Great place to stay, we had the best time. Clean, very helpful and happy staff. Views fantastic. Thank you The Standard for a great stay x.
I stayed at the standard this weekend and was very unhappy with my stay. The first night, music from the rooftop bar was blasting. We were thankfully accommodated to move to another room for that night (even though we had to move at 12:30am) and we’re directed to another room for the next day which we were told was on the opposite side of the building (although it clearly wasn’t since we were moved from 1319 to 922). Music was still blasting and this time we were told the hotel was full so we just had to deal with it. I am so disappointed with our stay.
There’s nothing Standard about this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. They are very pet friendly, as well. Great views! City life, including the top of the Empire State Building on one side and the Hudson River on the other. Great place to stay! I will visit again.
Great meal and drinks at the grill.
Right next to an assessable entrance to the High Line; magical atmosphere, heavenly bed, good roll-in shower, and nice views. Room service breakfast did not disappoint!
Such a great location in terms of getting around the city! Tons of local coffee shops great little restaurants. This was my old stomping ground back in the day when it was the legit meatpacking district. Front desk was phenomenal! Love them! Great stay!
I was was elated to stay at this lovely hotel. I later learned the excitement was not In vein. I stayed in the Corner King with a river view for two nights. The room was well-kept and stylish. The room comes with a mini bar, safe, tv, fridge, and Bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfortable although I am accustomed to higher bed frames. The view was spectacular. You truly feel like royalty wall to wall windows. They also had a seating area for guests which I found strategical. The shower and toilet are separately placed (smart move). Although I prefer a removable shower head, the shower waterfall was extremely relaxing. The elevator comes with music and visual entertainment to entertain the hotel Visitors. The robes and slippers were divine. The staff members from the kitchen, front desk, room service, and housekeeping were nothing short of hospitable and accommodating. Edgar was extremely helpful from booking the reservation to checkout. I do not recall the other team members by name but there are definitely some gems! Please bear in mind that the hotel is often very busy so there will be times you are required wait on hold for the front desk to assist. You are in the heart of great restaurants (TAO, STK Rooftop, Catch Steak, Catch Seafood, 1 Oak, etc) and higher class stores like all saints and Tesla. I will certainly be returning! Tip: use spot hero for parking. I paid $50 for two night overnight parking at the local garage located at 161 10th avenue.
Amazing modern atmosphere, friendly employees, amazing food and AMAZING views.
The distance between well-heated truly outdoor seating is perfect. I felt safe, and yet, I felt that I was among people in a lively atmosphere. The wait staff are attentive and skilled. Oh, right, the food is good! And the waiter recommended a wine after I narrowed it down, and he was right; it was perfect. Do reserve. Even at 4:00 you need a res.
Cozy place, best place to chill. I love the foods.
It is legendary, the hotel is iconic.
See it to believe it.
5 Stars for sure! relaxing, beautiful views, perfect stay! the ice rink and hot coco lounge made it so welcoming too! ⛸❤
Great and friendly staff. Epic time.
Beautiful place very modern detailed.
It's fun and interesting — nice atmosphere; reasonably priced. Good food and wine. Love the area.
An amazing hotel with beautiful views on new york city. The room was beautiful, large and comfy. The several options at the hotel to dine and to party are just incredible: the rooftop, le bain club so fun and restaurants. But also the staff is very friendly and professional. I would like to mention Esther the concierge and to thank her. She was extremely helpful and recommended amazing places to go out in new york. Will definitely come back at the Standard Highline.
Very nice bar, excellent customer service, great view! Definitely we’ll back again!
Great hotel in the trendy but relatively quite area of Chelsea.
Great hotel small room amazing summer spot.
Unfortunately, my colleague and friend were racially profiled by their bar on the 18th floor. I would not want others to experience the same discomfort. I was a repeat customer of the hotel but will choose differently next time. I let the hotel know of my experience, I hope they can make changes.
I got a room that's near the elevator/air vent. The noise from the air vent is horrible. It's impossible to sleep in the room. How dare the hotel let the customer stay in a such inhabitable room? Also the AC does cannot heat the room. Even you turn up the thermostat, it only blows cold air.
Excellent hotel, gorgeous rooms & fantastic service!
Rooms are beautiful, quiet and will appointed. Great food and drinks right under your feet while you are at this hotel. If you are going to share a room with a friend prepare to get a little intimate. The showers in some rooms have a clear glass window into the room. Nice little display. The hotel does offer a curtain but also know it is open in the other side into the bathroom cutout. Toilet at least had a door for privacy. The tub is huge and the shower is great so not too bad. Easy to get to by subway with a little walking and plenty of taxis. You wouldn't regret starting here.
