Surprised my room had a personal terrace! Ease of check in, friendly front desk, modern, clean, good location and value. Also has a complimentary vino happy hour in lobby from 5-6 was the icing on the cake! I gave this place a 5 star but they deserve so much more, I cant wait to stay again.

Not the best of the Club Quarter hotel options in NYC. Small room that was rundown. The shower was just a hole in the bathroom floor & a curtain that sections you off from the toilet. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Rock hard & I barely slept at all. Also the woman at the front desk was yelling to a coworker about a bad experience with a previous guest. While I checked in. Not the most professional behavior or what I want to hear for over $200/night. The location is great & there is free laundry machines.

Great views and central location for Manhattan. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms well kitted out for the business traveller. Basic food/ breakfasts and room service but good options within walking distance.

Located a short walk from the new Wall Trade area, it's a great foothold for Downtown and Brooklyn. Rooms are spacious, and the upper name also offers a kitchen corner equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric plates, and sink. Pots and pans are also provided for two people.
Great views from the terrace located on the 22nd floor and the lounge area that offers free snacks and hot and cold drinks every day.
No hidden fees required at check-out

There was also a billing error, which he promptly addressed and resolved. Most people do not take the time to ensure billing errors are resolved but he did and comped a free breakfast, along with a room upgrade. That made a huge difference and is one of many reasons I recommend this hotel to many other travelers. The views are absolutely breathtaking, they have free wine every day (I believe) from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in the lobby, and with people like Mick, you know that your needs will be met with gracious hospitality. Special thanks to him, he made my stay enjoyable. Will repeat for sure. Ask for him if you plan on staying there, he will take care of you and all requests.

A modern hotel! Good location next to the ground Zero where the Twin towers were! At the hotel you get free coffee and tea service in the room as well as at the hotel reception! Clean rooms! They also offer you in the halls of the hotel bottles mineral water! On the 20th floor there is a terrace that has amazing views! The only point of bad for saying something there was no one to speak Spanish but good is not a point to say anything bad about the hotel!

Great hotel! Location is perfect — next to World Trade Center and 911 Memorial. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Easy check in, complimentary snacks in lobby (great for kids) and complimentary wine 5-6pm. Kitchenette Room was large for NYC. Will stay here again.

Phenomenal Hotel, terrace of the best we have visited in NY. Super kitchenette, accessoried is very convenient. Large and bright room, water soft drinks washing machine pretzels coffee snacks all free. High for our long honey. Great.

Just got back from a weekend in NYC and I loved this hotel. It's design is well thought out, the views are lovely and the location great. Despite the fact it is in lower Manhattan, it is less than two blocks from the subway going to the west side of the city and about five blocks from those covering the east side. And it's restaurant is great, too. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff at Club Quarters Hotel, World Trade are very friendly and helpful during my stay. Checking in and out was very easy and fast. The only think I would say needs faster service is the car valet. Staff said it usually takes 15-20 minutes before the valet can get the car and that's normal. Maybe for Club Quarters but I've visited hotels in cities such as Chicago, LA and even in NYC and valet usually takes 5-10 minutes tops. Maybe hire more staff for valet?

HOTEL: Fantastic hotel. Very good price performance ratio. The breakfast area at the top of the building is just amazing! It is a very clean hotel and a safe area to be (we were there with our 4 year young daughter). FOOD: breakfast was very good and healthy. Fresh juices and cereals. The view from the top of the building was perfect (see my photos). LOCATION: very safe area and very central. We loved it.

This hotel is probably the best hotel in downtown Manhattan. I was impressed by the professionalism of the Customer service. The hotel is very clean, location is convenient and foods taste good and affordable.

