Very nice & comfortable!

The hotel is clean and well-kept and the bed is comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. When I arrived, I asked for restaurants and was given a list, but I was also told personal recommendations for what the person thought was the best around. At breakfast, the attendant was very friendly and helpful and was interested in feedback and recommendations for improving breakfast (none at this point). Great job, Comfort Suites Whitsett.

Overbook, permit strangers in rooms, and totally messed up.

I love this place! The rooms are always so clean! I want to tip my hat the service staff you all do an excellent job.

The hotel is clean and sits off a busy highway. The night and morning staff were very pleasant and helpful… especially to a weary traveler at 130am. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are soft and the air conditioning works exceptionally well on a hot summer night. Lolita is a pleasure to walk into after a long drive. She makes you feel welcomed and greets you with s smile.

Stayed with several friends for a business event. The room was beautiful, well kept, and spacious for the 5 of us. Free hot breakfast was well served and yummy! Love this place!

I stayed at the Comfort Suites for two nights and had a really good time. There is an indoor pool that was clean and not too crowded. The staff are friendly. The place is really clean. Overall, great service.

Great motel chain. Clean, comfy and affordable. We'll be back.

The Staff & My Stay was OUTSTANDING! Raj (The Owner) Tai (Manager) Lauren Faith Neill Misti Ray ***Everyone*** My husband and I are in transit of moving to our new home… what we needed was some TLC. Comfort Inn staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was anything but great. The room was very nice heart warming. When I ever come back to Whitsett NC… we wouldn’t want to stay any other place but here, Thank you Raj and your staff … it is 100% appreciated.

Service was great. Room smelled a bit musty, but no bedbugs. Location was a good one for what we needed. Their keycards magnetic strip is weak and will demagnetize if within 6 inches of ur phone, but they can activate new ones easily.

Thanks for making our stay amazing. My daughter and I were visiting High Point college from Dayton, Ohio. Stayed 2 nights. Came back after 12hrs to a clean room with everything restocked. Thank you also to Tia Mason for giving the best customer service and being so kind. Definitely will use the hotel again when in the area.

I would give it less if possible. The. Locks batteries died and. We were not able to checkout for 90 minutes as we had to wait for maintenance to arrive and. Open the door. He had a specially made tool to fish under the door. It’s not the first time this has happened. This delay caused us to completely miss scheduled college tour (the entire point of this hotel stay). Discussed with the “manager”. And was told we had booked at a very good price so they would only compensate bill by $10. Ridiculousness An 8 hour drive one way and. It even an I’’m sorry. ****This will be the first and. Very last stay with this hotel and it’s affiliates.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would give zero. Stayed here for 3 nights and each night I had an issue. First night: spots on comforter and pillows. Second night: sassy and rude front desk worker when we asked to move rooms because our toddlers were antsy and wanted to run after a seven hour drive. She insisted that she would communicate this to morning shift and the GM so they could try to accommodate us… she never did this. Third night: after being out, sight seeing and shopping all day, we come back to the hotel at 10:30pm to find that our room had not been touched by housekeeping. Our room was still messy, no new towels or toiletries, and our beds were not made up. On top of this all, the hot breakfast food is disgusting. We only ate the fruit loops cereal and drank the orange juice. These is more but it’s too much to write out. I highly recommend anyone NOT to stay here. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Very Nice desk staff as well.

I enjoyed our stay, it was very last minute at 4am. The lady at the front desk was awesome & they were pet friendly! The king suite was spacious, clean, & bed was super comfy! Definitely plan on staying there when making the trip in a few weeks!

I called to check on a reservation that was made for me, the phone rang for about 2 minutes the first time I called, someone picked up then hung the phone up. I called a second time and the woman on the phone did not greet me or state her name. She put me on hold 2 times without asking and was consistently rude with an attitude. I asked for her name then she went completely silent and never answered me. The incident occurred Thursday March 8th at approximately 845pm.

