HEATED pool (truly heated), CLEAN rooms, very nice place to stay.

What we look for when traveling, is clean large rooms, and well working showers. Seacoast Motel had both and more. Friendly owners, fridge and microwave in the room, barbeque for our personal use, warm pool and quiet rooms. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Very happy with our stay here, the owner and his family have been very friendly, rooms were clean. Good location and rooms were reasonably priced for this peak time of year. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Pleasant stay. Affordable, close by to beach, helpful staff, … also my 4yr old left her stuffed animal/doll by accident, which was a very special gift from her grandmother… we didn’t realize it was missing, gave a quick call to the motel when we realized she might’ve left it there… they indeed had it and shipped it to me… thank you so much seacoast motel, we will be back.

The Owners were Awesome Ppl. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Heated pool with outside seating and grills. We will return.

What a great experience! Extremely family friendly, staff was very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the extremely clean rooms, outdoor grilling area, and pool. We will definitely book here again in the future. Parking is close to the rooms, and the pool is visible to each room.

Nothing fancy but got it for a good price it's nice to be in Wells Beach even though it rained that night was pretty good walking out on the water the motel is not by the water that's not far.

Very Very cozy, close to everything possible, the staff is polite and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Maine. Would definitely go back again.

Family run, very clean, outside pool, mini fridge, microwave. Josh and his German Shepherd Lucy, are very amiable, he'll work with you when you get no service from Groupon Outside ice machine, but the outside soda machine I couldn't get to work, forgot to tell Josh when we checked out. The place is slightly dated, but everything is clean.

Best motel in the area! The best owner ever! Highly recommend! Not to mention the rooms are perfect.

Not a bad budget motel, reminds me of the Mom& Pop motels of the 60's & 70''s but more updated. Not much but some. Clean but dated.

My friend and I stayed at the Seacoast for the second year in September. We had a wonderful time. The room was immaculate, the service splendid, the pool was very clean and the breakfast was great. We could not have found a better place and we will certainly stay there again next year.

Probably wouldn't have chosen this place on my own but got a Groupon and based on the reviews thought it would be better than it was. The staff are friendly enough, but the rooms need work. They had cable TV with lots of channels and free Wi-Fi, but it was so sketchy that you could hardly use it. It was constantly going off and was so slow my husband couldn't do his business on his laptop in our room. He had to sit by the office everyday, what a pain. They provided a frig, TV and blow dryer but only one outlet to use them so you have to unplug/replug something everyday, another pain. The A/C unit is turned on at the wall and the unit itself, but the thermostat didn't control the temp so we had to do that manually and it was located quite high on the wall so I couldn't reach it. Another pain. But the worst thing was smokers everywhere outside night and day so we smelled it in our room (had smokers right next door smoking outside their door). I'm sure there's nothing they can do to control that, but it was the number one reason we would not stay here again.

Very clean, updated, comfortable. Nice outdoor pool. Friendly staff. Great place to stay. Small Continental style breakfast.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night! We loved it. Great location! Quite place and comfortable bed to have a nice sleep and the rooms were super clean! Breakfast was so good for a motel. The owner and staff were super friendly and they recommended us super nice places to eat! I will definitely stay here again!

Not worth it. There sooo much better options in the town… countless. Seriously… There's better options in this town. The so called "free contentinal" breakfast aint 'ish… it set outside under the stairs… Can you say health hazards… the pool is not a heated pool, didn't get to use it. The room was ok… The main reason I gave this place 1 star is because the owner overcharged me by $10 for my 6 yrs son. I bought a Groupon which end up being not worth it… the money I end up spending for this place for just 2 nights I could have stayed at a nicer place. Back to the wack breakfast; unhealthy options, not continental, set up outside in the cold weather. Weak Wi-Fi! Also.

​ I have been staying at the Seacoast Motel for years now; it is by far the classiest and most fairly priced motels in the area; and it has a terrific location — near the beach! See you in a few months!

Our two day stay here was fabulous — would have stayed a third night had they not been fully booked. Beach is less than half a mile away (easily bikeable and walkable), many restaurants within walking distance, room was huge and very clean, pool was very comfortable and refreshing, continental breakfast was perfect (great fresh fruit), coffee was yummy, the whole staff was amazing and friendly, Josh (the owner) was a wealth of information, and his dog, Lucy, is adorable and *loves* to fetch. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A clean, no frills, inexpensive place to sleep among a community of overpriced hotels. The trolley stops just down the road and a buck-fifty takes you right to the beach in Ogunquit.
