This review is specifically for the Gazebo Grill restaurant. Overall, we had a great experience and would return/recommend. The details: Food selection: The menu had a diversity of offerings, from appetizers, salads, bowls, sandwiches, breakfast items, entrees, and a full drink menu. They also had a small, but good kids menu. Food quality: Excellent. All food seemed fresh and fully-cooked, and was presented at the appropriate temperatures. Service: Excellent. The waitstaff was polite and energetic. Special kudos to our waiter and the chef… We arrived after the breakfast menu was no longer offered (after 11am), but one of my children wanted pancakes, so our waiter worked with the chef to whip up some batter and make my child happy. Ambiance: We sat outside, in the gazebo, and it was a wonderful experience… Open air, nice breeze, etc.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I wanted to pass along my thanks and appreciation for a job well done. We booked our one night condo stay to attend a baby shower on site. The shower was very nice and the soup was so good! Every staff member my family (ranging from 4 years old to 70 years old) encountered in our 24 hour stay was absolutely wonderful! From my phone conversation with Karissa prior to arriving, and my check in (and check out experience with her) to the local recommendations from one of the lifeguards on evening duty, the Cabana Grill staff, Zip line operator and gentleman at the desk in the ticket office/store. Customer service goes a long way these days, and every person in my family was beyond pleased at how we were treated as guests. We asked for a few more towels before our departure and they were delivered with a smile Sunday morning. I look forward to returning from Rochester, NY for another wonderful getaway!

Wow. This place is beautiful. Highly recommended. Clean facility, clean rooms, everything is exquisite. Slopes are great. Courteous staff. Wonderful visit.

We went on a tour with wedding specialist Andrew and he is amazing! He is super friendly and informative. He showed us the rooms and venue areas and gave us plenty of details and ideas. He is seriously the best.

Peak n Peak resort was an amazing experience all around. The staff were extremely helpful and confident. The adventure course itself was absolutely breath taking. I did not partake in the hotel portion of the resort but the ropes course was to much fun!

Limited hours for entertainment and dining, however, we knew this ahead of time. The convenience store has inflated prices so you should bring a cache of items that you may anticipate needing. It's a worthwhile weekend getaway, zip line, pool, golf. The most disappointing aspect was that the lower course was closed and not being maintained. Slowly becoming an eyesore.

Spectacular resort! Only went as a day-visitor in summer to swim, apparently winters are incredible… Snow and all. Fantastic facilities, homey atmosphere.

It was a wonderful experience! We got a great room deal for $99 which included pool pass, $25 dining voucher and a bottle of shampayn. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They have piano in the lobby for anyone to play, which creates cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is only $10 if you do the buffet, and the dinner prices are reasonable. Slopes were great, but if you are advanced skier or snowboarder it might be not challenging enough for you. They have 4 trampoline parks if I'm not mistaken, half pipe and jumps. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back. Explore your surroundings!

We went in the fall for a weekend getaway. They Have a fun aerial obstacle course and zip lining. Nice place to stay. Also has a beautiful championship golf course. Course in really fun and very scenic. Very relaxing resort.

All 3 stars are for the building itself, beautiful Old Stone building with all the windows having the etched glass reflect the light from all around beautifully. My husband and I have been going there for 8 years, it's where we had our first kissed and 2 years later he proposed to me. That's why we continue to go back, but we went for Valentine's Day dinner the prime rib was $50 very fatty not much flavor my chicken was nothing more than I would have paid $10 for any place else but was priced almost $35, There was an older couple sitting next to us right in front of the fireplace which we did request a table in front of the fireplace, was on their phone almost our entire meal on speaker set in the middle of their table and carried a conversation on with this person, was very surprised that the waitress did not ask them to end their phone call. Found out later they are the owners of the resort and many other properties in the area. They can afford $50 prime rib for us that's a stretch and feel they ruined our evening. The desert creme brulee was amazing though.

Great looking place and location was beautiful, but I wasn't there for the view. Tubing hills were very slow and didn't seem to be maintained the weekend I was there with family and friends. Decided to venture into the indoor pool, that kinda sucked too because of the eye burning from the over excessive use of chlorine in the pool and hot tub. To say the least, they could do a lot better to make that place great, especially with the $$ they charge to be there.

Being from the Cleveland area there are a limited number of ski slopes with real challenges around. Peek'n Peak certainly is worth the drive and the cost if you plan to spend all day skiing. Although the vertical drop isn't exhilarating and runs are short compared to major ski hubs for the area they are on the longer side and they have a variety including a comprehensive terrain park. One thing that I found very nice about this place is if you have your own gear and want to get on the hill quick you can buy a lift ticket at one of the other Chalets rather than needing to stand in line at the main building.

Great place, staff is helpful and respectful. Was there to teach my 7 year old daughter how to ski. Great selection of learning & bunny hills. Even got some free tips from instructors while I explaining parallel turns & stops to the little one. Food & drink was great when we got hungry. Prices were pretty good. Can't wait to go back and carve something steeper and taller!

Rarely am I impressed with an entire resort but P&P definitely was above my expectations. Best parts of our stay: -Free room upgrade and early check in -discounted Sunday rate with free ski passes -friendliest staff I’ve encountered in the service industry -food and drinks were affordable and quite tasty -family friendly with plenty to do if you’re staying at the resort:pool, childcare, indoor play area, indoor/outdoor hot tub. Areas of improvement: Honestly I was just bugged with how the smokers outside the one entrance of the Inn was always drifting into the building and hallways. It smells like butt just walking in the door past the ash tray.

My first time skiing, and I loved having it done at this place, I will come back.

My husband and I have been going to peak n peek for 6 or more years. We miss the bar with the barrels in the middle. Otherwise it is a great place! Food is great! Beer is always cold Had a nice room very quiet.

We went for a night of skiing and had a wonderful time. The lady at the front desk treated us terribly when we asked about renting ski boots, and I really wish she would have mentioned it was only $10 to buy boots instead of making me rent skis and boots for $25. Otherwise it was a great night.

This place has terrible customer service, the hills are not groomed properly, and its old. Everything is runned down and janky. The hills are not groomed flat, and have divits. The staff is overwhelmed, even though it's not very busy. Hate to see this place on a good day… The food is hardly food. Ate at the bar and I saw my food sit for 10 minutes, while 3 different bar tenders walked by it and just let it sit. Not worth the price at all. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

This is my favorite resort that is close to Cleveland for day trips. Staff is always friendly and professional. Hills are well groomed and lifts run smoothly. All for reasonable price, can't beat it. Been going there over twenty years and will continue to do so.

Peek 'n Peak offers a wide variety of recreational activities at its resort. Based on personal experience on this trip, the snow tubing was phenomenal! The lines moved quickly; allowing for many exciting rides. Peek 'n Peak allows groups to go down the hill together providing group adventures. The Magic Carport is a large conveyor belt that carries people to the top of the hill. Most of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant offered a variety of sandwiches, subs and other menu options. The food was excellent and the wait-staff was very attentive to refilling beverages and other needs. The price of the meal was a little costly but expected at a resort. Overall, very satisfied with my trip to Peek 'n Peak and am looking forward to future visits!

On December 19 my family and I went to the peek and made ginger bread houses and it was a fun experience for the little kids. I went to the peek again the next day and had breakfast with Santa and the employees were very nice and the service was good. I recommend going to the peek to swim also. There is a outside pool that's very fun for the little kids. There is also a bar and hot tub. The drinks and food you can buy are a little pricey though.
