Budget Inn Ontario Hotel

No towels, drug paraphernalia everywhere… literally, no Wi-Fi.

Bathroom was dirty, molding strips pulling away from wall, pubic hair (maybe) on bed under pillow, hair on and in dirty tub. Phone didn't work. I've stayed at other budget inns for same price and was far more impressed. No staff were visible at any point of our stay after checking in. Drop key and leave.

Dirty needs fixing up please don't stay here.

Its a discount place to stay. Big bed, small fridge and a microwave. No coffee pot. What else do you want for only $60/night?

Not clean and stayed 2 days with no maid service. Owner acted offended when I asked for clean towels. They say a photo is worth a 1000 words so see my photos of what this place looks like. (Notice the cigarette holes in the sheets and the trash that kept piling up.

Not a bad place to stay but you get what you pay for.

Needs remodeling has bed bugs no housekeeper on site.

It really sucks when you call to make a reservation and the people there don't speak or understand English so I was never able to make reservations. I wont ever call there again.

Terrible experience ever! Was told to pay 130 total for one week and they doubled the charge for no reason, did not inform that we need to vacate the room at a certain time, internal appearance is terrible, and Wi-Fi is just terrible. Would not come here ever again and the owner has terrible parking skills.

Stay away unless you are truly desperate. It is so run down. You walk in and it smells like old musty urine. We walked into the room with a single key for a cheap lock. Our room had no power and we had to switch on the electrical box. Breakfast? Not a chance. Opened broken window and had the AC on high to freshen the room and rid of the smell. I slept with my clothes on and did not shower. The desk person wasnt even there when I ran out at 8am.

I reserved a room this hotel for my husband to stay at on a business trip. He is not all that picky and typically stays at cheap hotels. This hotel was so bad that he refused to stay there for the night. He was 5 minutes after the time he could cancel his reservation and the front desk would not give his money back. This hotel was disgusting and should be shut down.

The place is in really bad shape, it smells musty and is in need of repairs. I really have no idea how there is a "Budget Inn" sign out front, this is just some old run down building that allows people to stay overnight once in a while. Our room was on the second floor and I thought I would crash through the steps and the sagged from my 215lbs. The room we got was really nasty and almost everything was rigged together, like the clothes hanger, microwave glass on door, the upper and lower cabinets, the sink was rusted out, the tub and tub walls were a mess. Wore out caulk and cracks. It was really late when we got there and the room was reserved, so I thought "screw it, we will at least stay the night" then I pulled the covers off the bed (covers that had quite a few burn holes) and we say what looked like a flea. The bug was tiny and hopping, I smashed it so fast I'm not sure what it actually was, but anyway the rest of the place was so stale and mold like smelling that the bug was not too much of a big deal. Ughh what I find to save a few $$$$. Anyhow, save yourself a trip unless you are really desperate. I reserved 2 nights and didn't get my money back (that's OK with me, it will help me remember to not try and save on a room next time) At least I got some good pictures to post of Facebook so my friends could comment on how I wasted money. The people were nice, they just need to fix this place up quite a bit. Like tear it down and start over.

I read many comments about this hotel and many are good and many are bad. Their staff is very friendly and help you ant any time and their room are big enough and I stay their for 4 night and they give service every other day but when I ask them that I want service everyday the manager said ok we will give you service everyday and the room are nice nice new beds and clean. The room rate is average not to high and most of the people can afford this rate. The owner is improving his property every year I go their every year for work and there is a change some place that look better. i hope this review help you. thank you.
