Hadn't experienced one of these before. My wife said she could gladly spend a week here on business. Room was well appointed, breakfast had many options. Good location near major freeways.

Near taco bell in henrietta. Its very clean and easily affordable. Would recomend it tall all families. Even has a gym a and breakfast in the morning. Good customer service. And very well kept.

Very friendly hospitality staff … Great prices for the room. Especially if you stay a bit expended because the rooms are designed like little mini apartments or Studios so that if you have to stay here for a week or so it's actually quite home either good size and they have basically a full-blown mini kitchen (kitchenette) without an oven. But it even has a dish washer… they also have full-blown amenities… Internet, Wi-Fi, pool area, gym… Plus great proximity to a lot of Rochester's stuff.

The atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous. The room was cozy, and was absolutely perfect for a local choice for my wedding night! The rooms were beautiful, well stocked and incredibly clean.

Pool is nice. Staff are friendly. Rooms feel like you are sleeping in Target… laminate and polyester abound. Feels economical throughout.

A very comfortable three night stay. The bed was very comfy. A fridge, microwave, kitchen supplies were available. A good hot breakfast.

I love this hotel. Free laundry, big rooms, small kitchen. Great if you are moving kids into dorms, you can do the linens you buy locally. Our recent stay was unexpected due to weather, our flight was cancelled. Upon check in we mentioned this and the fact we needed a 3 30 am wake up call. The desk clerk gave us bananas and snacks since breakfast wasn't served that early and nothing would be open.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable but had thin walls. The hotel offers a free breakfast with multiple options including delicious coffee.

The room was very big and was excellent for the kids to keep busy. The pool was fun. The breakfast was very good. The free complimentary water was great too.

It Is The best Hotel that I have been facina all you have and the services that have.

Friendly staff, nice environment, and gluten free food options (I have Celiac's, so it was much appreciated). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice. Quite accessible from highways. Breakfast was good. My only let down was that my room overlooked a major E-W thoroughfare and could hear the traffic all hours of the day or night.

Best hotel I've stayed in! Had a fire in my apartment building so I had to stay here and they allowed my 2 cats with no issue and even gave us a bigger room to help out with the cats! I will always recommend this hotel to any person in need! I'd give this place 1000 stars if I could!

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Plenty of towels and supplies provided and a great breakfast. Great customer service. The pool however, was an issue because it was making everyone in it cough and the adults sitting around the pool, their eyes were burning. I don't know if there was too much chlorine in the pool or what. Besides the pool our stay was great.

I love the room we stayed in it was for Valentine's day. There's nothing to complain about. Our stay was perfect! Thank you.

Stayed here a few months back with the family and we all liked it. The breakfast area is a little tight when the hotel is busy, but had good choices. My room did not have a kitchen as the pictures show.

Stayed overnight with my family for a quick overnighter in Rochester. The hotel is very visible from the street and is well kept. The staff were all very friendly, even during the 11pm fire alarm when they were getting bombarded with questions. The breakfast in the morning has a wide selection of premade breakfast sandwiches and egg bowls along with waffles and cereal. The pool is very shallow but was great for my 7 year old and 3 year old to play in for a few hours. To me the pool seemed a little cool but it didn't bother the kids at all. The rooms are nice and seem well kept, they have a small kitchen which would be nice if you were staying longer. I will be sure to stay again in the future.

Freindly and helpful staff. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. 24hr gym and a pool that open til 10 are nice ways to end the day. On site laundry is very helpful should it be needed. Location is close to many points of interest.

It was spotlessly clean. All amenities you can imagine. Lightweight and stylish curtain/partition made one room into two momentarily. Breakfast variety. I didn't know what to do with the used towels on the weekend schedule but other than that great.

A great stay but when we first checked in at 430 are room was not ready. We were quickly moved to another room. Xavier at front desk was awesome, very friendly and professional. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub.

I stayed there on a recent business trip. Extremely satisfied. Polite staff, speedy check-in and out. Highly recommend next time you're in the area. Close to everything you might need.

Easy stay. The staff let us check in early. When my wife was sensitive to a cleaning product, due to high sensitivity during pregnancy, they allowed us to switch without a problem. The next room was perfect. Breakfast was nice. The cleaning staff was understanding and bonded with my wife over her pregnancy, it made her feel more at ease about the request, thank you for that.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Home2 Suites. We were there for a weekend getaway in Rochester. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is close to restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. Room was nice, comfortable and very clean. I would definitely recommend.

The facilities are clean and comfortable. All the employees were super friendly. Decent complimentary breakfast as well. The only downside is that the walls and doors are a lot thinner than you would expect from a hotel. I mean you can just about hear the room across the hall having a normal conversation. A great price for the quality though, so I would probably stay again.

In the middle of the night our reservations at a different hotel in the area had to be abandoned because the rooms were nasty. We found Home2 Suites and they hooked us up with a well designed and furnished room. We had a great night sleep and then started the day with a nice breakfast. Finding a room for 6 people is not easy anymore, they made this a great experience after a full day of traveling. Thank you to the staff and Hilton for making this perfect for our family.

