A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place.

This is only our first evening here but it’s been nice thus far.
The staff that we’ve interacted with have been very accommodating and friendly.
The room was clean. Linens were fresh and inviting. To our surprise, the room is very roomy, even furnished with a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave.
Our first night has been a comfortable one.

I was really pleased with my stay at the Cambria in Chelsea. The hotel is modern, hip and perfect for business or pleasure. I was there for business and it had all of the amenities needed such as fast and free wireless, computer portals to print (if needed), electric outlets next to the bed to charge ipad, phone and laptop, and most of all, large spacious rooms with huge beds. In fact, these are some of the largest rooms I have stayed in while in NYC, so I was pleased. The TVs also have premium channels. Overall, I was really pleased with Cambria as this was my first time staying here. I know it is part of the Choice Brands and feel this brand is the most unique and high-end. The staff was courteous, the location is central and the rooms are magnificent.

Love this Hotel. My family and I stayed a for a few days and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Lovely place, only there for a few days but it was very comfortable and very friendly and clean.

Tyler and the staff go the extra mile for guests in so many different ways. I will not even consider staying anywhere else when we visit the city! The terrace has remarkable views and is the perfect place to relax after a long day.

Wonderful staff and amazing Rooftop Bar with incredible views.

When we arrived at the Cambria Hotel New York — Chelsea we where greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful. There is an excellent choice of food on the menu and value for money. The view from our room was breath taking of the freedom tower and with the hotel being on the flower district you have the lovely smell of plants and flowers on the street. The roof top bar is a must on a evening, enjoying a few drinks and food. This hotel is outstanding and can't recommend it highly enough. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Great location! Very near Penn Station and FIT. Clean room on a safe street. Small bathroom, but not too tiny. Good size desk. Not too far from Times Square. We could easily walk to see a show and then leave the chaos of that area. We would come back and stay at this hotel.

Stayed here overnight for a wedding and brunch. The service was good, some people had thick accents but it was usually easy enough to understand them. The room was clean and cool, and the beds were very comfortable. Very good hotel!

1st informal I had a great time with my wife this week. I happen to love this place. Beautiful bedrooms great location and a very great staff. I already have recommended this location to my family a very close friends. I would like to thank almando for his work and his hospitality With the AC unit that was driving me crazy. By the way I still have the chocolate hammer as a memory of this place ☆☆☆☆☆.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in NYC! It's close to a lot of places. The service here is incredible. Rooms are "small" but it's NYC so it's expected. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar here are actually good! I will be staying here next time I'm in NYC.

This was a great hotel. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The staff especially the engineer Armando was amazing. He responded rapidly to service the TV in the room. He was very polite and professional and did a great job! I would definitely return to the Cambria for another stay and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

I simply love the Cambria in Chelsey! This was my first time at the Cambria, and I was impressed. The rooms were a comfortable size for a New York hotel. The furnishings in the room were great as well. The rooftop bar/lounge was breathtaking as far as the view and the service. I will be staying here again very soon, and I will tell my friends as well.

We are checking out tomorrow after a four night stay and I can highly recommend the Cambria in Chelsea. Great location, nice rooms, pretty good food in the rooftop bar but I really need to single out the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful with good advice. In particular, I have mention Alexandria at the front desk. She was cheerful and professional and my kids loved her. Our little one lost her first tooth during our stay and Alexandria made her a card and sent her ice cream. Good customer service is not easy to find so I hope Cambria management values their best employees as much as I do.

Bad attention… clean the rooms badly. They never leave shampoo, rinse or anything in the room unless you ask. Poor value for money. I don't recommend it.

Great service and location. I stayed there last Tuesday, with a room that was very clean and organized. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrom with appropriate supplies. Thanks to Armando for fixing a cable connection issue the TV had, he was very friendly and helpful. Everyone is very nice providing an amazing service and I will definitely come back. I recommend it 100%

This is a great hotel. Clean! Very nice room. Me and my dad needed help with a couple of things fix, the engineer Armando, very nice guy helped us… we offered tips but he refused it… all a he wanted was the blessing for him self and the staff… awsome place and amazing staff… Will recommend this hotel friends and will be back!

