All smoke and mirrors……. Terrible service! Inattentive staff, smelly lobby (stank like a dirty oven. ). And requests like turn down service, newspaper delivery and phone call when room was ready was ignored. Just for the record my husband left a review on Trip Advisor and that was never responded to, shows how much they care. Guess they think the location will keep guests coming in, but not us, bedsides they’re not the only act in town.

We had friends visit from South Carolina and Darren the host and Krissy our server was wonderful! There were only 2 servers because someone called out and those 2 lovely servers stepped it up a notch and went out of their way to make sure we felt we were special! The food was hot and fresh and the atmosphere was amazing. Even on Memorial day, a Holiday which means it was a full house! Thank you so very much! I've lived here 30 years!

Everything was spot on! The staff is amazing especially Jodi (our waitress at the bar) the bed is so comfortable and don’t get me started on the bathroom! I don’t know what I like more, the radiant heat or the heated toilet seat! Will definitely be back! Great hotel all around.

It is our wedding night. We love it here. Definitely we will be back. Excellent room and we got free upgrade to premier suite king. Has a surprise cake in room. We love bathtub.

What an incredible staff. We celebrated our 1st anniversary and Melissa St. Louis went above and beyond my expectations helping surprise my wife with a myriad of requests. She and they clearly enjoy taking care of guests with an attention to detail that only comes from a genuine appreciation of people and dedication to service.

The tent in the back for Saratoga horse racing on a huge screen was a fabulous event! Tons of social distancing, great food and drinks, atmosphere, wonderful deal! Thank you!

This place is amazing! We stayed here when we got married and they had the most thoughtful touches. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Loved every second!

We ate at Morrissey’s. Service was excellent and staff very friendly. We had sushi. Best in town and amazing lobster dumplings. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful boutique hotel. They surprised us with a birthday cake in our room because I had mentioned on the phone that we were coming to celebrate a friend's birthday! Lovely room, incredible bathroom, nice hotel bar, friendly staff, right in town. Wonderful hotel!

I’ve stay in 5 Star hotels but the Adelphi is 5+ from the moment you arrive, the friendly atmosphere, great signature cocktails, the amenities and the overall guest treatment.

After admiring the renovations last year, we enjoyed our first stay this weekend. Loved the super-sized bathroom and automatic shades, draperies, and lights are a nice touch. Highly recommend the Cheesecake Pops at the Blue Hen. Special thanks to Heidi for orher dinner plans and a great running route around town to work off the pops! Hope to see you next summer!

An enjoyable dinner from start to finish. A marvelous waiter made our experience extra special. Very pleased with the food!

If ambience were the only measurement by which a hotel, restaurant, or bar was to be judged, I would give it six stars. It's absolutely gorgeous! Stunning really. The food and drinks have been inconsistent since the opening of Salt and Char and remain just as bad today. The only thing that HAS been consistent is the incredibly poor quality of the service. Without a doubt the Adelphi, Morrissey, Blue Hen, and Salt and Char exhibit the worst customer service of any of the fine dining restaurants in Saratoga Springs. It's always been a bit shocking given the ambitious nature of the establishment, however this seems to be a problem that can't be fixed with the current management.

Surpassed mine and my boyfriends expectations. As a Saratoga native, I was ecstatic to see this place be transformed and I was not disappointed. We were greeted in our suite with a handwritten card and freshly baked snacks, and chocolate truffles on the bed! That bathroom was an absolute dream. We had a bottle of champagne sent to our room which arrived in a matter of minutes, and spent hours in that gorgeous bath tub chatting and sipping on prosecco. It was a place I’ll never forget, and what a beautiful gem we have in the center of town.

Locals, if you have something to celebrate or you just need to get away The Adelphi in Saratoga Springs is the place to go. They do run a special, off season that is phenomenal! We celebrated my husband's birthday. From making the reservation to a no hassle check-in right through to departure, it was one of our best experiences! The room was just amazing, the amenities were generous, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. There was nothing negative about our stay! We recommend it if you like boutique hotels with well chosen staff you need to try it out!

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful! We had a drink and dessert at the bar which was amazing.
They even had a special treat waiting in our room for our Anniversary. Thank you again.

Had an amazing stay at the Adelphi Hotel, all the staff went out of their way to accomodate us and our golden doodle Gracie… They served us our meals in the lobby so we could eat with Gracie and enjoy being in the center of the activity. The rooms were more than comfortable and very luxurious! A special thank you to the manager (don't know her name but she worked at the Beverly Whishire hotel), she warmed up Gracies food for us and to Effern the sous chef who made gracie a beautiful healthy breakfast of oatmeal, potaotos and bacon! Your hotel is a five star… and I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world! What a hidden gem you are…

Many lovely aspects of this renovation but employees in Morrisseys almost seem to act if place isn't open yet. No greeting or eye contact, talking amongst themselves. $4 for a bad cup of coffee. The Adelphi was always an experience… shame that with all that investment, high level customer service skills don't seem to be a priority. This place was the last remnant of Victorian grandeur. The staff and it's management don't seem to appreciate this. They seem more like folks in a mid level chain hotel. Very sad. Management needs a trip to historical society and to understand how Saratogians feel about this town.
