Excellent service! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great and the hotel is very cozy and beautiful. The room was small, but is clean and has the basic supplies any other hotel room provides. The best part was definitely the staff, who provided great customer service, they were all very attentive and helpful.

The Made Hotel displayed supreme customer service, sustainably designed rooms, good COVID practices and a stay in Chelsea that I will never forget. It was the perfect stay that doubled as a birthday celebration and work staycation. There was a delightfully helpful womxn who answered all my questions pre-booking and Eric continued to make the trip special with his attention to details and service. He upgraded my room to the 17th floor penthouse which was adorned by thoughtful books, gold trimmings and a beautiful balcony with views on Chelsea. Oh and who doesn't love cozy robes, slippers and wine? The 16th floor was an oasis of plants and greenery that I hope to achieve with my houseplant jungle. The Spanish Tapa restaurant on the C floor — Debajo — gave sexy ambience in their outdoor heated area and the octopus is a must order. I'm so happy to have stumbled across this gem! You will see me again!

We were visiting this weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. The staff was so accommodating and helpful (special shout out to Priscilla).
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and attention to detail. The staff assisted with having the day be stress free by allowing the hotel to store my daughter’s birthday cake with her apple cider to cut later at the hotel’s rooftop and we dropped off our bags early so we could head out and do our planned events. At night on the rooftop with her birthday cake was an unforgettable memory-thank you MADE HOTEL for that NYC moment❤️The hotel is clean, modern and offers special spaces as the rooftop and their first floor outside patio to escape and relax. Their coffee downstairs at Paper is strong and good, I enjoyed my regular coffee and my cappuccino.

No fuss easy helpful staff. Real cappuccino, super comfortable bed, warm aesthetic with v. Cool calm design, it’s all in the detail LOVE this place I will be back.

Staff was amaZing… it takes a good team to make you forget the size of the room and enjoy the ambiance. This is my place!

Just come back to the UK after spending 4 fabulous nights at Made. From check in to check out nothing was a problem. Loved the room with everything you needed. Staff in Ferris, Paper and the lounge bar were all friendly and helpful. Loved the special touch of a bottle of prosecco on arrival to start my 50th birthday celebrations in New York. Will definitely return in the future to explore some more!

Great spot for staying or simply hanging out. On top of the beautiful rooms, all the common areas feel more like you're at a friends designer loft hanging out, than at a hotel. The staff couldn't be friendlier. Lobby area was my favorite part, which at 2pm on a tuesday had a better vibe and more energy than a lot of bars at 9pm on the weekend I passed by on my last trip. The food is ridiculous; it's not good hotel food, it's amazing food period. Super creative and well executed modern cuisine but also some impeccable takes on classics like burgers and fries. Go and get coffee, do lunch, make a reservation for dinner at Ferris, hang out at one of the bars, stay a night or better yet do all of the above, just make sure you stop by.

Their short rib sandwich was *sublime* — — one the best sandwiches I've ever had. I had the cranberry-ginger soda with it, and the tartness of the cranberry with heat of the ginger, plus the bubbles, was the perfect complimentary counterpart to the rich meat. I must have this meal again.

Had the chicken thigh sandwich and it was crispy and juicy all at once. Also tried their lemonade and it was super refreshing. While these items stood out for me, the rest of the food we ordered was cooked well but the flavor was missing (just a bit off here and there). Came here with higher hopes as it's by the same people behind Eleven Madison Park. May give it another try in the future since it's in the neighborhood.

I only ordered ice cream during my visit, but that was enough to tell that they care about the details here. All components of the sundae (chocolate ice cream, caramel drizzle, and cookie pieces) tasted fresh and homemade. The window seats also offer great people watching potential and a gorgeous views of the Empire State Building.

My review is solely based on the dessert menu. My favorite soft serve is the milk & honey which has a perfect balance of rich flavors. The staff is always friendly and makes an effort to create a welcoming environment.

Used to be great, had this amazing steak salad, so fresh and incredible. Now they have a salad with slimy roast chicken instead.

We came here because the handroll sushi place across the street was crowded. It was great! We got the banh mi and short rib sandwiches and both were tasty. We also got the milk and honey soft serve. Very happy with everything. Theres also a good amount of seating and it's very casual, so we were able to stay for a long time.

This was a bit of a let down after all the good reviews. The menu items are pretty limited and the main courses weren't all that great. This was an early Friday evening so I suspect the food had been precooked and left to keep warm as the broccoli in the chicken dish was pretty wilted looking. I suspect it might be better during the lunch hour rush when they have a higher turnover and food is cooked more often. Not sure what it was but it seemed like dried out rice in the chicken and broccoli dish. It was crunchy and kind of unpleasant, didn't really go with the rest of the dish. The chicken itself was pretty bland. The salad we had was also pretty uninspired. The soft serve ice cream wasn't too bad. Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back.

I love this place. Definitely my favorite lunch spot. Great food and not too expensive.

A smaller, very attractive Hotel… the staff is very friendly… the roof top bar is when the weather is nice in the evening fantastic… the rooms are very clean… the mattresses are super comfortable… the only drawback… there's not really a closet for clothes… but what's the point of a week you can live out of a suitcase if everything else is true… I can recommend this Hotel with good Conscience further… it is also super centrally located… everything is well within walking distance…

Great fast casual restaurant — really enjoyed my salads on both visits. Ingredients we're fresh and flavorful! Will definitely be back if I'm in the area.

This place is a great spot to grab a quick lunch or dinner. The tofu bowl is my absolute favorite. Their soft serves are amazing too — the original one with honey is my favorite, and they also recently launched a strawberry shortcake one that’s great also. The chicken sandwich is really good too.

The staff definitely gets 5 stars all day! I cannot rave enough about the hospitality! I forgive the hotel for not having a coffee machine in the room because there is a phenomenal coffee shop downstairs. However, not being able to get coffee after 5p. M. Made me sad. A mini fridge to keep cold drinks would be awesome! I never realized how much I really like being able to have a cold bottle of water or other beverage. The mini alcohol bottles are nice but nothing to mix them into if you aren't into having it neat. The biggest disappointment was the roof bar. The roof top bar has an amazing view and it has really nice decor. I went upstairs with 5 friends for birthday drinks and the second I stepped off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke so we left. Gross! I know they allow smoking outside but it was wide open to the inside so you can smell the cancer sticks upon entry. The 2nd deck patio waa cute and quiet. The lobby bar was very nice too. If I return to MADE it's definitey due to the staff and coffee from Paper.

Fantastic stay
