Room was solid. Minor complaints which I brought up to the front desk and they took care of for me. Area is iffy, but the hotel is a great value and the bed was comfy.

The hotel smells moldy as soon as you walk in. They had the doors propped open even tho it was 90 degrees outside but wouldn’t admit to whatever smell they were trying to get rid of. The rooms are in poor shape, ours had an area of the popcorn ceiling that was falling. The staff was polite but the whole hotel had a very shady feeling like they are covering something up.

Very clean and nicely decorated room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location.

Pretty nice place. Woman doing the breakfast was nice but people up front have been rude.

Trash was overflowing from cans and the wallpaper was peeled back in my room revealing black mold. I would reconsider this hotel if you have breathing problems.

They have a really good free breakfast with tables you can sit down and eat at. The rooms are really nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and nice.

I was actually quite pleased here, I had seen some other reviews that had me worried, but this is where my friends were staying. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, and the room was nice and clean. I have no complaints at all!

The room's were emaculant. They had a wide selection of food for breakfast and Customer service desk was always available to answer questions. I would recommend it to others.

Clean, quiet hotel close to downtown but staff needs to loosen up and make guests feel welcome.

Stay there twice in 2 weeks in the same exact room. There was a chunk of deoderant behind the door (the chunk when you finish off a stick? There was a used condom between the TV stand and bench and there were there two weeks later. Then they screwed up the billing. If you travel for you company they are double charging alot when you pay with a company credit card.

Great place very clean and great staff. Awesome breakfast also. Eggs, bacon, waffles and danishes etc… Highly recommend. 1.5 miles from convention center.

Found baby roach in bathroom then something brown that resembles feces in the carpet. Kelly was awesome and quickly moved us into another room and she apologized several times. Her attitude would've kept me coming back regardless of this incident BUT. WHEN I SHOWED PIC OF ASSUMED POOP AND BROUGHT ACTUAL ROACH TO THE MANAGER, SHE DID NOT EVEN OFFER ONE SINGLE APOLOGY NOR DID SHE LOOK ME IN THE EYE! MANAGER? REALLY? COME ON COMFORT INN I KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THAT! I will not be returning to this particular property simply because of the response (or lack of) from the person in charge of making sure the problem was fixed! I never asked for a discount nor did I want anything for free. I work on the road and stay in hotels 70% of my life and I feel if there's a problem it can be resolved… not so sure this property cares to resolve.

The bathroom was disgusting! The shower had black mold around the bottom. The wall paper was crumpling down off bathroom wall. The carpet in the room looked dirty and the couch was so dirty we didn't want to put our suitcase on it. The couch should have been thrown away with the the trash! The bed was comfortable, that is all I can say. Never again!

We were not informed when we made the reservation that the property is currently under renovations. We reviewed & initiated reservation online and then called the property directly. There was nothing online & we weren't told anything! It was very loud during our stay, which we would've been prepared for if we knew are the renovations or the meeting room across the hall from our room that was booked that night with about 30 LOUD people in it until about 1am. Also, when we went to shower the used soap & 1/2 empty shampoo bottle from the previous guest was STILL in the shower. Disgusting & unacceptable!

A comfortable, no frills place to stay for the night. Conviently located right next to I 40 making it easy to get into town.

This was the most awful experience at a hotel I've ever experienced. The hotel is doing some remodeling, but it was a complete mess. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom tub had a creature in it, the bathroom was dirty and that was just in our room. We would not walk on the carpet barefooted and the linen was like sleeping on sandpaper. The entire hotel was filthy. ON leaving, the staff just watched us walk out — no how was you stay or anything. Never again will I put my wife through an experience like this. THIS hotel should be closed.

Rooms were comfortable though could use some updating (chipped paint on walls, worn carpet that had a weird sticky spot, large crack/chip in the bathroom sink no leaking though) and my bed had a dip in the right side but I slept on the left side and it was fine. There was free internet that worked well and the free hot breakfast was really good and had a wide variety of items. Overall not a bad place to stay and staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. I booked the room for one night and upon using the iron the next morning, I looked inside the closet and there was MOLD everywhere. It covered the walls of the hotel's closet where the iron and ironing board was housed. When I asked for a full refund for one night, the hotel's General Manger said we only had two options; take 20% or call a 800 number. Will never book with them again.

Even though the website says they have cribs, they do not. All they have to offer are disgusting, stained pack-n-plays with no sheets. When we asked for an extra bed sheet to put down in it, the lady at the front desk came back with a comforter and said it was all she could find. It was way to plush to put a baby on and would have been a suffocation risk. After we asked her to look again she found a sheet. Overall not a bad stay, just bring your own baby gear!

Undergoing renovation so pubic spaces were kind of a mess, but it needs the makeover. Stained carpets, etc. Front desk lady at check in was great. Room was clean but again, it does need the renovation. Jacuzzi in the suite was great. Some of the furniture was worn, ripped carpet, stained caulk in the bathroom, no working vent fan in bathroom. Also the TV was dwarfed by the size of the room, very small. Alarm clock was annoying, did not realize I had set it until it went off in the middle of the night. Also had to remove a piece of it to use the built in plugs with my phone charger. Bed was comfy and good breakfast. Location is not great and it's hard to get in and out since the entrance from road is a right in right out.

The lady that checked me in needs to work on her customer service. Very rude and not professional at all. Not sure of her name, but on my receipt it says jdanie.

The man at the front desk gave me the wrong total for my stay. Bath tub was dirty and clogged. Toilet didn't flush. And the TV didn't work. Only the TV issue was fixed.

One star is 3/4 of a star too many. It was disgusting. Pubes on the bathroom floor and even on a towel. If this is the only hotel that has a room available, just sleep in your car.

Cleaning service missed the microwaves. Other than that it was a normal hotel experience.

It's close to downtown Raleigh just a 5 dollar Uber ride to go out at night. Staff was nice and nonchalant. Room was obviously fairly recently renovated with a flat screem tv, refrigerator, and microwave. Bathroom was small shower was smaller. Overall good for the price.

So I decided that I would take my husband out for a special early Christmas get away. We live in Southport and don't get to Raleigh very often. So I took him to stay at a cheap but decent hotel. I mean it was just something to sleep in. But the room clean. The staff was awesome. They had a great breakfast. Biscuits, bacon, eggs, waffles, rolls, ect. Best free breakfast ever. And we were running late and they extended our check out an hour. Overall we would stay again. Not to mention it's a 5 minute drive to the center of downtown and to the left there is the awesome warehouse and to the right. Awesome eating places.

This hotel is very nice. We were in town for a weekend concert and it suited our needs well. It was decently priced, the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms included a fridge, microwave, ironing board & iron, hair dryer and many extra amenities. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and stayed hot. The breakfast was decent, but does include more than the usual (had eggs, bacon, etc). Location is also nice. Overall, for the price you pay, you are getting a good deal.

I loved this Hotel, The Staff, Front Desk Room were awesome, Folks this Hotel has got great water pressure (Shower was Amazing I'm impressed), Bathroom was Clean Shower was Clean plenty of towels, I came up for the Jason Aldean Sat Sept 5th show the hotel is located 10-15 mins from walnut Creek amphitheater depending on traffic and it cost Just under $20 one way cab fair small price to pay to relax and enjoy adult beverages and no worries :) We'll worth the price of the room "You get what ya pay for"If I am able I will definietly stay her again in the future " 5 Stars in my book"
