Great hotel! Love the decor and the restaurants.

Fantastic choice for a girlfriends group Birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived we had a blast. The layout and decor is gorgeous. The rooms were bigger than expected (for a NYC hotel). The vibe was fun, warm, classy etc. Food drinks and nightclub all great. The only downside Is that you can hear street noise from your room and if there is live music you can hear it in your room. Might be difficult if it’s a business trip. Loved it!

We arrived from a long trip and a long flight. The room was not ready and nearly 2h late… they did not offer any compensation even a drink while waiting! Then we wanted to use the bath which was broken and nobody came to fix it… The room is so noisy because of the street and the lobby…. We couldnot sleep! Too much for this kind of expensive & trendy hotel…. Too bad!

The Roxy Hotel is beautiful & nostalgic. From the lobby to the bar & guest area to the rooms. The view above TriBeCa was very pleasant. It was the perfect setting for a bride-to-be’s stay & to come out of on her wedding day. The front desk staff is attentive, friendly & accommodating while maintaining professionalism. They even gave me (mother of the bride) a mask that matched my cocktail dress. We didn’t have time, but in the future I must reserve a time to see the jazz musicians play in the hotel’s lounge. It was a wonderful hotel experience that was too brief.

This is one of the best places to stay at in the area. Great service from the moment you step in the building. Food and drinks never disappoint.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The atrium lounge has live music every night, and if you’re not in the mood for music, your room is equipped with a white noise device! Centrally located in southern Manhattan and within walking distance to some of the best NY restaurants! I’ll definitely be staying there again!

in a private suite and Sammy is our man! He gave us INCREDIBLE service and we could not have been happier with how we were treated. The Roxy is such a class establishment. Love the live music-Michael Garin is a treasure at the piano bar. Just a wonderful staycation for our amazing wedding. TY Sammy and staff! We’ll be back!

Great hotel, very cool, I Will be back.

This was our first stay at the Roxy Hotel and we loved it! We booked a studio king for a little R&R away after months of lockdown and were seriously impressed! Our room was tucked away in a far corner of the top floor, so it was all very quiet and private. We were pleasantly surprised to discover how spacious our room was and the nicely-maintained vintage stereo system it had with its collection of classic vinyl albums. We certainly put to good use much of the time we were there along with nice the comfy bed. Our room was seriously spotless, and things such as the room service menu and stationery were sealed in plastic envelopes. Both of us could tell that they really have taken every precaution for a safe re-opening. As for the food, we ordered some room service and very much enjoyed our Impossible burgers! We found the outdoor bar drinks and service in the evening to be excellent. Our morning coffee drinks were tasty. Finally, I want to add that we thought the staff here was nothing short of amazing! They were super friendly, fulfilled every request we had and knowledgeably answered all questions. We really loved our stay here and plan to return again!

Hidden brunch gem in Tribeca. Highly recommend. Loved their made to order waffle and eggs. Beautiful display in their buffet area of various salads, quiches, fruits etc. Friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. Spacious. Will be coming back!

Movie theater and fitness room in the basement. Excellent coffee bar and raw bar in the lobby.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Roxy for a quick weekend trip. Everything was so perfect for our stay! The room was spacious and had all the amenities we could have needed. Everyone on the staff from the doorman to the front desk to the lobby waitresses were wonderful and always quite helpful! The happy hour had to be my favorite with $1.50 oysters and great drink specials. And D'jango's was quite a treat! What a fun atmosphere! The location was ideal and central to everything we wanted to do! I can not wait to visit again! Thank you for such a wonderful weekend!

Incredible suite with remarkable customer service. You walk in and are welcomed with a tasty rose champagne, greeted by amazing staff. Shout out to Theresa! You were awesome. The Art Deco vibe and comfy and not run down suites are incredible. They thought of everything here! I’ve stayed at a lot of NYC hotels that are top end and this beats most. Great job roxy. We’ll be back.

The hotel was nice, a little louder due to it’s location which is to be expected. Service was always outstanding, very friendly staff. We survived a Saturday night, not too bad and to be expected. But Tuesday night was a surprise. We weren’t warned they had an event planned that would last past midnight. The loud music and screaming made it impossible to sleep. Complaints to the staff were full of apologies, and it was obvious there were lots of angry occupants. This hotel is too small for these loud events and people staying should be warned in advance of these events since there is no way to get away from the noise. To add insult to injury, this was our most expensive night! Had we been told a loud, private event was planned until after midnight, we would have moved hotels. Major fail on the hotels part and I will never stay here again after this experience.

Went for brunch. It was reasonable, spacious and loved the Jazz music.

