I wasn’t feeling well and shouldn’t be traveling for these moment. I try to cancel my booking just one night ahead as it prepaid rate they won’t be able to do so and can’t refund my money and I’m on the phone with reservations team who’s keeping me on the waiting line for over 20mins as I being told that the line will be transfer to the manager and it never went. So I decided to go and checked in to the hotel. I requested for the room with view side or something lighter so I could feel better with my sickness. I end up got the darkest room and right in the corner it really dark as both building are covered up on the both side. I asked the receptionist nicely but he said that there’s no room available and I have to look online to book for a new room according to my request? So I asked him back (the person that checked me in) how come that front office can’t help me out with this? As I’m sick I just need a room that brighter so he asked what kind of sickness? “ I told him is released to the world famous diseases, so he said why am I come out and talk to the people? So I told him I have no choice as I told the reservation agent and they doesn’t cancel it for me with the full refund as it unfortunate case. I didn’t want to cancel it at the last minute but I can’t help it I have no power control the sickness and if I’m not feeling well. So Marriott don’t have any solutions for unfortunately cases with disease at all.

Best hotel ever! We stayed there for 2 nights. We drove right to the front door where we were greeted with very friendly staff. We checked in. They valeted our car for us. The carried all of our luggage. The room was perfect size and had everything we needed. When leaving they brought a cart to our room where they loaded our luggage for us again. They even filled our cooler with ice for the ride home. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service, attention to detail and very friendly service. Wrap that in the fact that it is in the center of everything and you just can’t go wrong.

There are no coffee cups in our room. I went downstairs to the lobby and they want to charge me $6.00 for coffee. We paid $40 for breakfast and that includes 1 cup of coffee only! The wait staff could not have been more rude about this! People NEED their coffee in the morning!
Times must be tough if you can’t afford to give your patrons coffee!

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and central to enjoy all New York has to offer, friendly reception and cleaning staff however, the bistro staff are very rude and spoke to myself and in turn my children in a disgusting manner, there was no reasoning with them and even though we remained polite and with courtesy, she remained rude and obnoxious and gave no care that we were paying guests of the hotel and within two minutes of being utterly rude to my family they were rude to another member of the public in full view of paying guests trying to digest breakfast, not expected in a hotel of this standard and felt that they let the name of the hotel down. The breakfast experience upset my stay and I would think twice about staying at this hotel again because of this.

I had the pleasure in staying here for 5 nights, the staff are wonderful in every way and really look after and get to know there customers, especially Shanaz and Mike the Hotel it's self is spotless and so central to everywhere, the rooms are spacious and the beds are to die for soooo cozy. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Il deffently be back some day ☘
