They do not clean roaches every where.

This place is the absolute worst. I've bever stayed at a Baymont like this. Our room has a huge blood stain on the curtain they didn't even bother to try to clean off. Had food in the to go bag on the counter for less than 30 minutes and the room is now crawling with ants.

My husband and I came to stay for a weekend get away. As we came our room smelled like sewer ol we ran water down the drains. The walls had chunks missing. We go out to dinner and come back there is ants all over the rv stand. No food left from us. My husband goes to the desk and the guy literally hands my husband the spray bottle to spray the ants himself. What on earth kind of service is that. I was furious at this point I went to the front and said move us rooms or give us our money back. He said I can only move you. We load up go to the next room it smells like pure smoke and you could see mold all in the shower which I am a severe asthmatic and highly allergic to mold. The evening gentleman was so rude and non helpful and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Here is just some of the small issues I can’t upload the videos of the ants and everything else.

This was the worst managed place I’ve ever stayed. The front desk staff always had their faces glued to their cellphones. Found one of them lying down in the dining area one evening. Housekeeping walked in on me without knocking on my first morning then left my door open when they left. Last day day there I realized that breakfast was warmed over leftovers, the sausage was off and I had to spit it out. Be warned. Construction going on upstairs the whole time I was there so there was no sleeping in.

The Front desk girl was rude. And the owner of that location was rude. They don’t know anything about good customer service.

Rooms very clean. Pool and hot tub. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Had no issues with noise. Very happy with my stay and definitely recommend to others.

Upon going up the elevators, I noticed an overwhelming chemical smell, like strong licorice. I unpacked everything, as I was staying a week, and jumped in the shower. Uggggh, I looked up while rinsing my hair and there were two HUGE black mold blotches and a falling down ceiling tile. I immediately called the front desk and she brought me a new room key, for the room just above. WHERE THE WATER/MOLD WAS ORIGINATING! Duh! By this time, it was 11 PM, and I had to be up early the next morning, so I just repacked and moved rooms. This room smelled overwhelmingly of pee. Old pee. Nasty. I finally went to sleep but not before booking a new hotel for the next day. I woke up so congested and my eyes swollen. Nice. I checked out and was told there was a 24 hour cancelation policy and they will be charging me for that night as well. I will be disputing that CC charge. This hotel had about 3 cars in the parking, including mine. However, the Marriott next door was full. Big clue. DO NOT STAY HERE! Even if it is the cheapest, the breakfast was pretty gross. Powdered eggs and cereal, microwave sausage patty but no bacon. Moved to the Country Inn by Radisson and couldn't be happier with this room!

I did like this place and it's location. I reserved our room because there was a jacuzzi and indoor pool, except the jacuzzi was unusable because of needing cleaned. We certainly didn't like that after paying for two nights and it seemed the staff wasn't concerned about this. The washing machine in the guest laundry was leaking water and the other one was broken. Our A/C was non adjustable by us because apparently it had been set that way by the hotel electrician so I couldn't set it to my comfort level. Sure it probably saved the hotel owner money on the bill but I rented the room for my comfort, not theirs. Would I ever rent here again? Probably not even after considering the positives of this place.

Let me book my room without telling me that they didn’t have any water at the time. Would have liked to know this before I reserved a room, and they charged my card even though I decided not to stay and then said they were having issues with the transaction and I wouldn’t be receiving a refund, for the room I never even stayed in, for at least five days. Absolutely ridiculous.

The room was really good. Good A/C, bed, etc. You will need real money for vending machine, but the front desk clerk was able to break a 10 for me. I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

My mother reserved my wife and I a room and because she was not with us with credit card in hand we had to drive 2 hrs back home and 2hrs back the next morning for my open heart surgery. Had better service at a $29 a night motel. Thankd for nothing Baymont inn an suites on plaza terrace.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. The hot breakfast was a good option, but the eggs and gravy could have been better.