The most amazing fabulous experience for our trip to NYC. It was magic from the moment we stepped to your hotel doors to the moment we left. I loved the Art Deco vibes and the step back in time with the glamour throughout the hotel.

Cool hotel in the heart of Tribeca. A great location to access all the NYC tourist spots, but to also find interesting places during your break. The staff at the hotel were always great and made our stay feel special. Happy to say, no downsides to report. Would recommend to anyone.

I come in for Business from time to time and I love staying at the Soho Grand Hotel and the Roxy. They both have beyond amazing guest services and attention. Upscale and boutique, with a "Mad Men" twist. And the right vibe. I honestly think I found my favorite Hotel vibe in the world. I'll definitely try and stay here as often as possible.

It's a beautiful hotel with a great service, good food and amazing drinks. I love visiting this place at weekends and enjoy the ambiance, food, drinks and service.

Our first time staying at the Roxy. A great vibe here. Definitely will stay here again. The staff and doormen was great and very friendly. They make you feel comfortable. An added bonus was they surprised us with a bottle of wine because it’s our anniversary. An A+ place.

I'm pretty fussy about my hotel selections, but chose this one because of so many good reviews. I think the good reviews are correct. It's a unique atmosphere that's comfortable. Our bellman, Billy, was very nice and helpful. The rooms are plenty spacious in general, and for NYC. No issues with the bed or facilities otherwise (one operational elevator currently that gets pretty crowded, but it's fine and just seems like something you expect in NYC). We didn't eat in the restaurant, to speak if that; did hangout in the lobby for a drink and game of chess in comfy chairs and that was nice.

What can I say, except this place deserves more than just five stars. The room was great, location was amazing, but the staff… 10/10. They were tremendous! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, it made for a terrific stay. Take advantage of the bikes! We rode all around town on 7/4 and it was great. Oh and ask the front desk for a goldfish… it definitely adds to the stay we names ours Roxy :)

Love this hotel. It’s what hip hotels in our home state of California (like the Redbury in Hollywood) spend millions trying to replicate. Not even close. So hip, very many opulent architectural details, and cool amenities make it hard to match. Here to tour NYC. We wish we had a whole extra day just to stay in and use them all — like the cinema and the jazz club. Cute homemade ice cream stand (Roxy Road! ) Hotel food was a standout too.

This place is amazing. It's so beautiful and unexpected inside. The restaurant lounge area had love piano music. There were tables near the pool table that you could play games at. They delivered a tray of little snacks that looked great. There is also a small theatre in the basement area.

This is our second stay at the Roxy, and we have enjoyed both. The location is pretty good (at least for our agenda). Service is friendly and effective. Coffee place downstairs is excellent. The atrium layout is unique for New York hotels, and creates a very lively feel. Will stay here again.

This staff in this hotel are exceptional, going out of their way to accommodate and remember you. Rooms are nicely designed and food, drinks, and service are excellent. My husband ate breakfasts more sumptuous than he would ever make at home, while I ate delicious spartan fare. Loved the piano during cocktail hour, the hotel's charming little theater, easy access to trains and great shopping.

Such a classy place! We had the most amazing jazz Sunday brunch with friends and family for Easter! May start going there more often!

Nostalgic eclectic hotel. Live music nightly in the roaring 20's — 50's refurbed jazz club in the basement. Music in main level lounge and bar area. Great coffee shop, and great rooms with wood floors and spacious bathrooms. Service was great in spots and naive in others. Did I mention the movie theater downstairs with some current artsy award nominated films and more rare others.

The staff are fairly trained. The drinks are watered down after 9pm. Like I wouldn't notice… The security is very uptight but in a good way. You will feel safe and secure. They patrol quite often and watch out. The beds could be softer…

Can't say enough good about our brief stay here. The Roxy is such a charming spot; they've done a great job of keeping the original look and feel all the way through from the common areas to the rooms. Every staff member we interacted with was beyond helpful and pleasant. The hotel restaurant & bar really impressed; we had a great meal with live music and fantastic service. Cocktails are pricy, but perfectly mixed and really suit the jazz-era vibe; well worth it. A tip for anyone visiting: Check out the cinema downstairs; it's complimentary with a stay and they have great taste in the films being screened.

Beautiful hotel. Views are fantastic. Road noise was pretty loud on third floor, but bearable. However, the heater in the room was very loud, and woke me up every time in cycled on at night. Second night was better when I opted to just turn the heater off. Beautiful lobby, and room service was fantastic.

Hotel has a Jazz age theme and feel. Rooms were swanky and clean. Mini fridge is stocked and snack bar is full of options. All elements of the room fits the theme and you can also request to have a goldfish. Very unique experience.

