I like the room it's a nice size. The front desk man was nice. Housecleaning never came and also I asked for extra blankets and I never received them. Since I'm moving my daughter into college here in NC I will be coming back I might try a different hotel. I'm not that impressed.
So… we found a cockroach within 30 min of checking in. It was literally running up the wall while I was doing my makeup. We caught it and when we told management about it, they wanted to see the crushed bug! Then they just said to forget it and said it was just a waterbug — uh, negative! Also, the sheets in this room looked slept in or their housekeeping have no folding skills. We did however end up getting a different room. Sheets were better (didn't look slept in and wrinkle-free). No bugs! The breakfast area is extremely small. While having breakfast, we kept having to ask other people to check on food and pass things to each other, it was just inconvenient. Staff was at least polite. There was constant yelling throughout the night in neighboring rooms but no ever came to check on those people. Won't be booking another room here anytime soon.

For starters we get here and the clerk checks us in and tells us we can park next to the 2nd door and our room is down the hall. We grab all our luggage go in the 2nd door and walk this long distance to our room. Once we were in our room my husband went to move the car around back to a door much closer to our room. Not sure why the clerk didn't advise us the room was on the other side of the hotel. We get in our room double occupancy and my son's bedspread has a huge cigarette hole in it. The air conditioner unit was making this loud banging noise every time it reach the temp and turned off I could not sleep. Then on top of that I forgot the shampoo go to take a shower there is only a small hand soap and two bottles of lotion. No little shampoo or anything. Very disappointed. The place was just basically run down.
