The manager, Jody, was so welcoming, as was the entire staff. The front desk, kitchen/breakfast. From a. M. And even in the middle of the night. The Best breakfast EVER. Clean, beautiful lobby and room. No wonder President Obama chose the Hampton Inn of Dunn!

Nice accommodations, very clean and very courteous staff.

Brandon was awesome with the check in. Kind and cool when we walked in for a room. Will be back next time heading through NC.

This hotel is amazing! I enjoyed my stay here about a week ago. I was in Dunn North Carolina for a family reunion. I stayed in the King Suite. The room was huge. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming. They have a coffee and tea station in the lobby that you can enjoy (at no additional cost) throughout your stay. The breakfast had a great mix of choices and the dinning area is well lit, nicely decorated and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and again. Oh by the way… there is a Days Inn near the rear of the Hampton Inn. Please avoid that place like it has rabies. It's not dangerous or anything like that. It's just not suitable for a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay! Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly. But the one thing I found most enjoyable… the towels! They were the softest towels I've ever felt… FANTASTIC! You need to share your secret. I can't even get my towels at home that soft. Wonderful place to stay… highly recommend!

Second stay here. Room was clean. Breakfast was adequate and server was always busy and attentive. Could use a microwave in the room. Staff has always been super great. Always a smile and a laugh. My 7 yr old grandson also noticed how nice they were. A lot of construction going on, especially on Friday but was able to sleep through the hammering and banging but understand its a part of it.

We love the Hampton Inn chain. Always exactly what you expect in every one of their hotel locations. Great deals on clean rooms. I've never been disappointed.

Clean, comfy, and convenient. The mid-week breakfast was nice, as it wasn't crowded. Pleasant staff. But the hot water was seriously lacking the "HOT" part of the equation. You had to navigate a shady area to get to the parking lot, and then was accosted by a pan handler seeking money.

Good comfortable beds had an issue but manager and staff were more than helpful breakfast was good.

Great hotel. When travelling, we always try to find a Hampton… they never disappoint! The beds are wonderful, rooms clean, staff friendly and complimentary breakfasts are pretty good. And there's always fresh-baked cookies when you check in.

I have been to this hotel multiple times and have always been greeted by the friendliest of people. They are always smiling, helpful and make me feel at home away from home. It is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds but what really stands out above all are the wonderful staff, they are the nicest staff I have ever encountered while traveling.

I always stay at this hotel every time I'm in the area for work. The staff is super nice and helpful. The cleaning staff is very kind and polite. It's a very nice new looking hotel on the inside. Furniture looks new furniture in my room looks new. The free breakfast is always delicious.

Beautiful Hilton quality room but did not have a closet to hang our clothes… odd. Also, no safe. The real disappointment was the shower which was full of fungus. Hilton? Very disappointing. All it would take is a conscientious staff with a scrub brush. When we showered, we could smell the mold/ fungus. Staff was friendly and overall it was great but that shower put a damper on the stay.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The quality of the breakfast was not particularly good but overall I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Employees very nice and accommodating. Hotel tastefully decorated. 24 hr Coffee and hot water by front desk. Vending machine on first floor. A few snack items and a few hours toiletries for sale near front desk. Room and bathroom clean. Sample size shampoo, conditioner and lotion in bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Definately will use this hotel again.

I love Hampton Inn. Slept at many of them across the nation. But this one in Dunn, NC has doors with the LOUDEST self closing mechanism that slams the doors so hard my room shook. Not to mention that due to the drunk and obnoxious people on my floor, I was forced to endure a long night of door slamming and uncomfortable conversations due to the thin walls. Go elsewhere.

The Hampton at Dunn (exit 73) is a very well run hotel with tremendous advantages on its site. The hotel shares a parking lot with a pretty decent reasonably priced steak restaurant, the Sagebrush. Not a chain restaurant, a one of a kind, with versatile menu and hours that support the I95 traveler. And a full bar with entertaining bartenders. Right in front of the hotel is a gas station (Exxon) with a good sized convenience store. So you've got your sleeps, steaks and snacks just a few steps from each other. I have stayed there many times, never had a problem with noise from the highway bothering me. All aspects of the hotel, staff helpfulness, room size, cleanliness, amenities have been excellent every time. I left a laptop there once and it was promptly mailed to me at no cost. Now, when I plan my NY to SC treks, I look for ways to have an excuse to stop there.

Lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and smelled nice. Best sleep I've had for a long time. Bed and pillows great! Breakfast good.

Clean, friendly hotel right off I-95. We've stayed here many times during our travels and will continue to go back! Newly renovated.

Wonderful hotel. Everything was very clean. The complimentary breakfast is always fantastic. And free coffee and hot chocolate by the check in desk is nice to have. Will always stay hampton inn whenever I can.

This Hampton Inn was such a pleasant surprise. Rodney at the front desk was awesome! I definitely recommend!

