Very disappointed that you would cancel our reservation and YET not one single phone call. We had a feeling we should call and your manager LIED saying we had no booking. Yet we booked in May. You completely lied today and we caught you in several lies. You also canceled another couples reservation. You sent them a text 24hrs before their day to arrive. completely shocked at the level of unprofessional attitude and your lack of customer service. Fine cancel but to LIE and say you never had our reservation. Then lie and so oh you canceled. ABSOLUTELY will never be back. I understand a pandemic. But to not inform your guests and just flat out canceled with zero communication or notice and lie is wrong. we nearly lost $1600 due to your negligence.

Fishing behind the room, deer come up to you and eat out of your hand, and nice hot tub to relax at the end of the day.

Beautiful accommodations! Our 2 bedroom unit was lovely! Nicely updated, clean and very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and so kind! Every Morning, we were greeted with smiles. We had excellent proximity to hiking, restaurants, shopping, parks, etc. We visited in the summer but this would be an idyllic location in Winter — right next to one of the chair lifts for Red River ski area. Would be an excellent ski out spot! We will definitely be back. Very impressed!

Red River is beautiful. But the car show we were in sucked. Good place to stay is Lift's West. Nice people and nice rooms. Good prices. Nice place to vacation but wouldn't recommend going to the car show they have once a year. This was are last time going to there car show.

The location is beautiful, the room is fine. The fan in the main bedroom doesn't work abs there are chips in the couch cushions from previous guests. So the cleaning service needs addressed.

My friend brought me to this time share to celebrate my birthday. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff was even better. I had a fabulous time!

Great resort with beautiful surroundings. Love watching people fishing and the deer grazing each evening. The rooms are perfectly decorated for this area. Friendly staff.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The resort is 5 star! We had an amazing view of the skiing from our balcony, we enjoyed our coffee and meals with the best views of Red River from our own room.
We highly recommend anyone looking for the best views and skiing right up to your room to look no further!

Love it here! Truly Ski On/Ski Out. Recently remodeled beautifully. Everything you need and more. Walking distance to everything in town.

This place was fantastic. Perfect set up for my family of 5 with 2 bedrooms and a murphy bed. Great location in town. Very clean and the staff was super friendly. I couldn't have been happier.

The room was really nice, plenty of space for all 4 of us and it was very beautiful and clean. Also my room was super warm and having a fireplace was nice. Friendly staff.

Will be interesting to see if this is really posted. We stayed here for 5 nights. Beautiful view and the room was very nice, comfortable & clean. I think it was the third evening we were there, we went to the office that afternoon & asked if they would get our trash & change the sheets on our bed. When I went in the office, a blonde (platinum haired) girl with an attitude told me there is no maid service unless you stay 8 nights?!?! So we took our own trash out, took our used towels & rags to the office & got clean ones & didn’t have fresh sheets. My husband went in office after I did and the blonde & girl sitting in chair beside her were very rude to my husband & were adamant about no maid service. Why does the web site say 24/7 customer service if it’s not true?! If I had to give a rating on those girls who were on staff that day/evening, it would be a 0, very unsatisfactory! But the room and the view were awesome. Love Red River! Oh. One more thing. The living room could use some recliners instead of the uncomfortable chairs. Thanks & I hope someone in Wyndham company will really read this!

Got a room over the office they come in at 5 a. M. Make a lot of noise and then there's the stairs behind my head not a very good room.

I do have one complaint but I'm still getting 5 Stars due to the friendly staff cleanliness of the rooms and just overall Beauty of Red River. My only complaint would have to be the inconsiderate guests above me I swear it sounded like their children were running a marathon. I tried taking a nap around 2 in the afternoon just being that I've worked 2 months straight and this is my mini vacation and time to relax well I only got to sleep for about 30 minutes because these children we're doing the Olympics or something. And then upon the day of my check out I woke up early due to the fact that their kids were up there doing somersaults and being loud and screaming. So I checked out early. Other than that very pleasant stay and great staff very helpful.

I loved the knotty pine and the homie feel. Nice people as well. Scenery is great and when patio door open you can go to sleep hearing the stream.

This place is amazing! It far met our expectations! The online pics made it look as though it might be a little dated however that was not the case — at least with our room! It is beautiful! It has all the needed amenities! The hot tub is a definite plus!

I didn't stay here, but the view from the back rooms is gorgeous! The location is away from the main road, quiet, and serene.

Nice facilities but we found BED BUGS. After practically calling us liars, hotel management had this confirmed by an exterminator who found another bug alive under one of the beds. One of our guests was bitten severely through the night. We took pictures of the bug and the bites. We were told to have our gear dry cleaned and laundered on hot and that we would be refunded the money. After spending plenty of money on this, we were never refunded. Management will not return our calls.

My 4th time here, twice in winter, twice in summer. Loving the snow, skiing, sledding, feeding the deer, etc. Right now. Here with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandkids for Christmas week. Great place for family time. Small town and relaxed pace.

This town was deserted when my friend and I stayed here (October 2015). However, the property was lovely, clean and relaxing. There's a river running right behind the property and 2 ski/chair lifts feet away. This would be an awesome place to go skiing!

Amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms to accommodate a large family! Slopes are right outside your door! Excellent staff. Just an overall great place to stay.