Rooms are a bit small but it very nice and clean. There is no breakfast included but the restaurant in the lobby has one. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Worth staying here. The staff is super friendly and eager to help with any questions.

We just came back from our trip and this Cambria hotel location was amazing. This location is absolutely prime as we were walking distance from everywhere. Our check-in and check-out was seamless and the staff was a pleasure to deal with. They answered all of our questions, including how to get to certain places and offered to store our bags when we were leaving if we wanted to continue seeing the city. Would definitely stay here again & again!

We travelled from Australia and stayed 7 nights. We really loved the hotel. We were on the 18th floor. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were great. The location was perfect for us. Our only negative experience were the people in the room next door playing loud music and speaking loudly until 5am one night, and 2am another. We complained to the front desk for it to be handled.

Super hotel, nice staff and good food.

I stayed here for my 22nd birthday and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. Conrad, Moe, Taraah, Kenza, and Melissa were all extremely helpful. They made my stay very great. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathrooms were a little too small. A few square feet larger would have made a ton of difference. The showers were nice and the decor was great too. Loved it and will return for sure!

The Cambria hotel is a nice hotel. The rooms are small but similar size to other hotels in the city. The room cleanliness could be improved as well as some of the towels. I was given a couple of towels with rips and worn spots in them during my stay. The staff is friendly and very willing to help.

Very good value for money as the hotel is very well located and you get there easy to any place. Excellent cleanliness and good service.

Location is good. Subway is close. Rooms are big for NYC standards. Bathroom is small. Staff is great.

Stayed 12/31 to 1/7/2018. Payed $513 for 12/31 and $111 for the other nights. Meals at restaurant are decent and cost $10-16 per plate. Service at restaurant is awefull. The server and bar tender are the same person and he treats you like is a bother you are there. The hotel has a good location, decently clean rooms although small. The front desk was helpful and the room service did a great job. Are at the restaurant 3 nights.

The room was elegant, clean but a little on the small side. Like that it had the appliance hidden in desk drawers. For a business visited excellent for a family not really no enough space to walk the little side table not comfortable enough to eat. The food was great but the coffee bad. The staff was nice both morning and night crew.

Great location With good performances and without having to listen to the neighbors.

Wonderfully well placed hotel. Close to the Metro (1, R and W) and a few minutes from the Empire State Building and Time Square. The staff were very welcoming and in French. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after our check out (11am) and pick them up quite late (9.30 pm)! I recommend it.

Excellent value for money, room equipped with everything, also microwave, convenient location and sufficiently quiet, courteous and efficient staff.

My initial review… day 1 of our stay. Super modern, very clean, wood floors in the rooms, and the staff is ridiculously nice! I wish I remembered names but both the front desk agents I encountered and the housekeeping manager I meet in the elevator where friendly, kind, and helpful! Other than being right next to the ice machine and elevator, our room is great. There isn’t a view or anything (at least not from our room) but very convenient location wise. Highly recommend so far! The staff alone would make me stay again!

A pricey place, but almost in the middle of NYC.

Hotel quite central. A half hour walk from Times Square or just two stops on the metro which is located right next to the hotel. Unfortunately the bathroom is tiny. From a hotel from 699 dollars per night I would have expected something more, including a breakfast that was not included. The reception staff very friendly and helpful.

‪This is regarding my stay in your hotel in newyork at times square. I am still staying here till 1st oct 2017 in your hotel. On 28th of september I went out for a walk with my family and my dad left his iph 7 behind in the hotel room thinking it is safe to keep our belonging in his room for which we were paying 400$ per night. When I came back his phone was no more there. After informing the manager I am asked to file an incidental complaint. I am leaving new york on 1st. I dont see any way that I can get my phone back before that. When I send messages to my phone my messages are delivered but nobody responds to my messages. I want to file a consumer complaint but before that, wanted to know if I can look for any help from the hotel itself.

