Checked in at 10pm. Went direct to bed. Had a very early flight. Went to shower and there were no towels or face cloths. Front desk not open and no way to get more. How do you clean a room and not replace the towels? Super seedy area. Beds were decent. Fair for a one night stay to get to airport.

An older hotel that shows its age in certain ways. A very basic continental breakfast. Still the staff was good and the room comfortable. A decent TV with comparable channel selection and a comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets for electronics.

I had the most crapy day. But this guys help so it could end a little better. First they give me a room dirty and stinks like cigarettes. The bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. I went to the front desk and they give me another room right away. They apologize and make sure I was satisfied. Second room much better. Good smell and clean. Now I can have some rest. Thanks guys!

Chose this motel for the complimentary airport shuttle. It’s a good motel, nice breakfast and there are several eating places a mere five minute walk which is convenient. Try out that taco truck place just in front of the hotel, cheap and delicious. The only negative point is that it lies on the flight path and I’m not a fan of heai no those jets roaring just above my room.

Terrible experience. Hotel is directly under the flight path of low flying planes, so you don't really get to sleep much as your being constantly awakened by them. Toilet was not clean upon check-in (not flushed). Carpet floors were sticky. I walked into a spider dangling from the ceiling this morning. Complimentary breakfast was a joke — with the cereal dispenser not even working. Complained to the manager, he was unapologetic, refused to do anything, and even went so far as to say it was my fault for picking a hotel so close to the airport. He was a complete jerk about it. I did make a mistake… I chose this motel.

The rooms are great. They were clean, everything worked well. The mattresses had bed bug proof covers. There are a few signs of age, but otherwise everything was great. However, the workers at the front desk are some of the rudest people I have ever met. They are anti-social and extremely unhelpful. Fortunately the rooms are great, but I wouldn't try to take up a conversation with the workers again.

I give this hotel an average rating for a few reasons. The beds linens and pillows have all been updated and are very comfortable. That's super important. The less important stuff that some people may care about is the plaster cracking off the walls in the bathroom. Or the fact where we stayed in the hotel there was no quick accessible parking. That and the airplanes are loud but you expect that.

A terrible motel with an unpleasant smell. The manager was rude. After I decided to abandon the residence the manager began to be uncensored expressed. He was very rude. For the reservation from me took 57 dollars that have not returned to me. Nobody would recommend staying here.

Standard Motel. Clean. But there is one problem the first shuttle to the airport leaves at 4.30 in the morning so it is necessary to consider that who flies away earlier.

Very clean and very friendly the customer service staff, you have the necessary coffee maker, iron, dryer. I recommend it!

The place is being renovated, it is clean but very worn down. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, the driver was on time, friendly, and respectful. The room was comfortable, clean, and did not have that weird musk old cheap hotel rooms have. Everything about the hotel is old, dated, and needs to be thrown out but you can clearly see one side of the hotel is being worked on and the welcome Inn will finally feel welcoming.

Booked through orbitz, cancled through orbitz still got charged the full amount for the stay. Saturday I was told I was getting a refund, yesterday (Monday) was told I would get half my refund back now today they are telling me orbitz charged me so I have to contact them, when the hotel in fact charged me. The woman I called hung up on me because I told her it's ridiculous because they are claiming they never charged me and asking me for bank statements, I've been trying to reach a manager since Saturday. This place is so un organized, they still will not answer my call. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They stole from me, I know the policy, even if I didn't show up they were only supposed to charge for the first night, they did not they charged my whole stay. And they won't pay me back my money! Literally just got a hold of kiona and she said she hung up because she's tired of saying the same thing! And then hung up again! RUDE!

I would never recommend this to anyone even if I got it for free. I would rather sleep on a floor in the airport than this nasty hotel.

Totally accommodating. Levin was a wonderful airport shuttle and Mario at the front desk made me feel safe after a disastrous day of travel. Bed was comfy and room was just fine for the price. Would absolutely go again if needed.

I don't usually comment & rate — with some of these disturbing reviews however felt obliged to. Clean, convenient, value for money. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, airport shuttle. All bathroom utensils provided and comfortable quiet rooms.

The TV does not work they have bugs crawling everywhere if they are going to charge $62 for a room then it need to be up to par! I wish I can give a half of star.

Was here for a Buddhist retreat. It seemed clean and friendly.

I've stayed in some low-quality hotels before, but this one takes the cake. I felt obligated to leave this review in lieu of all the negative comments. First impression of the main lobby is clean and fresh. The hotel room was just as welcoming, with fresh sheets and a clean bathroom. There's no nasty bugs or anything. I think people just never leave good reviews when they should; they just leave negative when it's convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again next year for Carolina Rebellion.

We have stayed here several times over the years. The rooms are clean, they allow you to store your car there while you are on travel for a fee, and there is transportation to and from the airport.