The service and accommodations were fine, but the front desk called my room @ 10:30 pm and told me the Owner Raj Patel insisted that I immediately come down and pay for my room, I told the clerk I would come down when I check out and ensure my bill was paid.
She told me the owner wanted it done now. Needless to say I went down and paid the bill.
The first 2 of 3 nights were already paid.
This is the LAST time I will ever stay at this Comfort Suites.
I hope Raj enjoyed having someone do his dirty work,
Raj if you read this please explain why it was necessary I pay right then and it couldn’t wait until the morning…

Front desk employee didn't speak very good English. Very clean rooms. Did their best to clear and salt sidewalks. Didn't use pool or fitness room. Also won't be here for breakfast because it is served from 6am to 9am. Be better if it started earlier.

Very clean, good price, very close To shops and freeway.

They are priced to high for the comfort they provided. House keeping does not knock before entering the room. The front desk called back to back 15 mins prior to checkout.

Great Hotel! Clean, modern, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great selection for breakfast. Needed a place to stay overnight while driving home from NYC. Hotel was right off the interstate and very convenient. Not expensive and perfect for what we needed. Room was really nice and comfortable, plenty of room for the four of us. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're going to need a place to stay for a few days. Lobby is huge, with a large eating area off to the side. All very well maintained and contemporary. Breakfast had plenty of choices; eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, coffee, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, and I'm sure other things I've forgotten. A very nice place to stay, if I find myself back in the area, this is where I'll be staying.

Absolutely agree with previous reviewers, customer service was top notch! Clean, comfortable, super friendly. The only possible thing I could say that was not superb was breakfast, but for the size selection was good good and freshly stocked. It wasn't a buffet, but a few hot items available anyway.

Needed just a simple place to sleep for the night. Room was CLEAN and staff was very helpful. I will stay here again! The only reason it did not get 5 stars is the AC didn't cool quite as well as I had hoped. Everything else was great.

The staff, especially at breakfast, was the nicest I have EVER had! Every staff member that spoke to us while eating was extremely nice and their attitude reflected a love for their job! That is hard to find and very refreshing when having to stay away from home. Considering my family and I were there dropping off my oldest daughter for her first year of college, having a friendly environment helped with putting us at ease during an event that no one can prepare for. I wish I would have thought to get the names of the staff we spoke to so they could be recognized by name, but whomever checked us in on Friday evening and all of the staff working the breakfast area on that Saturday morning around 7-730 should ALL be commended! If this message ever finds them, please send our thanks to the best staff we have ever encountered!

Wonderful hotel. Great rooms, very updated and large. Staff is awesome. Indoor pool is small but clean. Breakfast is a little better than normal free breakfasts, with sausage and eggs (baked type) and make your own waffles.

Very nice place to stay overall but I did find some mold on the shower curtain. The breakfast was, in my opinion, not very good. I've had much better breakfast at the Motel 6! The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Nice and clean place. We didn't plan to stay there, but it was late and we had to pull over. All toiletries were provided and even pack-and-play for our toddler (even though the site says they don't provide cribs)

A great night's stay. We had a suite with a sleeper sofa and King bed for a very reasonable price. The room was modern and very clean. There was no pool but we didn't need one. Breakfast was very adequate and the staff put it all over the top. Super friendly and made you feel like they wanted you there and to enjoy your stay. I would stay again anytime.

One of the nicest Choice hotels I have ever stayed in. We are here for a softball tournament. When we checked in we mentioned it might go an extra night due to weather conditions. They immediately reserved our rooms for another night and said we could cancel them by 11AM that morning if necessary! Staff is very friendly and cordial! Will stay here again if I'm in the area and highly recommend this one to anyone traveling!

Simply a larger pool, and weights in the weight room.

The rooms are very nice for a Comfort Suites. Good location (near fast food and Food Lion). Brand new Fitness Center… best I've ever seen at a Choice brand hotel. My only problem was house keeping was pretty aggressive about cleaning my room despite the "Privacy Sign. " I travel for work every week, am clean and like a little privacy. I don't see the need to slip a piece of paper under the door requesting to clean my room when I'm only staying 3 nights.

I stayed as a double occupancy on 7-11-13. At checkout my roommate paid for the room. When I got home I discovered that I was also charged for the room and the hotel refused to reverse the charge. I do not recommend this Comfort Inn as they are great until they get ill gotten gains. I needed that $158 which was $60 higher than they quoted and charged my roommate for. Be very very careful if you try to stay here.