The hotel itself is pretty nice. It's clean and very up to date on everything. You can check on a kiosk, get your room cards and check out without having to talk to anyone. You can take that as you wish, whether that's a plus or a negative it's up to you. When we first got to our hotel room, the first thing we notices was we were put into a room with 2 twins when we ordered a queen. So we called to the front desk and they asked us to step out of the room for a little bit to get it fixed. So we went up to the top floor for breakfast, which was a bit of a disappointment. For their basic breakfast of bagels, croissants, oatmeal and danishes was either $13 or $14. Juice was extra as was coffee, which was expected but for plan breakfast to cost that much? Not a fan. For bacon, eggs, sausage or anything else — $18. Oh, per person. So breakfast for my boyfriend and I was almost $50 not including the tip. So we finish breakfast and go back up to the room and it looks like they've given us a queen… They pushed the two twin beds together to make a queen. The ends of the bed were very stiff. The whole bed itself was — it felt like we were laying on box springs. So sleeping at night, we either had to fit onto one twin or keep space between us all night. Either way we were still sore in the morning. The room was very small. The first day we were in the hotel, our room hadn't been touched, which we didn't mind. The second day, the bed was made and the bathroom picked up.

I stayed here for 8 nights. When we checked in, the person checking us in was super helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help us. I booked a suite on the 12th floor with a queen bed and small pull out twin bed. The room was just perfect for my stay. We also had a kitchen and 2 closets! We had more than enough room to store our clothes. The laundry room is on the 12th floor and super convenient. It had 2 washers and 2 dryers along with detergent and softener sheets free of charge. In the lobby you can find snacks like trail mix, m&m's, sunflower seeds, fruits, soda and coffee. On weekdays from 5-6pm you can grab some complimentary wine and hang out with other guests. The location for this hotel is perfect. It's a short walk to subways and about 5 minute (or less) walk to the 9/11 memorial. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again.

One of my favorite hotels in the area. Rooms are small but very functional. Prices are reasonable. They have free snacks in the lobby. Also, they have a good rewards program, 1 free night for every 2 stays. The hotel on the top floor is rarely crowded, which is unusual for NYC.

Our room was lovely and had a great view. The rooms were really big and spacious. The bed was super comfy! The TV had apps on there so you could watch netflix and Amazon prime. There was also an app so you could order food to your hotel room. Between 5 — 6pm they have snacks and wine in the main lounge which was a nice touch. There is also an easy to use coffee machine downstairs. The room was cleaned daily. The staff were all really nice and very helpful. Always greeting you when you come and go. I really enjoyed my stay here with my mum. Great location and lovely hotel!

Great hotel for Business people. Clean and seems to be newly renovate. Eventhough its in the far south part on lower Manhattan its located near the World trade center Station path with many line that will take you anywhere in NY. The Hotel has a nice fitness center, meeting rooms and business center. The hotel has amazing views from the restaurant on the roof and has a nice balcony.

Fantastic hotel for the price! Layout is a little strange, lots of twists & turns to get to our room. Our room was great with lots of convenient features. Didn’t care for the frosted windows. We couldn’t see outside. Staff was pleasant, checkin & checkout was smooth. The hotel itself is spotless. The only thing I really did not like at all was the breakfast buffet. The food wasn’t that good & was absolutely not worth the 60.00 bill for 2 people. The view is pretty, but next time we will skip breakfast here.

Great hotel in a prime location at the WTC. Club room very well furnished with coffee maker and fridge. However, the wardrobe is very small and just enough for one person with suitcase. Unfortunately there is no safe in the room. The hotel is very accessible by public transport. The bus M20 runs right up to the Lincoln Center.

Personally one of the best places ive stayed at in new york, I got a small queen at a great price with a terrace. All amenities were amazing from the lounge on the ground floor to the coffee/flat screen tv/in room services. The 20th floor lounge and dining was to kill for, the staff was wonderful and knowledgeable about the food they served. The top floor view makes the diner extremely special, I couldn't stop looking out the window. Its convenience to the subway and sights i…n lower Manhattan were especially helpful for last minute stops. I gave this place a 5 star but they deserve so much more, I cant wait to stay again.

Great location, but I don’t feel like I should have to pay so much extra for a king room when it’s just 2 twin beds pushed together.