Only flaw, first room smelled like smoke. They moved us to a second room that was perfect. If only we could find a way to catch people smoking in non-smoking rooms *sigh. Great location right off the highway. Decent free breakfast. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed the shower. Reasonably priced.

I have meetings here often for work. The staff is always friendly, rooms are always clean, and I love their coffee. Tonight, Rodney at the front desk was very helpful in helping my daughter get her hot chocolate while I fixed my coffee. Thank you Rodney!

The counters in the breakfast area are lower rub high. From a chair you can't safely reach most of the breakfast services. Even standing I couldn't put the cover back over the eggs and bacon. The waffle maker is also a problem. Our room had a nice walk in shower, not roll in, but I don't think our room was a disabled room. The bathroom counter was mid chest high also. The outdoor pool was still open in October. The temp was still near 80°.

I give him two stars because the water went and they had no cistern for which the guest will not stop bathing. And because the breakfast area is full of mimes.

Beautiful place I loved the upgrades and the walk in showers just great. My room could use a new shower head. 229 was nice and cosy.

They make you feel welcome. Food is great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Whenever I am traveling North, I stay at the Hampton Inn, Dunn NC.

This was a decent hotel for the price. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing exciting about this place but it’s definitely good for a night stay. The only problem (and it has nothing to do with the hotel) is that there isn’t too many food choices in the area.

It was very nice rooms were clean breakfast was wonderful. We got there too late to use the pool. Price was good we had a wonderful day.

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety: including hot and cold breakfast options. The Wi-Fi worked great, too! Will definitely stop here again if I need a place to stay overnight.

Rome was clean and bright. Plenty of outlets for charging devices. All employees greeted us in a cheerful manner. The front desk people were efficient and very pleasant. Breakfast was varied and delicious. There was plenty of comfortable seating at the time we went.

We prefer Hampton Inns when we are on the road because we have always found them to be clean and the staff very friendly. This visit was no exception! All the staff were very polite and Sharon, who was working at the front desk when we checked in, went above and beyond! I needed directions and help with the Wi-Fi at a particularly busy time, but she never made me feel as though she was too busy to help me. Awesome!

This hotel offers a clean and comfortable bed. Other than that the room is dated and we'll used. Was not impressed with the staff working the front desk at all. Would look for another option next time.

The hotel was very clean (pristins) and in great shape. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and fresh, with a fairly wide set of options.

Probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in and I travel often! Had me "prebiarded" which was nice bc I arrived at 10pm. Nice rooms! Breakfast was nice with healthy choices. Friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly while accommodating our needs perfectly. We called ahead an hour before arriving and requested a pack and play for our infant, and they had it ready upon arrival!

Very nice facility. Beds were very comfortable and room was very adequate to get a good night's sleep. Only complaint would be that for the size of the hotel, it might be better to have more area for breakfast items as it was very crowded and we had to wait a bit which delayed our getting in the Road.

The rooms were nice but awkwardly organized and the fridge door opened away from the wall, forcing you to have to squeeze against the table to open the door. Other than that, The showers had good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable.

I came to North Carolina for a business trip and this is the closest hotel to my work site. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. Definitely a great experience.

Good hotel for a rest off of the I-95. The Service was very helpful and polite. Everything was very clean, free breakfast was tasty and the bed/sheets were very soft and comfortable. No musty smells like other places we've stayed during our drive. Some of the paint/furniture in the room we got could use a touch up but nothing bad. Nice amenities like a tiny gym and a outdoor pool. There were also several food options in the area and the hotel has menus you can order from. (We didn't try any though)

It was really nice to be around friendly and hospitable people, coming from the NY area it's very rare to even get a hello out of someone. Very nice and comfortable experience.

Nothing out of the ordinary, but everything you should expect from a nice roadside hotel, and then some. Nice, big, clean, rooms; friendly staff; gym, pool, business center; nice and big breakfast area, standard I95 hotel breakfast.

Rooms are clean. Beds in most hotels hurt my back. This one was very comfortable. Staff was polite. One of the best places I have stayed.

I have been there twice on the way to and from Florida. It is an excellent place to stay.

This is an excellent hotel. It has always been very well kept up and I love the high speed internet. The beds are really clean and cozy too. It only takes about 15 minutes to fall fast asleep.

We have stayed at Hampton Inn's all across America and this one is not up to par. Some things are good, where others are horrible. Good: food, clean bathrooms, clean beds. Horrible: Carpets throughout the hotel were not vacuumed. The worse part was management allowed smokers to gather around the front door every morning. Walking through this stintch and having to look at the ashes and butts lying on the side walk at the entrance was nauseating. The worst was when I wanted to exit at the side door and couldn't get through because the staff of five people were sitting all around the outside door smoking. The manager went to tell one of the staff something and did not make them leave and smoke somewhere else.
