We love this hotel! We have stayed both times we've visited family in the area and it was great both times! The rooms are beautiful and beds are comfy too! Their breakfast is huge with a variety of anything you can think of and is included! The pool is just the right size! We do wish they had a hot tub but didn't miss it much. The hotel and rooms are very clean and up to date! The breakfast area is very spacious! No issues with noise, rooms are very sound proof! Staff is very friendly and helpful too! The area that the hotel is in is just beautiful! Thank you for making our stay Soo enjoyable! We were there for a longer than typical stay!

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms/suites. Breakfast is typical of Hampton Inn, not overly elegant but adequate and the breakfast area is clean and comfortable. Only negative I have is that the doors are so loud! Surely there is a way to soundproof the room from the loud hallway chatter and other 30 plus rooms doors slamming multiple times at all hours of the day and night. Quite difficult to sleep and I had the end of the hallway suite — so add to this all the folks using the stairs … but other than that, great hotel even if I'll probably find a different one for my next visit.

We've stayed here twice with no real issue. Above average breakfast bar with good variety. Clean place to stay with good water pressure.

Absolutely a great and amazing place with much hospitality and they are there to service your needs at whatever the cost. The manager Lindsey Ming is absolutely amazing and will make sure that your stay is complete and comfortable. There is complimentary breakfast and a pool and fitness center here probably all hands down one of the best Hampton Inns that I have ever been to. Hilton provides Hamptons and most of them are social but this one in particular is great. Keep up the good work Hampton Inn.

New clean rooms with good staff and easy access to all facilities. Out of the way so no need to worry about traffic noise or strangers trying to get into the hotel. Not great for kids but excellent for adults. Don't miss the fire pit:-)

This location is wonderful! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms and breakfast area very clean and spacious. Selection of breakfast items was great! I will definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

The room was unbelievable beautiful. Lodge bathroom large bedroom very accommodating with coffee in the morning at the front desk.

Forgot to mention morning breakfast is outstanding, hot coffee is always on, and a few nights a week they provide some dinner all as part of the hotel staff.

This is a super nice hotel. Coffee is always available in the lobby. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and staff is awesome. The breakfast is great too. This is definitely the hotel to choose whether traveling for business or pleasure with or without the family. Lots of great amenities including a nice indoor pool, and I highly recommend it.

Touring comedian Mike Bova recently stayed here after a performance and loved it! The staff was very friendly (even after 2am) and the room was perfectly clean and quiet. There was a free breakfast in the morning (with to-go bags if you're in a hurry) and it's very close to downtown if you wanted to do some shopping before hitting the highway again. Perfect hotel for touring entertainers and we cannot wait to arrange more stays in the future!

This is a very nice hotel, very well maintained. As my daughter is attending school in the area we have stayed at several hotels and this is the best. However, it is unacceptable to be woken up at 7am by loud music playing from the work room.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & suits on the weekend of 11/25. I had a great time the room was perfect and the people who worked there was very nice and helpful. I appreciate comedy CNY for setting up this room for me I will be staying there again.

Love everything about this hotel! The lobby, bar and outside area is beautiful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and sure made us feel like we were at home. The free breakfast was amazing and was more like a breakfast buffet then a continental breakfast. We also enjoyed that it was more business people then families with screaming children. We will definitely be staying here again and will be trying out other Homewood suites in our travels for our business in the future! As a Hilton Honors member this has been by far our favorite place that we have stayed.

They are the best hotel around! I stayed here the night before my wedding and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and listen to everything that I needed. If you guys need a hotel for any reason! Come here.

Room was nice but didn't like the layout of the king room. There were only 2 small garbage cans. No bathroom fan (believed me it's needed). They only give you 2 small packets of coffee and it's terrible. With that said, room was very big. The bed was comfortable and that large screen TV was sweet! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Many things wrong with our stay and not enough right. Customer service was short and dismissive. There was something dried and unwashed on the corner of our bed spread — banana? Breakfast lackluster — mushy lemony potatoes, dry burnt sausage. I did not try the brown omelettes. Self-made waffles were delicious. The pool was so murky I could not see 3 foot to the bottom. It had an oily sheen on top. Plenty of cesspool bubbles on top. Clumps of black things floating on the surface which may or not have been hair. I report on these 3 items because they were the ones we were looking forward to the most. This stay was a bust. Maybe we should of went to the red roof inn to get a better quality per dollar.

Great place. Lobby is beautiful, room was incredibly spacious and clean. The front desk attendant was so welcoming! We came and checked in, put our bags in our room and left quickly afterwards. While leaving, that same attendant asked us how we like the room. I was impressed! Overall great stay.

Greeted by a friendly person at the resignations desk. Lobby spotless, halls and elevator clean. Suite absolutely spotless, you can your own coffee and could cook a meal. Nice big refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen area is clean and enough room to cook a meal. We would recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites.

Great hotel featuring complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and great vicinity to resteraunts. Pool and fitness center is a plus.

The room that I stay in was really comfortable and the best thing is they have playpen for baby, so I didn't need to bring my own baby crib. Just need to ask the front desk for one. They are friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay!

I stayed here for the Daniel Barden Mudrun and the entire staff were very accommodating to our group ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Comfy bed, pillow, blanket. Fancy room and bathroom. Neutrogena bath products. Very clean. Good temperature in room. Shower was good. USB and outlet charging station on the desk. Breakfast was good. Eggs were a little weird, maybe powdered or baked. But they give fresh fruit and roasted potatoes which is nice. 24hr coffee station. Couldn't figure out the Wi-Fi though. Pretty sure it wasn't free. Other than that, it was a good experience overall. Good location from Hamilton College, about 10 mins. Was easy to find for us not from the area.

Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast has some good options, from pastries, to scrambled eggs, to French toast. Not bad for a small buffet.

Its a pretty sweet and new Hampton Inn, but the same old Hampton Inn breakfast.

Fresh baked cookies on arrival (don't come too late). Good breakfast. Nice room. Nice pool. Coffee around the clock. Guest laundry facility too.
