Nice and cozy place with wonderful location.

Stayed here March 2022 the room was brilliant, lovely and clean, bed was made for us each day, bins emptied and fresh towels each day. Very close to a lot of main attractions and room was quieter than I had expected would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, great view of Empire State Building and in a perfect location. Will definitely stay again the next time I head to NYC!

Had stayed recently and I would say that though it was rated 3star this is better that it’s rating compared to other hotel like Row NYC which was rated 4star. Row NYC has a lot of hidden charges apart from what you have viewed on their online rate. So yeah, that was the reason we move out from Row NYC and move in to Hilton Garden Inn. Hilton is transparent on their charges, spacious room and clean. Helpful Front desk staff — Ms Amy who received us during our Check-in, Ms Kim and Mr Tony (assisted us on our Check-out).
The location is great, easy access to Subway as it is situated in korea town you will find variety of restaurants, Shopping, close to Herald Square where you can sit, relax, and chill with your Hot coffee.
I would definitely come back using this hotel. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for making our final stay in New York better.

What an amazing hotel in a prime location! We brought our kids to NYC for Christmas and stayed at this hotel. Being their first trip to the city, we thought this was a good spot that we could site see and venture back to when needed (they are young suburb kids that aren’t used to walking so much). Everything about this hotel was great! The employees were so friendly. We have a new friend in Ms. Janis! She was so incredibly kind to our kiddos and made a very lasting impression on them. They even insisted we get her a small Christmas cookie to take back to her on Christmas Day ❤️ The room was surprisingly big for a NYC hotel room. The fridge and microwave were much needed. Lastly, but most definitely not the least, the incredible view from our room I saw the pictures online and thought… what are the odds it really is like that? Yeah… it REALLY was like that! For my kiddos to look out the window and see the breathtaking view of the Empire State Building… it’s a moment I won’t forget. It’s the little things in life that mean the most. For us this Christmas, that was our incredible view, and our new friend Ms. Janis! You will not be disappointed at this hotel! We cannot wait to come back!

Very rude and unhelpful concierge. Room is tiny. Ended up bringing my boyfriends son and they had no cots or double beds and would charge us extra to leave. The room was hot! nearly 80 degrees! The view was a lie. We are facing a dirty alley way. Terrible experience.

The location of this hotel is great! Subway entrance steps away. Macy’s Herald Square is a few steps away. The Empire State Building is one block away. Walking distance to Times Square as well as the Theater District. The Staff is very helpful and friendly as well! Rooms are clean and modern.

It has the best location on 6th Avenue and 36th Street. It is only 10 minutes walk from Times Square. There is a subway right next to the hotel (10m). I used the 30th floor twin bedroom. The view was good. Breakfast was wonderful. Coffee and omelet were good. I applied for a four-person twin-bed room, but the room was smaller than I expected. I understood the location because it was good.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 4 years in a row. This year, I was thoroughly disappointment. I went to check in, and there was an issue with having a room double booked. I was told to come back at 3:00 and hey would have a room ready for us and they told me that I would, without a doubt get a high floor room like requested. I got back at 3:00 and they gave me a low room to begin with. I mentioned that I was told I would get a higher floor room. So thankfully they changed it, but I had to wait for a room to be ready. I waited a half hour. Finally got the room key to find out that it wasn't a city view that I had originally booked and paid extra for. Again, I had to wait until a room was cleaned and prepared.
Upon checkout yesterday, I paid cash to the hotel so that the money wouldn't come out of my debit visa account. In the past, they only take your card for security and they take a damage deposit out. I checked my account today and the money was taken out of my account. So even though I will get the money back… it won't be for 7 days. I could have paid on my debit visa the room charges and came home to my country to put the cash that I was going to use for the room back into my account. Right now, I'm out double the price of the hotel stay. Bills need to be paid, and I'm out the money to pay them all for a week. This is something I feel they should tell you upon checking in. Very frustrating with this.

Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the perfect room with a view of the Empire State Building. Our stay here have been wonderful! Made my sistercation with my sister worth every minute! Will definitely stay here again:-)

Every interaction we had with the staff was great. When we checked in, even though it was our first time staying at this hotel, we were greeted like family returning home. The rooms were adequate, but a little dated. I liked the Neutrogena toiletries they supplied in the bathroom; and also appreciated the little kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. There was no mini bar facilities which didn't bother me at all as there was a well stocked convenience …store just around the corner that had everything, including beer. The beds were reasonably comfortable — probably a 7 out of 10 … and the pillows were 9 out of 10. The bath towels on the other hand had seen better days and were not at all fluffy (3 out of 10). When I made the booking I had asked for a room of the Empire State Building, which we got without any drama. The location was fantastic. The yellow subway line was only meters away, and Penn Station, Macy's and Madison Square within a very short walking distance. We easily walked to Grand Central Station — and Times Square. It didn't matter what time we left the room; when we came back housekeeping had been and tidied up after us. Would we come back here again — YES — without a doubt. It was definitely very good value for money. We'd stayed in room 2103.