Great hotel with a great location! Friendly and helpful staff, nice view from the rooftop, and very clean. Only negative was the small bathroom. Easy to overlook, though, considering everything else. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my first time staying in New York, so I’m not sure what the standard is here. The hotel was fine, but not great. The rooms were on the small side and the facility in general was small. This meant that the room cleaners had to leave their carts and garbage bags in the halls while cleaning, which partially blocked the halls I didn’t really mind, but this was different than a larger hotel. There’s a nice roof bar with a reasonable view. There’s also a minimal, but sufficient exercise room.

Location was great with easy access to a subway line and major avenues. Room was nice, but not great. The floors were a vinyl laminate and clicked when you walked on it. They were not incredibly clean as the socks were quite dirty after walking without shoes. Nonetheless, the accommodations were good overall.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating, particularly Melissa at the front desk, who did everything from update our reservation on the fly to get us and our mom in adjoining rooms to helping us search for a traveling masseuse. Housekeeping, bar, and maintenence staff were great, too. The beds were so very comfortable — nice and firm. We loved the decor, and the rooftop bar was awesome. Being right in the middle of so many flower shops was cool, too!

Excellent hotel for the price. Compared with other hotels and was substantially better quality for just a little bit more money than the other ones in my expected budget range. Super happy with the experience.

Affordable gem in Chelsea/Midtown. My room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay at this property again in the future.

Unbelievable spot. Best street in NYC because of all the flower wholesalers. You feel like you're in a garden. 6 minute walk to Madison Square Garden/Penn Station. Great food nearby. Subway stop outside of hotel for easy transportation. Beautiful rooftop bar — — you can see the Freedom Tower at night. My favorite part is that there is never a line at check in like every other hotel in NYC and they have great food you can purchase at the front desk for an easy snack or lunch. Great hotel to stay for business or pleasure.

2 stars because the room we first checked into was not clean, after calling down and speaking with Sophia the manager, we were assured it would be taken care of, and it wasn't. Specifically the bathroom tile in the shower, it was disgusting. I first spoke with the housecleaning supervisor who assured me it would be cleaned, and it wasn't. I added a star because of Eadie, who was the supervisor at the desk at night, when we came back from being out, was super receptive to my issue. She came up to check on what I was talking about, and confirm that the shower tile was filthy. She also followed through with ensuring that she would find a replacement room for us as well as ensure the bath area was throughly bleached, as well as cleaned. I get that the rooms are constantly turned over at all times, but housekeeping is there to ensure that the surfaces are clean (cleanliness is kind of a selling point for staying at hotels). Sadly even the replacement room's bathroom was dirty as well, but Eadie herself took care of the issue and I can't say enough good things about her awesome attitude and willingness to ensure we were comfortable with everything! I will recommend that until they get the, "Training Issues" which they have with their housekeeping resolved, to pass on this place. I would not stay here again. The bathroom is truly the thing that makes a place, and when you walk into one that is absolutely filthy, you have to wonder about the other surfaces as well as sheets.

Really friendly and lovely rooms. Nice rooftop bar with relaxed and friendly staff. In a nice part of town. The street this hotel is on has a lot I'd wholesale flower and plant sellers making it extra pleasant…

Rooms a little bigger than the usual in NY, bathrooms smaller. Really great and helpful staff (Sofia, Michelle, Carlos and so many others), they promptly solved any issues and need that I had. The cleaning can be improved. I think all rooms have that door that connects it to another room, which is pretty common in the US, but you can hear other guests sometimes.

This is a delightfully modern, environmentally conscious hotel option in the heart of Chelsea. We've found the accomodations to be comfortable, clean and safe. The staff is always friendly and attentive. On top of that, it is one of the more reasonably priced places to stay in the city. Cheers!