Drinks were very well made and delicious. Prices felt reasonable. Atmosphere was fun and entertaining. Sunday night boozy bingo is a must!

Nice comfortable hotel. Clean rooms. It's a good restaurant. Good location, next to the waterfront.
Right. Firstly, the location is great. Very convenient for meatpacking and right above the high line. The staff were friendly and plentiful. It's a pity there's no good, free Wi-Fi option… You can connect to their slow network but anything that doesn't mean buffering gonna cost you. My bill at the end included minibar items I hadn't used, so be sure to check. I'd stay here again, but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.
The best view in the city with a very cool vibe.
Great area, always an interesting crowd. The line to get into the biergarten can be long and move slowly but it's a great for a group after work. We ended up at the sea shack for the first time last night and the service was lacking (didn't bus the table before we say down and left everything from the group prior on our table while they served us) and I was unimpressed with the menu.
We had the standard burger was much much smaller than a regular diner size burger, they couldn't even make sautéed onions, had only tap water no ice in glass.
Very very disappointed after paying 23.00 for the burger…
I love this place so much, highly recommended, the best location and the best staff members. Can’t wait to come back next month.
How do you rate a place that has been sold to me as the best rooftop club in the world… with this in mind you will be disappointed, like me. This is not really fair to them as they are not selling it like this themselves, and the rooftop bar has a more then nice view over the city… good cocktails and nice pancakes on the roof… the hottub in the club is a bit overdone but nice touch. What they can do better is service at the bar: staff is friendly but with to less people. Almost everyone is zipping cocktails which takes a while to prepare, this causes long waiting at the bar…
Has classic charm. The price is great and the staff are very kind. The hotel IS DATED so don't expect shiny new. Some floors are updated, some are not. The hotel has been around for a long time, if you are looking for a vintage vibe at a good price I had a lot of fun staying here. The location is great.
Great place, great neighbourhood!
Views are great over the city. However avoid the weekends if you’re here for business / tourism as it gets VERY busy with party goers both in the entrance and on the rooftop. Music can be heard in some rooms. The rooftop club can go on till 4am on some nights. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Room service is expensive, €7 delivery fee for a $6 cup of tea! Kettles are not provided and there is nowhere to get a tea in the morning (6am).
Almost 100%. I have stayed here so many times I lost count. The architecture, the vibe and design are just the best! The front desk service is always top notch. The night servers in the standard grill are a 4.1 out of 5, most are super great and the guy who cooked my kids burger was told by my kid he cooked the most perfect burger. The morning servers on the other hand need some serious training, the manager was great and the bartender was really good, the rest of them in the morning though was need to. Learn steps of service and and stop gathering in one area to chit chat as we could everything they were chatting about. Outside of that which on the scale. Of. Things is minor compared. To everything everything they offer and they are. They are still one of. My. Favorite hotel brands around the US.
EDIT: since I posted the review below during my stay and got in touch with the management, we were moved to a nicer, corner room. The reception manager in charge did a nice job, was understanding and very respectful. The room was superb and felt very luxurious. Amazing views and very large for a room in NYC. And very quiet. This was clearly more aligned with the experience we were hoping for. I must say that half the staff doesn't seem properly trained though (we also had a weird experience at the restaurant, where the hostess lied to us to give us a crappy table; which we declined, we said we'd wait. She then acted very surprised "oh wait there may be one available", and a waiter responded "actually we have 3 tables available"…) so I would be hesitant to spend a lot of money there. The design, views and location are unique and if you book early you will have a good rate. If you book late, you may pay a lot for a headache with inhospitable staff. It's basically a bet. Original post: Sure, rooms are nicely decorated. But I will never stay here again. Terrible experience with the reception. We were given a room on the 15th floor. The club a few floors up is extremely loud. I went to the reception on the Sunday night of my arrival at 10pm to say I was bothered with the music and I was told the music would stop at 12am. I was even told to put a towel at the bottom on the door to block the noise (! ).
Lieu magique surtout le top of the standard.
Really nice and different hotel. Rooms are really nice and you have great views. Showers are integrated in the room so it may not be a great idea to share a room but it looks great. The high line park passes below the hotel so it is really easy to go out and work there. Many things to do around and great places to eat. A really good choice to stay.
