Hotel was okay. Staff was very nice and helpful. The place could be much cleaner. When we went, the power was out at the hotel. Don't they have a generator? The staff was helpful during that experience.

Nice place to stay. Kitchen and grocery store right door. Price is right.

I've only been here a few hours and already love this place. The staff is kind and courteous, the rooms are clean, and it's close to all kinds of stores and resrestaurants. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at affordable rates.

My boyfriend left his wallet in the room one of the employees said it was in the hallway where no cameras are and our money was missing out of it we didn't even get a sorry in return nothin horrible.

There was a half deflated balloon and a sock on top of the cubby where the fridge is located. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. Otherwise the hotel is pretty dated, but decent. I have definitely been in worse places and in better places. This was right in the middle.

Worst. I got Stuck due to my company booked it thru 3rd party and paid in advance for 5 nights. No Cleaning service unleas booked for more than 5 nights. No breakfast. A coffe table only. I will not recommend it to anyone. Beds are not comfortable. Worst. Worst. Worst.

Worst hotel stay I have ever endured! I later found out that it was also a homeless, in transition, place to stay. Which, I am greatful for such a place to exist — as that, but not double duties as a hotel of which is good enough to stay for it's price per room was no different than other nearby hotels. The noise was horrendous all night, the hallway scary to walk down and back as it was a meeting area for most people. The room itself was disgusting and very small. My husband had to sleep in a chair as there was no room for him on what they refer to as "a standard room" My 3yr old son fell off the bed twice and it was a desperate place of which we didn't know how badly regrettable it would be! Don't stay here!

Very friendly at the time of checking in, close to supermarkets and the city, they put me on a room downstairs next to the checking desk, it was loud, I could heard every body going in and out of that building. Ok experience, room was clean. Would recommend this hotel for value seekers.

For a place to sleep for the night it ok but any longer it's no good. Not very impressed at all.

This location was quiet and very clean. I always enjoy staying at Extended Stay whenever I travel, simply because I can come back to a full size refrigerator filled with my groceries and own comforts.

I was only delivering to a guest staying there but overall the service was very helpful and accommodating. The front desk pointed me in the right direction and really helped to create a welcoming environment. This really impacted my desire to book a stay.

It was very cute more like a studio apartment than a motel room. I liked being given a coffee maker when I checked in it gives a feeling of comfort even though I'm away from home.

I was not impressed. The A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. They only had "smoking" rooms available. Although it was a "smoking" room, I would have expected some type of air freshened smell to have been applied. The room smelled of a stale ashtray.

This place's beds were super comfy. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was awesome. Hospitality was awesome! We checked in super late (3am) and they let us stay an extra night when we tried to book another. On a more critical note, toiletries could have been of better quality and I kinda wish they had a pool or a fitness center.

The price was right. There were some negatives that I'll point out, but in the end we got our room on a budget and the stay met our expectation. Here's what stood out. The bed was made, but the sheets were clearly used. There was hair and crumbs throughout. The bathroom was small, which is fine, but there was no exhaust fan making for a very humid shower. TV channels were not in HD. Room had a weird, musty smell, but it wasn't as noticeable with the A/C running. Breakfast was packaged muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal. The coffee was okay, but half and half or milk would be a nice touch. Finally, the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. I had no idea a pillow could be uncomfortable. Still gets 4 stars, as I would stay again for the price.

The room was very spacious and clean. The full kitchen was very nice. They ran out of breakfast pretty quickly though.

The front desk staff was very nice. Some guests forget that if you need kitchen items, you need to ask the front desk for them. The room was very clean. I had no problem with hearing other guests. It was a convenient location. Their breakfast is just muffins, which they didn't have everyday and granola bar type snack along with coffees. But I could care less as one of the main reasons I booked here was because of the kitchenette. I would book here next time I come back here.

The hotel is very nice for a budget hotel. Rooms were clean and confortable. Hotels does offer smoking rooms so hallways do smell like smoke. Front desk staff is friendly and ready to help. Free grab and go options in the morning. I would visit again.

I received this hotel on the express deal on Priceline. I wasn't sure how it was going to be but the hotel was nice. It was clean, the beds were a little hard for my style but over all I was happy with my stay. Just wished the hotel had a gym and a pool. It was a little boring on my down time. It was nice to have a kitchen and a normal size fridge. Wish there was an ice machine and we didn't have to make our own ice.

The rate is excellent, and the room is a well laid out studio apartment, essentially. The plumbing is quirky, but seems to work so far. My biggest issue is the internet is too slow and unstable to do productive work from my room.

I stayed at Extended Stay America for one night. It appears to be for long stays. It was clean and suited my purpose for the night at a good price. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were happy to get me extra sheets and pillows for my wife and I.

For the hotwire price I paid it was great. Just wish they had an ice machine. Our room refrigerator did not have an ice tray.

Check in was great. No issues. Room is clean and comfortable. Has a kitchenette. But no utensils. Internet is sooo slow. They give u option to buy faster one but who wants to pay. It does job for emails but that is it. Breakfast is a joke. It is what they call grab and go. Basically it's coffee or tea. Granola bars and apples and oranges. Towels are thin and coarse.

I have stayed at over 100 hotels and I would say that Extended Stay America is near the worst. I arrived over an hour after check-in time and I still had to wait for them to clean my room. The maid was sitting in the lobby talking when I walked in. The floor was dirty. I had to call to ask for the work being done in the rooms above to stop because it was so loud. That's just the beginning. I will never stay at Extended Stay America again.

My parents booked a room there for a weekend. They had to leave and find another hotel because not only was the room a wreck with broken utilities, toilet, etc it was also a smoker room (they had booked a non-smoker). My mother almost had an asthma attack, that's how nasty the room was. They refunded only half the fee. This place is a freakin nightmare.

This Extended stay has the worst Internet connection speed of any Extended stay in which I have ever stayed. Even with paying $30.00 a month for the "high speed" service it is still crap. On weekends it gets even worse than during the week.
