Anna and company, thank you for all you did to accommodate my wife during her visit to your hotel. Her well being and comfort mean everything to me, and I so much appreciate you taking my call and offering to show her how much she's missed and loved. As an operating room, prep and recovery nurse, she lovingly pays-it-forward by holding the hands and calming the fears of those who desperately need it. It is heart-warming to be able to pay it back and show her how much she's loved and missed. Thank you.

Overall, not bad. For the price, though, they need to do better than coffee and a granola bar for "breakfast"

This is a nice place to stay, they just need to offer better breakfast like yogurt, fresh fruits, bagels, juice, milk and cold cereals.

A hotel? Yes. A good one? Not in the slightest. Could’ve sworn it was a “smoke free” environment. My room smelled like cigarettes and it was extremely hard to breathe considering I have asthma. Not to mention there were ashes on top of my sheets. Would NOT recommend. Wish I could give this a 0.

Horrible do not stay! After booking hotel called to confirm reservation, then Expedia called saying room was canceled because of late check-in and the hotel policy was first come first serve?! After speaking with hotel they honored reservation. I arrived late at night to see several guys stand in front smoking, had to switch rooms twice cause first smelled like wet dog and the 2nd room smoke alarm battery was low so it beeped all night, called for replacement that never came! Will never stay here again! Ever!

Nice rooms a little pricey.

Wasn't to satisfied with this facility. Rooms are over priced for the quality ac didnt work and non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Not to mention they stated they offer free shuttles to the airport which is why we chose this option yet found out in the morning shuttles don't start until five which I asked the night staff to be sure we were good to make it to our flight they stated we are good in the am. This resulted into a 60 dollar lift and being late to our flight. Check the fine print also the beds were horribly uncomfortable.

The staff is super friendly, the location very convenient with plenty of parking but the rooms leave much to be desired. The mattress was still in the plastic packaging, and make sure you check under the bed for dust and crumbs. For NYC price, is as expected. Good place, especially if you only want a place to crash.

We booked this hotel 3 weeks before our trip, I called the hotel the night before confirming the room, the front desk told me she will make a note that will be checking in late, I did not know nyc was experiencing bad weather the day we were flying, our flight got delayed and delayed coming from canada, there was no way to call the hotel that night from the airplane, thats the main reason why I always call the night before, at checking with my mother who's 85 yrs old and my baby who's 11 months at 1am after a long day and night of flying I get to the hotel to find out they sold my room to someone else "because nyc was experiencing flight cancellations"! I work for delta and I have not heard of such a thing! once your room is paid for why would they cancel it? the front desk guy told us the manager canceled it before she left b/c she needed our room… then she was no where to be found when I got to the hotel! dont book!

I hope the service here has gotten better because a year ago it was insanely bad. After my family checked in we made or way to the elevators. A man wheeled a bicycle loaded down with bags of stuff into the hotel and parked it in the hallway. He looked at us and said "What is this this, the Welcome Inn? " In the room not only was the toilet seat covered in urine, but there was no toilet paper and both garbages in the room were completely full of trash. I ended up having to kill a cockroach. Later when I went down to the vending machine the man was asleep on the couch, his bike parked in the hallway. After everyone went to bed my mother was woken up by a crawling sensation on her body. There were cockroaches in bed with her. None of us slept for the rest of the night. In the morning we had to get up early to catch a morning flight. The night clerk told us that the shuttles start at 7, and recommended we take the 8 am shuttle to get to the airport. She told us to get there early as the shuttle doesn't like to wait long. 8 am and there was no shuttle. 8:20 am rolls by and there's still no shuttle. One of the groups waiting with us goes in to ask where the shuttle is, as they had a much earlier flight than we did. The same clerk as the night before tells them that the shuttle is stuck in traffic and will be much later. Now, I know that New York traffic is unpredictable, but apparently it happened quite often that the shuttle is very late.

Good location and clean rooms though they don't keep small face towels in the rooms nor do they serve breakfast or Kitchens with plates, silverware, pots or Pans. Not a good pick if you want to cook your own food.

Was only there for a night but no complaints. Staff was friendly and room was spacious. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great place to stay with a full size refrigerator, a Microwave and stove top close to LGA and parkways. Handicapped parking available as well as a huge parking lot. Friendly staff… Ask for Kirsten she's very helpful and friendly. As well as the rest of the staff.

I personally didn't stay but had a family member who did and went well. Stayed for 2 weeks room was perfect. Accesible to mass transportation. A+

Not bad who wants cheap prices room for one or two night…

Stayed here for s couple of weeks before moving into our new house. I would say it is not good for long stay because the amenities inside and around the hotel are not sufficient. The bedsheets and towels were always in washing. But the staff had tried everything they could to accommodate your requests. They can only go certain distance due to the company doesn't provide them the tools and materials to best serve their guests.

Room was good, service was good, neighborhood and location are good… Clientele not good!

Convenient location right off highway. Rooms are OK, they had no crib or pack and play. Breakfast consists of coffee and prepackaged snackbars, muffins, and instant oatmeal. If we didn't need the kitchen, we would have stayed somewhere else.

In all honesty, I thought this hotel was going to be awful when I saw their last reviews from last year. It was nothing as I expected, the hotel is actually very good. No horrible service, no stealing, very exciting (due to the pet friendly hotel :D). They have a grab and go breakfast bar, which is actually kind of helpful, if you have a flight that you have to catch. So my experience was overall good, plus the Wi-Fi and refrigerator is useful!

I had booked this hotel for myself and my girlfriend before arriving.
-room old fashioned.
Mattresses and towels smell like messium balance.
-In the immediate environment, unfortunately, there is no to eat or shop.
The bath of 10 points I give 4. It's like a gift you don't want but can use at some point.
+ Parking available + with the car is all very quick to reach I think (had no car here) + both airports nearby (JFK and La Guardia) + cheap and ok for transit Fazi I personally I won't book it closest!

Great hotel if you. Don't want to spend a lot of money they allow dogs and have a stove to cook on.

Location was convenient, but the hallway smelled. All night there was loud noises coming from the room above us. It was like the sound of running and pounding of feet.

Good location, close to flushing chinatown. Overnight stay doesn't need any service. Parking was convenient.

But this pizza really exists then the stories of that pizza place and real the animatronic are really them.

There were not enough tiles an wash cloths too compliment my stay. Had to wait hours to receive bath towels.

Found (and caught) bed bugs Memorial Day 2012. Front desk didn't even argue when we showed it. Nightmare trying to ensure all of our luggage didn't bring them back home with us! Refunded the night we found it, not the entire thing. No refund would make it ok or want to go back! Beware.

If you are going to be staying here for a while the horrible internet speed may force you too look for somewhere else. It might just be that someone in the hotel is abusing it and downloading torrents (for the last 2 weeks), but that should be managed one way or the other. I shouldn't have to wait 6-7 minutes for my Gmail page to load, that is not "High Speed Wireless Internet" like they advertise. Other than that the hotel is nice. Room service once a week. I large fridge. And what the other reviews say. There are some grocery stores within walking distance. If you need an E-Zpass you can walk next door.