Sure, rooms are nicely decorated. But I will never stay here again. Terrible experience with the reception. We were given a room on the 15th floor. The club a few floors up is extremely loud. I went to the reception on the Sunday night of my arrival at 10pm to say I was bothered with the music and I was told the music would stop at 12am. I was even told to put a towel at the bottom on the door to block the noise (! ). Since our understanding was that it would only last for a couple hours at most, we decided to keep our room and asked for an extra pair of earplugs to be brought to your room since there was only one in the room (are they expecting a couple in a double room to wear one earplug each? Mystery …). Well, the club's music lasted until past 3:30am and we haven't slept until 4am. We have important meetings in town this week and this is my husband's birthday, so I was really hoping to have a great, glamorous stay. This is not the case, but instead the worst hotel experience we have had in years. This morning I went to the reception and asked to be moved to a quiet — and if possible nicer room for the 2 upcoming nights of our stay — to make it up to us since we were clearly misled by the reception last night. I said the experience of not sleeping on a Sunday night had made our stay so far stressful and unpleasant. Response: "what else in your stay has been stressful? ". Seriously?
Hotel very design, very beautiful, retro and convenient with a Bier Garten covered summer as winter. The staff are dedicated and friendly. Nevertheless, I lodge on the fourteenth floor and hear the bass of the Disco All night. This is extremely unpleasant especially for a hotel like this. The bathtub had a little bit of a seal but above all it does not heat quickly and we are glad to have a bathrobe at disposal superb view on the one World. Bar rooftop rather classy. The fire alarm went off for nothing in the middle of the night… and you hear loud when the top neighbor takes a shower. Hip disco with a bathtub in the middle.
Stayed here for an interview. Hands down the coolest hotel I've ever stayed at. Got to stay in the corner room overlooking the Hudson bay and the downtown skyline. The most breathtaking view. Also the best neighborhood to walk around in.
You know you are getting something different from the time you arrive at the front desk. The architecture is very modern and clean and cool restaurants and shopping are everywhere. My room with a view on the eighth floor was beautiful. But this is where the satisfaction ends. I have stayed at this hotel twice and my most recent stay was disappointing. There is a dance club Le Bain that kept me up from 11PM to 3AM (open till 4am) on a Wednesday night. If you want to get a decent night of sleep, get a room as close to the bottom floor as you can. Ear plugs are provided as well in the room. For $300 per night on a weekday, guests should get quiet. My shower was open and while that is not usually an issue, it did not drain in there as water collected in the entire stretch of the small bathroom. This meant that I either got ready standing in water or use five towels to soak up all of the water.
The Standard, High Line is our GO-TO place where my husband and I love to stay when we are in NYC. Although the service is always great and the rooms beautifully designed, last night they out did themselves! I came to check-in (with no reservation) at 11:30 pm, after locking myself out of my place. As a damsel in distress, JADE came to my rescue! Not only was she warm, kind and sympathetic, but she gave me the only room left, which was a suite at an exceptional price, even when she knew I had little choice. I was so grateful to her that she did not take advantage of my situation. She and the Standard have earned my loyalty and we simply, won't stay anywhere else from here on out! I highly recommend! Also, Ideal location, perfect for walking the High Line and shopping in the Meatpacking. And the dining at The Standard and within The Meatpacking is the best in town. Stay here and have fun!
The rooms are decent size for NYC, views on the water are nice, tho the city view isn't as nice. I believe I got upgraded to a deluxe room since I had a nice size desk and chair, which was much better than most NYC rooms, where the bed is the only thing there. They really need to fix the drapes so it's easier to close fully and not have light filter in in the morning, which wakes me up at times I'm not ready to be awake at. I had an issue with one of the power plugs in my room, but once they found they couldn't fix it, they moved me to another room the next day. The elevators have odd music and a display showing a wierd hypnotic, headache inducing video. Overall not a bad experience but not the best.
The view from the gym is splendid, but beyond that, the hotel is noisy and impersonal, the rooms small and not very functional. All for a very high price. The staff is outrageous of incompetence and is anything but amiable. To avoid!
Very well located, and with a view great. But bad service and very expensive for a minimalist guestrooms and a service that does not have any type of kindness.
Very well located, and with a view great. But bad service and very expensive for a room minimalist.
Terrific service. Great views. Clean, comfortable room, with an unobstructed view of your SO showering through the glass bathroom wall. That sort of place. Only complaint was that the mini-bar was well stocked, yet no in-room coffee option aside from a $20 4-cup pot from room service. "Should we start the morning with a $20 bottle of champagne from the mini-fridge, or a $20 pot of coffee? " Difficult 9AM decisions at the Standard.