Stay was great, room was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Using modern NFC cards for room and elevator, giving some more confidence in security. Was unfortunately a little challenging to find, but at no fault of the business, due to current construction going on in the nearby area.

Good hotel with allegedly amenities. But, rooms size is small and paint color is not good. Otherwise, 20th floored Cafe is awesome. Wine with snacks at ground floor is awesome. Staff is friendly and helps you plan your trip. Good restaurants, offices, one world trade center, 9 11 Memorial are all 1 mind walking distance.

Really a beautiful hotel. Super zone. The hotel is almost ten metres from the 9/11 Memorial, and therefore close to the main attractions of the Uptown, easily accessible on foot, and with many metro lines nearby.

If like me you are not a celebrity or someone with millions in the bank and would like to spend the night in a nice and comfortable place with friendly staff looking after you, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is close to tons of attractions and you are short subway ride away from many more. Would definitely be coming back to this place if I ever have to visit New York again anytime soon.

Very friendly home. Great view of the One World Trader Center for breakfast. Clean and well equipped room, perfect shower, top TV system with possibility to cast its phone on the screen (Netflix, …). Comfortable bed and especially very quiet place as can of traffic.

Strategic area A short walk from the former twin Towers and the Oculus where there are many Metro stops. Food and various shops at will. Breakfast and happy hour to do at least once.

The hotel is in a nice part of Manhattan. There is plenty to eat around the hotel, with nice parks and the world trade center nearby. Hotel is clean, with all the necessary amenities (refrigerator, unlimited drinking water, fitness center). Sadly, no microwave, but overall, a pleasure to stay here every time.

I was traveling for work, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. Rooms were quite nice. I did not interact much with service but they were very pleasant when I did. They have empty water bottles on every floor that you can take, use, and recycle, and I thought that was a cool addition.

The room is very private. The location of the hotel is very close to shops for shopping. This close to the memory of the twin towers. It is also close to downtown to take a walk. This very nice hotel and very quiet too.

The rooms are standard hotel rooms but I did enjoy the TV where I could connect my phone to it and watch from apps directly from my phone like Netflix — no other hotel that I have visited has this feature. It also gives you a guide to the hotel and New York giving you a personal text greeting when you turned it on. There is also a free laundry room with free detergent and free dryer sheet which is fantastic for the long stay traveller that needs to do some laundry. And on each floor there is a water station with empty water bottles for you to fill up. On the ground floor there appears to be two entrances to the hotel and a club room with computers and a printer.

Right in the middle of the financial district. It's pretty easy to get around as there's a subway station nearby. Has a great view of the city and harbor on the upper floors. Good place for short stays or if you don't plan on spending much time in the room as they are a bit small.

Free Water refreshing stations with bottles to-go, complimentary snacks, and using the food delivery app "seamless" was great. It made for a very convenient stay. The view from my window was very nice. Night or day.

Great staff and nice quaint lobby. We arrived super early and the front desk staff held our bags while we visited attractions. We returned at the prearranged time and the room was ready. All staff are great hosts here. Only complaint is that the bathroom needs to be completely washed with bleach to eliminate the mildew smell.

Quality fitness room equipment in good condition. Tasty breakfast with great views (you really must sit on the balcony! ). Had a free reception with locally-sourced beer, wine and snacks. All in all, a perfect place to stay for a business trip. And in a great location for accessing downtown Manhattan. I'd certainly book here again.

Inadequate room for three people with an armchair bed. Room almost blind behind the elevator with noise of the same going up and down. Twice we had to ask for towels and once to redo the room. The coffee machine didn't work. The staff was very helpful For €300 a night I was expecting on the most. Also not the location I would recommend. Far to get there from the airport and still not as comfortable as those in Times Square area. Only thing you save the view from the rooftop terrace. Too little.

Perfect place to stay when visiting nyc. Very close to 9/11 memorial. This hotel has a restaurant on the 20th with amazing view of one world trade center tower. Used priceline express deals and got a superior room with kitchenette for $131/night.