I'm not super picky, but this property was pretty run down and didn't feel very clean. We lugged our luggage and two kids upstairs to our room and it wreaked of smoke. They were very quick to change our room. Our second room had a light mildew smell, ants in the bathtub and was not as clean as we would have liked (mainly bathroom). Breakfast was decent. The property also backs up to a large, older apartment complex and we saw people standing nearby with signs asking for money. Overall, not up to par with some of the other hotels in the area that are close to the same price.

I had booked us a stay here for 2 nights way in advance for our Honeymoon! Well they booked us a room right next to the stairs. I could hear people all night. Our bed wasn't comfy at all it was very hard and it felt like I could feel the springs. Woke up early to get the Free breakfast and the susuage was Cold. I cancled our other stay I had booked and went some where better. We stayed here April 13th 2018. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Easy check in / check out. Friendly staff at desk and housekeeping. I hear they have breakfast… couldn't get up in time to check it out though. Overall good experience and would stay here again.

Comfortable and relatively clean room, but they make you pay for Wi-Fi. Noticed that there were some tiny black patches on the edge of the tub and on the drain. I don't think they were mold, but I do believe they were rust. The coffee maker appeared to be broken as well. The bathroom door was hard to close because the top hinge had screws that were loose that were probably stripped. On the flipside, staff was very friendly, even joked around with us. Overall, not a bad hotel or visit for that matter.

Baymont Inn & Suites was my all time favorite hotel from many I've had reservations at. The room was very spacious, the bed mattress and comforter was awe like heaven literally. Wi-Fi was the best one for me it was a 5ghz 150 mbps very best speed and signal ever loved it! And the location was very quiet not so many truckers and loud commotion goin on like I've experienced at other hotels and overall I would more likely just go there just to get away from home if needed to it's affordable with a very much luxurious look feel and experience.

Breakfast is nice, but not that tasty. More options than I tried though! Lots of options by comparison. Great room and location!

Hotel was great. Getting there the problem! Multiple toll roads must put off many guests. Never want to go to that area again! Roads are terrible Statewide.

I can't say how dated and old this place was. The night receptionist was a total pain in the butt and rude at check in. Pool area was filthy and had a strong odor. Hottub was lukewarm. Room was 1970s style but comfortable. Shower was rusted out. If you would like to buy drugs the dealer was sitting out in the parking lot from 9-12pm in the jeep that smelled of the finest green herbs. The cherry on top was the homeless guy eating a dead seagull beside the building (I know the hotel had nothing to do with that but it was captivating to watch)

I would not recommend this hotel. The pool and hot tub stink, you can tell the chemicals are off balance which is a health risk. The staff was rude and didn't even ID me — security issue. There was feathers outside of the door, feathers from an entire bird, also leading into the building — was disgusting. I'm afraid to touch things here as the place is filthy. Highly disappointed, with Windham in general. The location is good but I can't wait to leave this place and take my business elsewhere.

Great location. Easy to get to and exit. Staff was friendly. Light in entry was not working. Shower head was weak. Shampoo from previous guests made us wonder how clean the shower was. All said it was a good experience.

Everything was broken, the window, the light in the our bathroom, the elevator, the main door to come into the hotel. My kids got stuck on the elevator.

Such a great place to stay! The room was nice and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. In a super convenient location. Right by the mall and by lots of restaurants. Will definently stay here our next trip.

It was nice and clean. It's not as fancy as a lot of newer hotels, but for the price, it was definitely worth it.

For a budget hotel the rooms were very clean and look like they have been remodeled recently. I'm a repeat customer.

Just to inform anyone looking to stay here. We stayed for 1 night Aug 5th 2017. This hotels smelled when u walked in, knew I hated it. 3 days ago we realised that we got bed bugs from this room, lucky we found them before it's was crazy, u need to check the room before putting your things down, please cost use more the wasted 100 dollars in the long run.