The rooms have incredible views of Manhattan and the surrounding area. They are clean and reasonably spacious. The gym at the top also has pretty incredible views while you are on the equipment. My only minor complaint is that the elevators all have a strange film montage playing that grew pretty tiring over the course of a week.
It's a beautiful hotel with amazing views of the Hudson and lower Manhattan. For me, the best part of the hotel is the bar and restaurant at the top of the hotel. There is an awesome circular bar and the bartenders are top notch. The food is good although not amazing and definitely not cheap. It's a great spot to have a drink, listen to some live jazz and look out on the city. The hotel has a great pool and the The Smith Restaurant downstairs serves a good brunch. The hotel also stradles the High Line park, which is one of the city's best open spaces.
Lovey place to stay. Very nice restaurant enjoyed the food and desserts were great.
Mixed review. Location is decent, but not near the touristy stuff. Rooms are good size. Shower wasn't as good, and lacked basic hotel stuff like coffee and tea. Staff are nice. Awesome style though — if you like something quirky, this is for you.
For a staycation, I picked The Standard-High Line… I’m so glad I did! Everything has been perfect! When I arrived, Kevin was so friendly, helpful and just wonderful. Sam and Mike, from room service and the concierge, were so helpful as well. After just a few hours here, my mother noticed how relaxed and happy I was over FaceTime; all thanks to your wonderful hotel. I was even lucky enough to enjoy the sleep in cinema, held on the 3rd floor on Friday — enjoying “The Craft” while laying on a bed, eating skittles and sour patch kids. Breakfast was amazing — Challah French toast with peaches, mascarpone and BACON! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend❤️
Boutique hotel literally above The High Line. Gym is well equipped and has great views over the water. Nice amenities and we'll appointed rooms. Quick access to Chelsea and to walk/jog/bike along the waterfront. Great views out of most rooms.
At the lounge bar on the top floor last night all the staff who are people of colour were dressed in purple uniformed shirts (servers/bar backs) and the white men (bartenders) were all dressed in white nautical Captain shirts? I asked front line staff (Hosts at the door) about why this was the case, and the white man at the door immediately got extremely defensive and agitated. Their only response was to say that “the staff are colour coded by their position" Exactly my point… Whomever is hiring needs to be questioned on their racism. So offensive and also ironically uncomfortable and historically accurate racist optics when you are visiting a “retro” themed lounge.
Food was terrific. Service not so much. We were going to share a dessert but our waiter never returned, so we bagged it. This was after waiting an eternity to order to begin with. BUT the food we had was fresh, fabulously prepared and presented.
Attended a conference there. The catered lunch was good; drinks especially (great juices, coffee). The meeting room itself was great, beautiful views of the Hudson. The terrace is also lovely for drinks but a little windy by the river. Would recommend!
The Standard Hotel is a high quality place and there is a super roof top which is wonderful in summer. The rooms are very modern and the service is perfect.
Rooms are nicely appointed, albeit a bit small. Rooms have floor to ceiling windows that highlight the views. Hotel is in a great location at the beginning of the high line. Showers have glass wall (without curtains) separating it from bedroom, which could lead to awkward moments. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Skip eating at the (sub) Standard Grill. Service was great, but food was not worth the price. Lol.
The high line was an absolutely beautiful experience! I was fortunate enough to arrive at the high line during the days sunset. The walk was about 2 miles and provided breathtaking views of the city. I would most definitely recommend taking a trip to the high line! I know for a fact that I will be visiting again sometime soon.
The hotel was great! The staff were extemely friendly, polite and accommodating! It was my hubby's birthday and the concierge (Colleen, was an absolute gem) helped me set up the room with balloons, cake, bubbly! Everything was perfect! Just as if pictured it! They even gave us a room upgrade for the the celebration! The area is really nice too. The High line goes through it! Unfortunately we were only there for one night so we didn't get to enjoy the hotel properly, the roof top, beer garden! Would highly recommend if you're looking to stay some where hip and funky!
A wonderful hotel. I had a room on the 16th floor with a dream view. The staff The most beautiful Roof top in NYC. When I return to this city I will be here again. Recommended.
Lovely restaurant. Great ambiance and good food. The cheese plate was superb. The highlight of our visit was the excellent service. Our server, Marco who also had a really fabulous mustache was friendly, helpful, energetic and had a great sense of humor!
From the 11th floor up the rooms have a great view of the Hudson. Not perfect service.
