The worst reviews are older. Owners are in the process of renovations. The gentleman who checked me in was extraordinarily pleasant. Rooms are nice, but still very basic. The advertised microwave was not in my room. The hot water was on the colder side. Fine for 1 night. Neighborhood is a bit dicey. I give it a rising 3 stars. In another year, it might make it to 4 stars.
Outside isnt much to look at largely due to the location. The rooms are way nicer than expected. And the staff was very kind and helpful. This is a work in progress and I expect things to continue to improve. This place is worth giving a chance.
