The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and the location is close enough to downtown to make it worth while!

Receptionist day shift wasn’t friendly gave me false information regarding pool. Assumed I was having a party and I just had my 3 kids to come and swim. Very loud at night.

I had an extended stay here during the coronavirus outbreak. Ms. Roberta and her team did an outstanding job trying to be accommodating to the guests. From trying to take care of daily breakfasts to other normal routines you’d expect from a Homewood, they made admirable efforts during times not seen in our lifetime. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Ms. Roberta and her crew are amazing.

I stay here for every work meeting. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean & quiet!

Stayed here 1 night and it was a superb experience. The staff is great. Helpful and kind beyond belief. Always had time to answer and a question and go the extra mile if needed. Room was clean and spacious. Everything about this hotel is 5 Stars.

Extremely clean and comfy rooms. The breakfast was awesome and we slept like logs. We will definitely stay here again if we are passing through. I loved the snack shop downstairs and the full kitchen in each room.

Didn't get the king room I booked. Food at the breakfast and social was just ok. Room was clean Update, the staff reached out to me and asked that I give them another chance. I did and everything was as expected and the staff was very nice and helpful. Been back twice more after with the same positive experience.

I am having great experience with my ongoing extended stay here. All the employees here are nice and helpful. Since I am working remotely during my stay, they let me use their meeting room whenever available. If they have a meeting scheduled, they let me work in another room so my other family members stay in our own room. All facilities here are brand new, with good gym and swimming pool. They clean rooms everyday if you want to during the extended stay. They are willing to take suggestions and improve. I like it very much, it really makes us feel home during our transition to this area.

Usual Homewood setup. Chain is the go to for my work team and myself. The rooms are fine. The only complaint I'd have is that while the whole chain is going towards a bit less in terms of breakfast and light dinner options, this location may need to consider a new breakfast cook. The scrambled eggs were always either having some burnt parts, or were undercooked. Not horrible but not great. The times they did the premade omelets (twice in my stay that I saw) they were inedible due to being burnt and too salty. I'm a long time Hilton patron and I'll still come back. Food only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Just try better with the breakfast please?

Front desk employees were friendly and polite. Room was great size, quiet, clean, comfortable. Shades blocked out all sunlight. Breakfast was not good.

Quiet location within reasonable distance to shopping, dining, etc. Very clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. The pictures actually make the room look smaller than it is. It was quite spacious. We will be staying again when we travel to the area.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff… well that's a different story. The rooms were great. Nice, clean and comfortable. The facility was beautiful and easy to find. The staff do not communicate with each other and quite honestly was VERY disappointing when our group booked 20 rooms and were not accommodated things that were promised 2 full months in advance. Price was great but again, the lack of communication between staff left everyone scrambling like headless chickens… and bring your own towels for showering and pool use. Out group will not book another reservation with this hotel… not to mention we were overcharged and has taken over 2 weeks and still is not taken care of. Very disheartening.

Just stayed last night for a getaway for my husband's birthday. We really enjoyed our time there the room was very clean and spacious. We will be looking forward to going back for another getaway.

First time really staying and experiencing a Hilton Hotel. Have to say I love it. Love breakfast and dinner. Room is a good size. Gym is perfect for what I like to accomplish (run, abs, arms)

The location of the Homewood Suites was very convenient due to its close proximity to the Thruway. The room was very clean and large and the breakfast had a wide variety. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in the Syracuse area.

Really surprised at the quality of the rooms and public spaces. Newly built, clean, quiet. Good breakfast too. Will use again next time in Syracuse.

Great hotel, very recently remodeled. Quiet at night in a business park location. Comfortable bed, very clean room. Accepts dogs, good news for us! Hot breakfast and an airport shuttle.

While the location is not the greatest (not really close to anything), the hotel and rooms are quite nice. Unlike some places, the rooms seem to be quite well insulated from noise in other rooms. Breakfast and social nights are included. No complaints; I will definitely stay here again.

The suites were well set up for extended stays and the service was great as when we called for extra towels they were brought right to our room … the breakfast was very good and even when it was 9:30 when we arrived and two other groups arrived at the same time the staff was very nice and kept up with the demand of so many showing up late warm food was brought out and there made sure there was plenty for every one. I was impressed on how they handled every thing. They are very pet frindly as one employees carried treats for the dogs in her pocket. Over all I would say my stay there was very plesent.