Very special hotel in the "Meatpacking District". Modern and trendy, it is well-kept in detail. Cozy rooms, all with a "sky-ground" window that give a spectacular view of the Hudson River or the city.
A really good experience. Dear, but you're expecting it from an ergo of this kind.
The room was nice, and the view was fantastic, but the attitude of the staff was horrible. Surly, indifferent and lacking any kind of pleasantries or very basic customer service. They desperately need a professional hotel consultant company to train the front desk staff in how to say, 'hello', 'please' and 'thank you', and special one-on-one training for the coat check girl at the roof deck. Remember, the customer is not the enemy.
Stayed here for a night. Wish I could've spent a few more nights here! Clean rooms with modern design and the views are amazing! Such a seamless, relaxing stay. The staff was knowledgeable of the area and always willing to help guests with any questions or concerns. Will definitely go back.
During my stay I found an open red bull in the fridge, food crusted on the edge of the living room table, holes in the duvet cover, and the shower would not drain properly, which is open to the rest of the bathroom, so I had to mop it up with towels. I informed the front desk of the red bull as soon as I noticed it. Right before checkout I saw an open seltzer water on the shelf, and upon checkout I found I had been charged for $60 of mini fridge items, which they did remove f…rom my bill. However, the next day after I left, I got another charge for $75 of items that I did not have either. Not only is it unsanitary to leave items from previous visitors, but it seems to have caused a lot of confusion.
On top of that Wi-Fi was slow, room service food was cold and soaked in grease, but at least the staff was nice.
Edit:
While the hotel was very helpful with the first accidental charge, they were not as kind with the second. I was charged for a $55 bottle of tequila among other items. When trying to get a refund I was redirected to a phone line that would not pick up. I was able to get slow responses through email. Through those emails, I was told that the staff confirmed the removal of the items and that the housekeeping follows up with what was taken out of the room after the stay. I understand how mini-fridge charges work, but I didn't touch those items. They were condescending and said they would do an adjustment as a one time courtesy.
The room I stayed in was nice, but a bit bare. No coffee maker. I was surprised with the glass wall between the bed and the shower. You can see everything that's going on in the shower. I was staying alone, so it wasn't a problem. But if you're staying with someone else, you'd better be very comfortable with showering in plain view of them.
The room was very small and NY. The hotel is expensive. $20-40 per person, which is also typical. The breakfast was average. Rooms with good views, design resembles a hospital. In general, the second stop is not pulling. On the 18th floor, there is a mini-massage-room with a little water in the club. The hotel has a mixed feeling, but the kind of sunrise in the morning is happy.
A super trendy place. The hotel itself has some really cool amenities and special features. However the room. Are not very spacious, but the floor to ceiling window makes this place memorable. Fall asleep in the middle of the sky of new York makes this experience unforgettable. Being at the beginning of the highline makes also this place special… a walk is mandatory.
Incredible experience. Wow. Talk about service. And a great location right on the high line. The elevator was a work of art. It creeped me out, but it was a work of art, and we loved it. The shower knob was a bit hard to turn but otherwise no complaints. We had a great breakfast here, too. (Bagel with smoked salmon)
My girlfriend and I just returned home from an amazing visit to the Standard High Line. Everything about our visit was perfect, from the hospitality, to the room service! We got upgraded to the best hotel room in NYC that I've ever stayed in. Spectacular views in every direction! The bed — unbelievable. It looked like my girlfriend was sleeping in a cloud. We can't wait for another visit, and it will probably been sooner than expected! Huge thumbs up!
Aperitif with spectacular views. Excellence Service.
Turnover view on Hudson, Midtown and Downtown. Great cocktails in a casual setting.
Ugly! Looked up and down by staff dressed like hookers. I felt sorry for them having to wear such an inappropriate uniform. Not ushered to a seat. So many empty tables with reserved signs. Thrown a sticky drinks menu over the bar. Walked out in discussed. I will ensure everyone I meet hears about this pretentious upstart of an establishment.
We have been there before this year, however, today a friend of mine, my wife and I were turned away at the door to access the top floor. The doorman, a tall Asian male with long black hair, asked me what party we were with. Assuming the facility was open to the punlic on sundays we weren't with a party and we were turned away. I called the front desk and Preston stated it was open to the public no need for being on a list. Won't be back.
It is great hotel. This hotel has unique design and room was very clean. I was realized noise from corridor & other rooms. I think the door & wall are thin, when people talking and walk in front of my room, I could listen their conversation very clear. As other people mentioned, there is a night club top of the floor. I worried about sound from them before I stayed. The night club there is on 17th floor and I stayed at 15th floor. It had a distance so there was no problem but I heard music a little in the room.