The hotel looked good from the outside. Lobby looked nice ave the front desk staff was friendly. The room looked good. Lots of bugs and the housekeeping was lacking.

This hotel has clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, and easy access to the freeway. If you use the turnpike be aware that you must take the car lane and pay the $1.35 toll — exact change in coins.

Managers and staff were amazing but… We had 100 students staying here for a choir and band contest. They accommodated us VERY well, especially serving breakfast to that many at 6:00 am. That said, this is AN OLD building. A pretty bad storm showed huge leaks in several places including windows in some the guest rooms. The floors and walls are thin. People walking in the room above us sounded like elephants! You could easily hear small sounds from room next door.

Decent, large room that seemed clean. Nothing special, but a place to sleep for the night. Close to the freeway, gas stations, restaurants, and stores. Very close to an apartment complex; however the parking lot was well lit. The included breakfast was nothing extraordinary but it was included and was good enough (they did have some hot items such as scrambled eggs and sausage). For the price it was fine.

A really nice place to stay for the money. Pool and hot tub were clean, room was very nice and the shower was awesome. Very good service at the front desk. 10/10 will stay again.

Nice hotel. The whirlpool was nice as was the workout room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk were nice and helpful. The only downfall seemed to be the Wi-Fi. We could not keep it on our androids for long as we kept getting knocked off : — (other than that. A good stay.

It's close to the Quail Springs mall, very friendly staff, nice clean rooms.

Seems like an older hotel, but the rooms were still updated and nice. Thought I smelled smoke in the hallways, despite being a nonsmoking hotel, but didn't notice the smell later or the next day. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in mid-May. We are Hilton Honors members and always choose Hampton Inn when we travel. We have stayed in this particular Hampton Inn many times over the past several years. During this last visit, however, we were greatly displeased on many counts. We arrived at the check-in desk at 4:30pm only to be told that they didn't have any rooms available, although I had a reservation. The desk personnel, including the manager, acted as if they were quite put out by all the guests trying to check in. The manager was very unprofessional, running around like a chicken with its head cut off and blaming the delay on his staff. After a 20 minute wait a room was miraculously found and we headed upstairs only to find that the room we were given was not ready. The cleaning crew, still working in several rooms although it was close to 5pm, was clearly in no hurry to accommodate us. It was after 6pm before we could get settled in our room, which was shabby and not at all up to the standards of other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. I am returning to OKC this next week but I will certainly not be staying at the Hampton Inn at Quail Springs.

Not the greatest Hampton Inn, nothing's really wrong but not up to what I'd consider typical Hampton Inn quality. Everything feels cheap and old, doors and handles are residential quality (feels like the cheapest you could find at Home Depot), analog heating/cooling unit that's cracked and has screw holes in it, wall outlet on the outside wall has either a rim of mold or scorch marks, found a hair on the bed. If it were $60/night it'd be a great deal but for over $100, not worth it to me. Had 2 nights scheduled, canceled the 2nd night and went down the street paying $10 more for a proper Hampton.

The Hampton Inn / Quail Springs is not the Hampton quality that we are used to seeing. The floor in the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for days, the hall smelled bad, the toilet in our bathroom ran off and on all night (even though we tried to fix it). When we reported to the front desk they seemed to already know about it. The chlorine in the hot tub was so strong that my husband's eyes turned red just from the mist, the bathroom mirror looked like it had been cleaned with the wrong product that left a haze on it. When my husband and another gentleman looked for more coffee, the receptionist seemed like it was a bother to make more, (though otherwise she was very pleasant). The boiled eggs were frozen, the scrambled eggs were chewy. Hampton Inn usually has an excellent breakfast but this was not so great. There was no guide on the TV. The website says there is only "wired" internet in-room but there is wireless. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms were quiet. Though Hampton Inn is one of our favorites, this one is probably one we will pass on when in the area again.

Your basic clean room. Decent breakfast better than most hotels of same stature.