I've been to this hotel about 3x. First time it did not leave a memorable impression. Second time the room was okay but the third time we ended up in a nice room. TV was small but it a great quality HD tv, nice large bathroom. I was able to hear our neighbors but hey that's what you get in most NY hotels. Staff is always friendly but they should have a better system for checkout. One time they told me to just leave the key card on the counter in a bowl across the reception desk. Another time I waited on line with others and it was just one person on a weekend checking people out. She had to help some customers check their bags and we had to wait. Had there been a second person the line would've gone faster. Overall a very good hotel.

Hotel is decent I'd you get the right room. I got the room without the stove and it seemed extremely low rent. I asked to be moved.

I have never dealt with a more in experienced staff. Took me about 20 different phone calls, about 4 hours worth, and it is still unsure whether or not they can coordinate a name change to a reservation. The staff were incredibly rude an employee named Iris and another named Domm was contacted multiple times about reservation changes and they failed to do their job with gross neglect. What kind of idiots are you guys hiring over there that can even do something as simple as take a note from a phone call.

Our room was small, but comfortable and the location was conveniently located near the National September 11 Memorial and a subway stop. We especially enjoyed the free water bottles and water taps on every floor — — it was a great way to keep hydrated during our trip. Staff were friendly.

The service was amazing. Everybody was being so helpful all the time. When we arrived there were ni rooms available yet, so they took our luggage and stored it, by the time we got back our stuff was already brought to oir rooms. As a club quarters guest youbhad great coffee and snacks available at all time and the rooms were nice and clean. When our room monitor did not work properly they send up somebody to fix it 2 minutes after we requested it — so fast! And most importantly, the best cleaning staff ever! I left my shopping bag in the public living room/ computer room with crafting supplies worth 230 $. This bag was returned immediately, I was already worried if I had left elsewhere and was so greatful that the staff took care of it. Thank you so much! I will never forget my great stay and the friendly and great personnel.

Where do I start so many things to say about this place. The price was perfect for New York as long as you are staying during the weekend. It is located right next to the and, 3 Red subway which will get you all over New York. Dunkin Donuts and a 24 hr grocery store located across the street. The rooms are are decent but the down side is the beds are full size not Queen. Offer snack through out the day so make sure to stop by on your way out to sight see. Great location in the financial district one block away from NYSE and 2 blocks from Twin Tower Memorial. Definitely would stay again.

Was here for marathon weekend in November. Very clean. Conveniently located to many attractions. Short drives to many other attractions.

This hotel is a great value for Manhattan, and the rooms are clean and sufficient. Parking at a nearby lot was only $28 for 24 hours, good for NYC. It's well within walking distance of 9/11 Memorial Museum, Wall Street, Staten Island Ferry and more. No continental breakfast but there are coffee shops in walking distance. The only real negative was the loading zone in front of the hotel. We parked our car by the bag loading cones and went in to get our bags. We weren't gone but 5-10 minutes and we had a $115 parking ticket on our car. The hotel needs to warn guests of this action and tell them to keep someone with the car. It's ridiculous. NYC collects about $600 million a year in parking fines revenue each year, more than twice as much as any other US city. Chicago is a distant second at something like $250 million. They are parking nazi kings in NYC.

I thought this hotel rocked. Brand-spanking new and extremely clean everything. A nice lobby area downstairs where there was tea, coffee, and a computer area for business folks who need a desktop or printer. It was perfect for locating and reserving a table at a restaurant. Although the location was under construction nearby, it was still a pretty cool area with restaurants and sights to see.

Great Stay! This was my first trip to NYC and it was a week full of memories I will cherish and remember for the rest of my life! The Club Quarters WTC was for me a spectacular experience! Great room, large patio, beautiful view of Manhattan and North/South pools, awesome-helpful staff, very clean, good housekeeping, and seemed to be a perfect location for my particular stay! I would highly recommend this hotel to those visiting NYC! If/when I do return to this wonderful city I will guarantee my stay to be at the Club Quarters — World Trade Center.
