the parking lot to get to Braum's. It's an easy 2 minute walk though. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again; but if you are a corporate business traveler or traveling with a family — go to the Hilton Garden and pay the extra money.

Great hotel! New GM that works the breakfest and desk to make sure the guest are enjoying their stay. Staff was all friendly and happy, hotel clean and greatly located. Would highly recommend this location. I traveled weekly for 30 years and stayed in many hotels this is one worth your time. Family friendly!

We stayed in this hotel 2 weekends in a row. Both weekends we were assisted by Steve in the morning. He was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice, mostly clean. If I was to be picky about something, one of our towels and a wash cloth had a stain. The fitness center is nice to have, but the equipment could be rearranged differently. Aside from those MINOR things our stay was very nice. Breakfast was awesome!

This is a very comfortable hotel right off the kilpatrick expressway not far from 44. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and have great beds. There is a bar and grill next door that is very good, and an ice cream, breakfast and burger place with small grocery next to it. It's not far from the shops and restaurants on Pennsylvania. I'd rec this place for business or leisure purposes.

The hotel is nice but the ppl there are not very helpful I forget my charger was gonna pay for them to send it to me but they wouldn't said I'd have to contact ups to pick it up and I just had surgery really.

While I choose to stay at a Best Western whenever I'm travelling this individual hotel is lacking. The afternoon/night clerk acts like it pains him to do his job, and on all 3 nights I spent here not once was the bed made, room cleaned, or towel replaced. I would advise you to book any other hotel around.

My father and I just stayed in this hotel this past week as I had to have another surgery at Mercy Hospital. They did offer a medical discount and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing! Jerry and Russel were the kindest, most caring, hands on staff I've seen in a hotel in a while. I loved it here and will definitely be staying here every time I come to Oklahoma City! I've stayed in several over the past year and this was by far the best! Everything was amazing, the jacuzzi was a lot smaller than expected, but it was still a good stay.

MUST READ, IMPORTANT INFORMATION! DO NOT SAY HERE! If it's possible to give this place negative stars, it would be about — 1000 stars. The front desk clerk can't speak english at all, it's extremely difficult to communicate with him. On top of that the housekeeping is extremely lazy. They failed to clean rooms properly, never changed bed sheets, and stole items from me. Going back to not cleaning properly, a friend of mine as well as a couple other guests got bitten by BED BUGS. The front desk clerk didn't even pay attention to that when the bug itself was brought down to the front desk. He only offered to change the room, NOTHING ELSE. I strongly recommend that you don't stay here. I would have rather stayed in a cardboard box on the street than this so called "hotel". It's more like a disease factory.

Hotel smells like it used to be a smoking hotel. Especially the elevator. There was something not right with the rooms. Several of us had issues of sneezing etc in the rooms but being fine out of the rooms. We found an empty Dr. Pepper bottle at the foot of our bed. Air conditioner didn't work great and the frig was not that cold. We had to plug in all the lights and the phone as they were unplugged. Guy at front desk needs to work on ppl skills. Breakfast was amazingly aweful. Apple juice looked like it was apple juice but tasted like water. The smells in this hotel were the absolute worst part though.

I originally had reservations at a few hotels around this one. I kept searching because I didn't want to pay $110/night. I called here and immediately an extremely nice man answered. I decided to go with this one since it was $30 cheaper than anything around it. I made the best decision. Wonderful staff. Wonderful rooms. WONDERFUL everything. Will definitely stay here every time. No doubt about it. Don't pay more to stay anywhere around here, this hotel is all you need.

Everyone here has been more than helpful. I'm doing radiation and chemo. They really understand how important it is to have just the right room. I spend a lot of time in the room and love the fact that I have a loveseat for reading and desk for laptop. They work hard to make sure I am comfortable. Since I found this Best Western. No need to look for another motel. Will stay here for the remainder of treatment.

Night desk clerk guy was helpful, but needs to work on people skills. Hallway carpet stained and dirty. Shower had no water pressure. Hotel located right next to toll road. So two choices, take long way around to places u want to go or pay a toll everytime.