My sister and I decided to head to the bar at the top of the hotel for a cocktail to enjoy the views. My husband frequently stays in this hotel and has always really enjoyed his stay and been very positive about the hotel in general. Unfortunately we were greeted at the bar entrance by some of the rudest staff we've ever come across! My sister and I got thoroughly looked up and down by the female member of staff with a scowl across her face. We were then told to check our coats in before entering which we did. When I returned having checked in my overcoat in but left my thinner jacket on, the male member of staff then sarcastically asked 'didn't we ask you to check that in? ' Neither member of staff even close to uttered a smile! We were then reluctantly shown the way to the bar. Honestly we were ready to turn back following the unbelievably pretentious greeting. The bar man, however, greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and so we stayed for a drink. The views are lovely but it wasn't worth it for the pretentious, rude greeting which ruined the whole experience for us. I'll definitely not be returning to this bar — New York is full of great bars with friendly, nonjudgmental staff who don't think they're better than everyone else!
We had a wonderful experience and time. The top of the highline bar is lovely, had one of the best cocktails of my life, great birthday dessert at the grill, fantastic view in the room, and very fun modern room. Check your room layout before bringing the kids though, our modern shower with clear glass facing the bed was great for two but would not have been great with kids :) Also parts of the meatpacking crowd are obnoxious, but worth bearing.
As a long-time guest, I want to love The Standard, but unfortunately it seems that service and facilities have declined. While each of these moments were minor individually, collectively I felt that the experience was subpar from what I had come to expect over the years. When I arrived at the hotel, a gentleman did offer to help with my luggage but then after I checked in, he was nowhere to be found, so I ended up schlepping my own lugagge to my room. No big deal, but why even offer to assist if you're just going to dump my luggage in a cart in the hallway and leave? My room was suitable, but the door handle was a bit loose and the drain in the shower was exceptionally slow. Overall these rooms could definitely do with some maintenance / upgrades. The service elevator seemed to be out of commission, so the remaining elevators were constantly crowded with carts of food and luggage. It's not a pleasant experience to ride up 11 floors in crowded hot elevator with French fries. The staff also seems completely uninterested in helping to flag down taxis. They were obviously too busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered with assisting guests. Sadly, it may finally be time to find an alternative, where service and quality is a bit more of a priority.
Great hotel, very hip and has a really nice restaurants/bier garden. The place overall is a bit pricey, but service was good. Rooms are pretty small, but they have everything you need in them. All of their outdoor space is still useable in the winter because of ceiling heaters, which was pretty awesome. The only complaint was that they were down to just 1 elevator for a few hours (2 were blocked off for an event, 1 was under maintenance) when we were there. It caused a huge back-up getting to rooms until they opened the others up again. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel.
Booked the superior King room. Firstly, the view is amazing. The room is decorated beautifully and designed perfectly. Floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful seating area. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft pillows. Staff is nice and attentive, the hotel is honesty very progressive. But just be aware the shower is open to the room there is no curtain or anything covering you. Really an amazing hotel, recommend the higher floors. Only beef is that the elevators play weird videos lol.
Great location — the Meat Packing district is super interesting. The elevator ride is unique. The gym is full of cardio equipment. The rooms have great floor to ceiling windows. The shower is well appointed. There is no privacy in the shower for the rest of the room — which may bother some. The curtains don't provide full black out. It's noisy! Not only can you hear the club from upstairs, but you can hear traffic noise. They supply you with ear plugs — which is good. Not sure it's worth the per night price tag.
You must walk along the high line on your visit to NYC, it is a park built on the old tracks of the meter at the top of the city. The view is incredible.
A terrace for a drink and see the Sun…
Spectacular, starting with the treatment I received nothing more to reach the hotel. As soon as they saw that it was Spanish, I spoke in Spanish all the time. I loved the breakfast (I liked the detail of writing "Good Morning" in my cappuccino; that only made it on my own made me feel special), the eclectic decor at no more power, the great room, the elevator does not give you want to get out of it. The bar on the top floor incredible (that Yes, the price of the cups Ouch! )
My God the nonsense that there is in this hotel. The treatment to the client is lousy. Breakfast in a restaurant attached to the hotel where no one is professional.
Very expensive for the poor service they give. Abstract, money spent foolishly on a hotel that "pretends to be trendy"