I love the layout of the room. It is spacious and well-laid out even with the kitchenette and living room. The hotel has a pool, fitness center and a fire pit with seating. My only complaint is that my room was too cold and I could not adjust the thermostat.

I had a great room with a lounge/kitchenette and bedroom. Two televisions allowed viewing from bed or the couch if we wanted two different shows. The breakfast and dinner were great. They had a local craft beer on tap, as well as wines with the meal. The staff was truly outstanding, with a smile and a helpful attitude. A clean and neat hotel. Great place to stay!

First time here. Was hesitant at first because I don't usually book hotels alone but everything was a plus when I got there. It was diverse, the staff was nice, they offered us bottles of water, the other guests were nice and welcoming as well and the suite was awesome! Too bad it was only for a night.

Clean, modern room. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast had a great selection and was very good. The hotel is very easy to get to from the major highways in the area. There are decent restaraunt​ selections near by. Easy to get to down town Syracuse, about 15 minutes away.

Beyond disappointed with the staff and management of this hotel. They prejudged my family as soon as we walked In the hotel by telling us that the hotel is not a kid friendly hotel and that it is not for a kids party yet when we reserved the room we specifically said we were booking it to have a kids party. This all started when they seen me with decorations and I asked them what table I could use by the pool and they said if you would have called here directly we would have told you it was not a kids party hotel. She said they have business people here and lots of companies use this hotel. They called us twice to say people are complaining about the noise as if 4 kids are just going to be super quiet and even complained when we sang happy birthday. After the knocked on the door and spoke to a child instead of asking for an adult who went to the bathroom and came back with the Sheriffs saying the kids were to loud. This was beyond racist to me because looking at other people's post you see people with kids and they look happy and no complaints but when you get a group of young black Boys now everything is an issue including singing happy birthday. My his husband and I are Radio and TV host and this will be on our topic until I am not mad any longer. They ruined my sons birthday experience and they now have scared him to have fun as the Sheriffs came in to tell them to quiet down. How horrific on a child Birthday.

Amazing full kitchen, great staff and more comfortable than my own beds! I stay in hotels at least 10 times a year and this is the best experience I have had at a hotel yet.

Newer hotel with a great staff. Free parking, Internet, and breakfast. They have a gym and a small indoor pool.

The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. However our experience was not the best. The day I made our reservation I specifically asked if there were cribs or playpens on site, I was told yes there are both. I then again asked and added, so I wouldn't need to pack one? I was assured that there are plenty on site and not to bother packing one. So we make our trip out there and check in then only to be told that there are no playpens or cribs available. I was told by the young lady at the desk that that only have a couple on site (she was very, very nice. Not at all her fault). So my husband and I had to sleep with our 2 year old son, which made for an amazing nights sleep. Then the next morning we go down to breakfast and try to get a high chair only to be told there's none available and that's there's only two on site. Just an overall very frustrating trip, which wasn't needed when traveling with a toddler can be difficult enough. I probably wouldn't go back to this particular hotel unless I was without my child.

Rooms beautiful… getting in to one not so much
Gave me a key in folder that said rm 102 but keys did not work. Had to call front desk. Wrong room on folder. They came and opened room for us. We went out to eat then tried to get back in and couldn't. Had to drive around back to lobby to get new keys.

Got a king room and it was very nice. I felt like it was on the same level as a Disney resort. Very spacious, large walk in shower (no bath), full kitchen — stove, USB wall plugs near the bed, electronic climate control, the works. 10/10 would stay again.

Hotel and food was amazing. Maid service sucked. Never replaced coffee cream packets. Had to ask three times to wash bathroom and kitchen floors didn't vacuum daily.

The suite was more spacious than my apartment. The furniture, needs, kitchen, and televisions were very nice. The free breakfast was excellent and prepared at our above restaurant quality. Everything about this hotel is pleasing. Checkout time at noon is standard, but I was able to get a free extension till 2pm. I look forward to my next stay at Homewood Suites!