I have stayed at some of NY's finest hotels and have never been as impressed with the staff as I was at Cambria. There was a hiccup when we arrived… our room wasn't ready. The staff could not have been more accommodating to be sure we had everything we needed while we waited. Throughout our stay, each and every staff member was helpful and friendly. I felt like a rockstar. Thank you!

More a business hotel than a family or couple hotel. Rooms pretty large for NY standard. The double bed sizes were awesome. It can fit four nicely. 24 hour gym comes very handy too.

I only stayed one night for work however my experience was quite pleasant. They offer a complementary drink when you check in (or points if you are a member of there program). The location was convenient for me; there are a couple places near by for food most notably a 24 hour market on the corner of 6th ave and 29th? Street (If I remember correctly). The rooms are modern and the bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was cramped but nevertheless, it was clean and nice. The front desk concierge was very nice and helped me find a place to eat when I arrived too late to eat at their restaurant. They have a rooftop bar and social area that seems cool, unfortunately the storm and rain that had come through did not offer me the opportunity to check it out. All in all, I enjoyed my short stay and would stay again if I ever visit NYC again.

You cant use netflix youtube on their Wi-Fi for some reason.

First night we got there the pillow cases were dirty and it looked like someone urinated on the duvet cover I wouldn't be suprised if the cleaner didn't change the bed covers at all, she could of just folded the covers up from the last person by the looks of it and there was glass on the floor even in the bathroom their cleaners need training asap. The sink in the bathroom is ridiculously small, the room was always stuffy, the towels smelt weird like an old person who hasn't had a shower in about 20 years. The bar was only open until 12am so no food on call 24/7 etc. The meat in my burger was still pink which was disgusting, Ice machine didn't work and outdoor speakers had problems with a buzzing noise… obviously there trying to save money by having no maintenance. I have been around the world and have to say this is one of the worst hotels that I've been too in my whole life. I would not reccomend it to anyone. Go check yourself.

Very clean hotel. Staff was super friendly and cleanliness was superb. Small room but for location and price cannot complain.

Don't expect too much. But i'm sure this hotel is better than the others in Manhattan when you have limited burget. Enough clean. Two subway stations are located near by (2-3 minutes on foot). Less than 10 minutes to get Empire state building, Korea way, Macys (world largest store), Medison squre garden and many places on foot, too. I went to Times Squre on foot. It's easy.

The rooms are nice. King size bed, small couch and large TV with decent channel selection. The staff are friendly with the exception of the person who brought up the room service. My food was cold and they tried to pawn off a cheap beer on me rather than what I ordered.

Nice, clean, and recently remodeled. My room, while not big, was by far the largest I've had in this part of Manhattan, and looked very new and had attractive furnishings. The bathroom was still very tiny, but usable and attractive. TV was nice and big with plenty of channels.

This place is just awesome. Very clean, comfortable beds, convenient location. I just love it more than every other Hotel that I have experienced.

Clean and modern lobby. Rooms had comfortable new beds, modern furnishings, beautiful bath with excellent water pressure for a nice long hot shower. Ideally situated walking distance from Times Square and Fifth Avenue. Perfect place as a hub to come and go.

Horrible experience. My business partner booked this hotel two weekends in a row. It was horrible. The staff was armature. My room was broken and expensive. They ruined my dinner with a business partner. Beware. Manager seems lazy.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à l'hotel La chamber était belle et tres propre tout comme le rest de l'hotel. La terrasse sur le toit était, elle aussi, super. Mais le plus super durant notre séjour fut l'accueil et la serviabilité de Chris ainsi que du reste des membres du personnel de l'hôtel.

We really appreciated our stay at the Cambria Hotel. The room was nice and really clean, just as the rest of the hotel. The roof terrace was super. The best thing during our stay, was the reception and usefulness of Chris as well as the rest of the other members of hotel's staff.
We had a really great time there.

The staff members at the Cambria are simply awesome. Facilities brand new — beautiful accommodations. Great location. Easy on/off NYC subway lines.