I went to the "the Django" club inside the hotel "the Roxy. " The place is very nice and clean. It is not very large and the dance floor is filled very fast so if you want to get a table to be able to sit and want to dance it is prudent to get to the site early. The event I went to was playing a band and it sounded great, it had good acoustic attributes the place. They charge the entrance, even more so if you want to have table, and the drinks are a little expensive so peparese to spend money here, but the service is good, the employees are very attentive.

We had SUCH a lovely stay here; I would return again in a heartbeat! The rooms are sizable for NYC, and the style/design throughout the hotel and in the rooms is chic and modern. There is a coffee bar, oyster bar and restaurant on the premises and we got to hear live music pretty often throughout the weekend in the lobby. We loved our pet goldfish for the weekend, too! The staff was so gracious and went out of their way to help us hail cabs in the freezing cold and the front desk was very accommodating also. A+!

The style of the retro, the room is good, lobby Jack ' s coffee good, bar oyster is good, recommended.

Love the ambiance at their bar. There's oyster happy hour — Sunday & Monday 5-10pm, other nights 5-7pm. He did a good job shucking the 4 dozen fresh oysters that we shared! Can't wait to be back when there's live music!

Great lounge with a band, bar and pool table. The food selection is limited but good, great wines. Friendly and helpful staff. All in all, we spent a great evening there.

We stayed overnight at this hotel while visiting family in NY. It's got such a fantastic vibe and the decor is really cool. Before going out to dinner we grabbed some drinks and appetizers at the Roxy bar which unfortunately turned out to be an underwhelming experience. While the musical entertainment (live piano) was great the service was less than impressive. We probably waited 40 minutes for our oysters to come out due to a printer issue back in the kitchen. Our waiter did his best to apologize and make up for it with a free round of drinks but the damage was done. On the positive side our room was cute and the beds were comfy. Minimal noise from the outside bar could be heard in the room which we were thankful for. W sorry well The next morning we grabbed coffee at Jacks which was quite good. Overall we had a very positive experience at the hotel minus one small issue at the bar. Recommend!

Highly recommended, very good rooms, very good service, with live bands every night.

On the border between Soho and TriBeCa, the hotel concentrates the savoir-faire of the area. Starting with its triangular façade, its Frette bedding, its latest generation techies and a meticulous 24h service. The Church Bar is the perfect place to take the last cocktail and continue in the private projection room. It also counts, for the traveler's disposition, with its neighborhood Guide, a book of secret addresses essential to know the neighborhood better than a New Yorker.

The movie theater in the basement is very good. Comfortable, and small, with good food and drinks available.

Came here on 2 occasions — after dinner drinks and brunch. Both were well planned and managed by the team in the restaurant/lounge area. I would get dessert here — raspberry ganache was to die for. The cheesecake was NY style and that was great too. The place looks like any other lounge after dark, but for brunch, it comes together really well, with the architecture and layout. Staff were very helpful putting things together for us.

What a great experience. The staff where never ending with good mornings and goodbyes. Always with a smile on their faces. The rooms were cleaned like clockworks daily. And the main attraction the jaz bar was fantastic to sit back and listen on the daily. Bit of a shame the cinema wasn’t showing anything but all in all it was a great experience. I also think the bathrooms needed vents, it got crazy hot in there with the shower on.

I have had three wonderful experiences at the Roxy in the past few months. Aside from the general vibe of the place suiting my disposition, I have also become quit fond of Anthony and Patrick at the door. Aside from being helpful, Anthony is particularly funny! Sami is an All-Star operator and the staff that works with him share the professional attention to detail and welcoming vibe that has me returning, often. Michael NYC.

Outstanding service. The folks here are over the top. They always ask appropriate ice breaker questions, they have great suggestions for local food, drink and sights. They make reservations and arrange rides. They do their best to accommodate any request. And they do it with genuine care and commitment to service. The location is convenient to subway and eating and is just in a cool spot. And the space itself is super sexy, rooms are nice and clean, tons of amenities including dedicated coffee shop, restaurant, bar, movie theatre and jazz club. Top marks.

I went for a few cocktails fast but I know it is a staple in the area which is a very exclusive neighborhood.

I loved this hotel and it's charm. It really feels like an old fashion hotel. It's clean and the staff is really nice. The area is perfect and we found gmfree parking. I will go back for sure.

Great place to stay for music lovers. Great musicians each night in the lounge as well as a jazz club in the basement. Our room even had a turntable and a great selection of records! Excellent food & service too.

Atmosphere and live music were good. The burger and steak were average quality. Fries were not crispy. For desert though, the bombolini and cheesecake were 5/5. Service was good. I think this place would be good for drinks, dessert, and live music. Can't comment on the oysters.