Room was very open, clean, well lit and so comfortable. The service was great for us, but while I sat in the lobby one morning I witnessed the front desk attendant volunteer to go above and beyond for 4 different guests and their families — such little things that seemed to make their mornings. I 100% recommend staying here!

The room is well laid out and the bed was comfortable. It's a firm bed which I like, not for everybody. Took a while for hot water to get going in the morning and the toaster for breakfast didn't work. I made cold bread twice before I stopped trying. Plus breakfast choices if you want something hot include the microwave or waffles, neither appeals to me. The TV has an attached Blu-ray player however you can't change the source on the TV so it's useless. The staff was friendly and the location was really good, lots of places to pick from to eat that are near by. Overall I'll stay here again on a business trip, I won't take my family here on vacation.

Home2 is the perfect hotel. The rooms are large, they have a small kitchen area, work area and sitting area. Also, the hotel has free laundry. The staff is always friendly. Breakfast is provided.

Interesting place — would work better for longer stays than a standard hotel room. Full size fridge, pull out couch, dividing curtain to give a little privacy between king bed and couch. Complimentary bottles of cold water — nice touch!

Fantastic stay here. Staff was warm and inviting, rooms are large and feel more like a small apartment or a condo than a hotel room, with all the amenities of one as well! Room was very clean and put off more of a modern/hipster vibe than the more cut and dry buisness-minded competition. Pricing for an overnight stay was on par with its close proximity competition but FAR and above better for the money (stayed at the best Western across the street last week). Highly recommended for 1-2 people in the single king rooms, and assume I can recommend the larger rooms for a family stay. Plenty of marketplaces and attractions within a short drive.

Modern, clean, spacious suites. Large work area and living room. Kitchen that includes sink and microwave and some dishes. Finishes are not super-high-end and a little basic. Breakfast did not have as many options as Hyatt Place, SpringHill Suites, or other similar hotels.

Very nice modern hotel. They have a big emphasis on being ecofriendly. Not much seating for breakfast but the food was good. They had lots of options. The breakfast sandwiches and buck wheat waffles were great! Unique combined laundry and work out facilities. Laundry was free. The pool was very clean. Lots of nice seating outside with a fire pit out front. Also had seating with 2 grills for guests to use. The room was clean and comfortable. The door on the bathroom was very heavy and hard to open and close. Lots of utensils in the kitchenette and the full size fridge was great. My family really enjoyed this hotel! A special thank you to Patrick at the front desk. He made our stay extra special!

Rooms are spotless! Employees are very nice. Lots of restaurants very close. I will stay here again!

I was checked in under unfortunate circumstances… I was displaced from a house fire… And the staff was nothing but accommodating. The facilities were beautiful and I thoroughly appreciated the hospitality of the staff.

The Home2 Suites in Rochester NY us a great example of what a hotel should be. Rooms are immaculate. I even rushed the staff for early check-in and they did everything they could to get it done. Location of the hotel is great… lots of food joints near the hotel. Only like a 10 min drive to RIT. Good stuff…

Very clean and nice. Well kept although a little dated. Not old but not up to par with new Home2's. Very happy and would definitely go back.

It was great! Awesome customer service and very comfortable and clean. Also, the breakfasts included so many options. There were at least 7 toppings to choose from for just yogurt.

Hotel was very modern, clean, and building looks new. Every interaction with staff they were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was more than the standard hotel breakfast, with breakfast sandwiches and waffles. Would stay again!

Really impressed with clean design, pleasing bright decorator colors, friendly service, amenities like bottles of water, and ambiance. Home2 Suites stands out in our many U. S. And International hotel stays. I'd definitely come back. House cleaning staff hummed as they worked and the front desk personnel went the extra mile. Inspiring!

Customer service is excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. The rooms are very spacious, and include amenities not normally seen in standard hotel rooms.

A bit expensive but quiet. At Thanksgiving time Rochester hosts some gigantic hockey tournament. The kids tend to run riot. Home2 does not accept the players (or they do keep them under control).

I liked the room itself and the price but everything else was really poor. I reserved a group of 8 rooms for a family reunion and every time I called to check on the reservation something had gone wrong with it. I didn't have to make that many changes leading up to the stay but every change I made I had to make twice. When we checked in, one room that was supposed to be a king was 2 queens and vice versa. Even after I had checked 10 times over. They insisted on holding credit on a credit card for the reservation but even after I sent them a photocopy of the credit card and my ID (odd in itself), they didn't authorize it. I never really understood that whole process. The breakfast was mediocre. If you add about a cup of milk to the oatmeal, it is decent and that is about the best option. Coffee is pretty good. By far the weirdest thing was that someone in our party found a little baggie of drugs in the back of the toilet! The toilet was constantly draining so he looked back there and found it. The hotel management assured us that it wasn't drugs but it definitely was so we took action on it. It is clean and crisp in the rooms (don't look in the back of the toilet). We got a queen suite (larger than the standard room) and it was very nice. It has a more office/industrial feel than a typical hotel room which I like. Room cleaning was spotty. It's an extended stay hotel so they have light cleaning most of the time but most days our room wan't visited.

Clean, comfy. Basic continental breakfast included.
