Clean, Clean and Clean! I stayed here last weekend and was thoroughly impressed. I've stayed at a lot of dumps over the years and this place is not one. I'd recommend it to anyone. Loved the breakfast plate too!

It's kinda fine if there's nothing else available. Clean at least.

Very friendly and accommodating management. Clean rooms, and nice outdoor space with lawn chairs and tables. Short distance to town without having to pay ridiculous hotel price. Also, dog friendly which is always a huge plus for us. Susan welcomed my family with a big smile and made herself available if we needed anything. Thank you, we loved our stay.

Nice clean place. Very friendly people… not far from downtown… and you can't beat the price… we would stay here again…

Fits the definition of an idea roadside motel. Simple accommodations that are clean, convenient and affordable. Being located in the picturesque Finger Lakes certainly doesn't hurt either.

Wonderful Wedding and reception. Food and drink were superb. Appetizers of shrimp, lobster, lamb chops, stuffed mushrooms, spinach puffs and crabcakes… Dinner buffet with salmon, roast beef, etc. Very gracious, professional and we'll dressed servers. Beautiful grounds with fountain. And, of course the serene view of Skaneateles Lake. Superb!

Very cozy. Clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing… Can't speak highly enough. Very kind and courteous staff. They made us feel at home. Five star in my book.

Very quaint motel, room was very comfortable and very clean. Management/owner was very friendly. We enjoyed our experience!

Can’t review the actual inn as they so nicely cancelled my reservation 6 days before the night we were going to be there. We made the reservation over a month in advance and every hotel in the area was booked when they decided they had ‘overbooked. ’ They we’re still showing rooms available on multiple booking sites as well. The e-mail stating our reservation was cancelled simply had our reservation number and the word cancelled. Terrible management of their business, completely messed up our weekend plans as we had to get a hotel much further away. I’d recommend looking else where if you want to avoid having to find another place to stay at the last minute.

A funtastic and cozy place to stay year round. We have stayed here in summer and winter and enjoyed it all. A real throwback to the motels of the past, but with all the amenities you need… cable TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Central New York is a great vacation spot and this our go to place.

Lovely and cozy, very clean. Owner on site and very accommodating. Offered a nice continental breakfast, nothing fancy, donuts, muffins, fresh fruit, just a little something to start off with. Very happy with our stay, well worth the money, which is more than reasonable!

Clean, but overall, very disappointing. Was promised a room with a queen bed, and got a room with two double beds. The room had a strong odor of disinfectant mixed with dehumidifying chemicals. Water seeped into the room through the front door, so that the carpet was wet in the morning. Window lacked sufficient dressings to tone down the outdoor nighttime light by the door. Bathroom very tiny, with toilet situated so that your head is almost in the sink when using the toilet. No counter space for toiletries in the bathroom whatsoever. Can't say that I would return. Certainly not worth the price.