This place transports you back in time. It's not the most fancy and luxurious place in New York. But the atmosphere in this place is really unique. The hotel has been renovated lately but kept its rustic feeling. Don't miss our on the live shows down at the restaurant and make sure that you grab a drink and enjoy the vibe.

After seating, I immediately felt as though I was a regular. There's something about the place that feels familiar. Wonderful staff, drinks, ambiance and decor. I will most definitely visit again.

Great experience here the hotel of course, the bar downstairs is super popular and trendy but way too overpriced for a drink. I suggest going across the to anejo and pay half the price and better drinks. Furthermore, the hotel is real nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall great hotel for anyone 2 blocks away from chinatown.

Room was spacious and king size bed was like a memory foam type of bed very nice and comfortable. Mini bar was nicely stored with recreshments and booze. Room service was sent in a timely manner and nicely decored tray with a flower in a vase… classy touch.

Great location I'm Tribeca near several subways. I've walked by many times, and there's often been a line to get in. We had some time to kill before a dinner nearby, so we stopped in. Great cocktails, although a little expensive. Fantastic live jazz. We enjoyed the space and time there.

I just wanted to register our disappointment over your brunch today. My friend made a booking for eight of us at 1pm. I was the first to arrive and told our table was being set up and we were all there by 1.05pm. For at least 40 minutes we were kept waiting. We ordered drinks while we waited but they never showed up despite asking three times whether they were on their way. More annoying was that a table of people waiting next to us who came in after us were given drinks straight away. I appreciate that sometimes you have to wait but 40 minutes when you’ve made a booking is just not acceptable especially when staff do not apologize for it and were obviously lying when they said the table was being prepared when we arrived. In the end we simply left and went elsewhere. It’s truly disappointing as we were coming there for a friend’s leaving do as she leaves New York this week and what was supposed to be a lovely afternoon was somewhat ruined. I hope these comments are passed on to the restaurant team so that others don’t have to have the same experience we did.

Incredible location and attention.

I've always loved this hotel and space. Previously named Tribeca Grand, the newly dubbed Roxy Hotel maintains all of the style and charm that it has been known for. With an amazing lobby perfect for a low key cocktail date or a fashionable night out w your friends. In the basement level you'll find a cocktail bar The Django, where you can hear jazz and live bands, or catch that nyfw after party with nyc's fashionable crowd. Always a good time, but if you do show for an event, just be on time.

Beautiful architecture, fantastic service, delicious food and cocktails. Have stayed her and come for drinks, brunch, and snacks. It is louder and busier during the night. Much more quiet and chill during the day. I prefer the day scene. Theatre in the basement is also dope.

The venue (Django) is nice, although a little oddly configured with a bar at both ends, but the staff were extremely accommodating and courteous. Above, all, the food was outstanding, sliders and steak tartare were delicious. All in all the venue seems best for more intimate events, but everything is well presented, and the service and food are top notch.

Good food, great ambiance, good service. Went for a work event but ended up grabbing drinks at the hotel bar. Loved the vibe and the live jazz.

First room we stayed HAD BED BUGS and is jot very clean! We complained about it, and they changed our room (and thats all they did about it). They said the other room would get inspected because that situation was very rare and I was probably having an allergic reaction (? ) Needless to say that "inspection" didnt find anything, conveniantly. And to top the horrible night experience the hotel is very NOISY at night all night long!

Nice modern hotel, two blocks away from Chinatown. The hotel has a lot of amenities. The hotel offers valet parking, treats upon arrival, business center, fitness center. The restaurant and bar are very chic. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff will help with sight seeing in New York. Fun place. I would go back.

Lovely bar space in the foyer to have a cocktail before heading out to a restaurant nearby in Tribeca. Haven't stayed in the rooms, but the set up is very nice and seems like it would be a lovely, trendy hotel to stay at.

Very nice hotel with a friendly and service minded staff. The hotel bar/restaurant is a hip place with a nice atmosphere. Probably not everyone's cup of tea, but I loved it.

Unfortunately, I don't think we will choose this place again. We had a horrible night. Room smell constantly of cigarette smoke coming in through bathroom vent. Bed was not comfortable and the air in the room was very dry. Too bad, we come from Pennsylvania looking for a bit of a getaway and was not impress at all. They did offer a late check out or breakfast after we complain. Since I had a terrible night I choose the late check out.

Very welcoming hotel, the service is top notch, the rooms are comfortable and the huge window is awesome. Everything is quite chic. They have a pool table downstairs in the lobby, next to a bar and a small restaurant. Very enjoyable stay! It is a bit far from subway stations (about 6 minutes walk), but it's not a deal breaker.
